Description

The present invention relates to a method for evaluating the effect of massage treatment, a method for displaying the effect of massage, and a material for explaining massage.

Massage has been performed for a long time for the purpose of adjusting the homeostasis of the living body by giving physical stimulation to the body of the body, mainly on the face, and its effect has been recognized by many people . In particular, targeting the aging control, in the field of interest of effective expressing face, such expectation can be said to be a larger one than the other sites. However, despite the fact that the effect of massage has been recognized, there is almost no evidence, and it can be said that there is not much objective proof about how the massage actually works on the living body scientifically. . Therefore, it can be said that there was no way to evaluate whether the massage method is appropriate, inappropriate, good method, or poor method. In particular, it is empirically known that massage, in other words self-esthetic treatment, on the so-called decollete from the upper chest to the neck has a positive effect on the face. Although it is also performed in actual treatment, it has not been known at all what kind of effect the treatment performed in a place away from the actual place where the actual effect is exerted. That is, there has been a demand for development of a method for evaluating the effect of massage, particularly, the effect of massage including treatment on the decollete part.

On the other hand, an evaluation method of the effect of massage treatment, characterized by the change in the state of fluid circulation around the eye before and after the treatment, and display of the change in the state of fluid circulation around the eye It is not known at all about the material for explanation of massage which contains the display of the effect of the massage operation and the display of the effect of the massage operation characterized by including.

The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a method for evaluating the effect of massage treatment, particularly, the effect of massage including treatment on the decollete portion.

In view of such a situation, the present inventors sought for a method for evaluating the effect of massage treatment, particularly, the effect of massage including treatment on the decollete part, and as a result of earnest research efforts, The present inventors have found that such an evaluation can be made by using the change in the state of circulation of the body fluid around the eye as an index, and have completed the invention. Furthermore, by presenting these displays, the inventors have found that the effect of the massage treatment can be understood accurately, thereby enhancing the effect of the massage treatment itself, and the invention has been developed. That is, this invention relates to the technique shown below.
(1) Massage of the subject of massage using the state of oxygen in the blood around the eye before treatment and the state of oxygen in the blood around the eye after treatment for decollete as indicators Method of evaluating the effects of treatment (excluding massage treatment as a medical practice) .
(2) The oxygen state in the blood around the eye is the oxygen saturation level or the oxygen saturation index of the blood around the eye of the massage recipient, or both, (1) The evaluation method of the effect of the massage treatment described in 1.
(3) If the oxygen saturation level or the oxygen saturation index of the blood around the eye, or both values are increased after the treatment compared to before the treatment, it is evaluated that the effect of the massage treatment is obtained. The evaluation method of the effect of the massage treatment as described in (1) or (2) characterized by the above-mentioned.
(4) Any one of (1) to (3), wherein the site of the decollete is selected from 1, 2, or 3 selected from the subclavian, trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles The evaluation method of the effect of the massage treatment of crab .
(5) treatment effect between Ssaji is, bear, dullness, sag, selected from improvement in the shape of edema and face line, characterized in that one or is two or more, of (1) to (4) The evaluation method of the effect of the massage treatment in any one.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the method of evaluating the effect of the treatment of a massage, especially, the effect of the treatment with respect to a decollete part can be provided.

The method for evaluating the effect of massage treatment according to the present invention is characterized in that the change in the state of circulation of fluid around the eye before and after the treatment is used as an index. Such a change in the state of circulation of the body fluid is preferably a change in blood flow at such a site, a change in skin temperature that accompanies a change in blood flow, a change in hemoglobin that occurs due to a change in retained blood volume, and the like. It can be illustrated. Such a measurement is made by commonly known means. For example, changes in blood flow can be measured with a laser Doppler blood flow measurement device, changes in skin temperature can be measured using thermography, blood hemoglobin oxygen saturation and hemoglobin oxygen If it is a saturation index, it can be calculated from the reflectance of the spectrophotometer 400 to 700 nm by the equation of Feather.

The place where the change in the state of circulation of the body fluid is measured is preferably around the eyes. As a result of massage treatment for decollete, it became clear from finding this place when looking for the place with the greatest change. Such changes also correlated well with the quality of massage techniques. This treatment stimulates the carotid arteriovenous and subclavian lymph nodes, upper deep neck lymph nodes, superficial neck lymph nodes, etc., and improves the circulation of the body fluids such as blood and lymph fluid, This seems to be because it improves the retention of body fluids such as blood and lymph. By such improvement of the body fluid circulation, it is possible to improve the scum on the face, to return to a clean face line, and to improve dullness and bears. In particular, it is the treatment for the subclavian, trapezius or sternocleidomastoid muscles that exhibits a significant improvement in body fluids. This fact also shows that the treatment for decollete stimulates the jugular arteriovenous and subclavian lymph nodes, superior deep neck lymph nodes, superficial neck lymph nodes, etc. It can be said that this is one of the facts.

Therefore, in the evaluation method of the effect of the massage treatment of the present invention, the circulation state of the body fluid is measured before and after the treatment, and the change, in other words, how much the circulation of the fluid around the eyes is caused by the massage treatment. It is evaluated whether the condition has improved, and it is evaluated that the effect of good treatment is obtained if the degree of improvement is large, and if the degree of improvement is small, it is evaluated that there is not much effect of the treatment. If this is seen as a change in the body temperature around the eyes, which is a representative value of the state of circulation of body fluid, it can be evaluated that the higher the body temperature rise due to the treatment, the better the effect of the massage treatment. Moreover, if the representative value is the oxygen state of blood, the numerical values representing such a state include, for example, oxygen saturation of hemoglobin, oxygen binding degree of hemoglobin, blood oxygen content, blood oxygen partial pressure, hemoglobin Specific examples include changes in absorbance that change depending on the presence or absence of oxygen binding, and it is preferable to use the oxygen saturation of hemoglobin from the viewpoint of ease of measurement and easy understanding of the concept. If this oxygen saturation of hemoglobin is used as a representative value, the hemoglobin oxygen saturation increases as the body fluid circulation is improved. Therefore, it can be evaluated that the higher the hemoglobin oxygen saturation, the better the treatment.

Displaying the effect of such a treatment in a visible form can realize the effect of the massage treatment that could not be realized until now. This increases confidence in the effect of the treatment, thereby further enhancing the effect of the treatment. Here, as a form of display in such a visible form, if the surface temperature is changed, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, it is preferable to display the thermographic images before and after the treatment side by side. In the case of changes in oxygen saturation and blood flow, it is preferable to indicate the values before and after the treatment in the form of a bar graph or a line graph.

In addition, by displaying the effect of such a massage treatment in a visible form as a constituent requirement on the material for explaining the massage, the person receiving the explanation can recognize the effect accurately. By having an appropriate expectation, the effect can be enhanced and the point of treatment can be recognized more appropriately than the effect. Furthermore, by putting such a display on a massage treatment textbook, it is possible to compare with the effect of the treatment performed. This is because such a display makes it possible to clearly understand the effects of the treatment and the points for obtaining such effects.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to such examples.

Using a female volunteer paneler, he had himself massaged according to the procedure shown in Fig. 1, and confirmed the effectiveness of the treatment. The effect was confirmed by thermography. The procedure of the experiment is briefly shown below. The measurement results are shown in FIG. 2 before and after the treatment. From this figure, it can be seen that the temperature around the eyes is rising. That is, it can be seen that the blood circulation around the eyes is promoted by the massage treatment of the decollete shown in FIG. 1, and the temperature of the skin surface is increased. (Measurement technique)
Measurement conditions: room temperature 25-26 ° C., humidity 50-60%
Measuring equipment: Thermography → Avio Thermal Video System
TVS-8000
Measurement flow: Resting for 15 minutes after face washing → Measurement → Treatment → Measurement Thermography measurement As part of measuring and measuring the effect of site and treatment, measurement was performed for the purpose of analogizing changes in blood flow state from changes in skin temperature. .
-The measurement part was the head and eyes above the neck.
Analysis method ・ The temperature setting of the thermo image was 26-36 ° C and 2 ° C width (temperature values are different for each), and the blood circulation promotion status was judged by the color change of the image. The head, nose, cheek, and neck.

With the same procedure as in Example 1, except for one of the seven configuration procedures for the treatment of decollete, the effect on the effect was confirmed. As for the effect, an effect similar to that of Example 1 was given as ◯, an effect slightly lower than the effect of Example 1 was clearly recognized as Δ, and an effect was not clear as x. The effect of the massage was also confirmed by a questionnaire. The choices were rated as ○ when the feeling was good and effective, △ when the effect was slightly felt, and x when the effect was not felt. The results are shown in Table 1. From this, it can be seen that the construction treatment related to the effect of Example 1 is the treatment for the subclavian, trapezius and sternocleidomastoid muscles. It can also be seen that the temperature rise around the eyes correlates with the comfort of the treatment. Thus, it can be seen that the effect of massage can be divided using the change in body fluid circulation around the eye as an index, and the effect of massage treatment on the decollete part can be evaluated.

Figure 0004726874

In the same manner as in Examples 1 and 2, among the construction treatments shown in FIG. However, almost no effect was observed. Therefore, it can be seen that, in order to increase the blood flow volume of the face, it is essential to increase the blood flow volume around the eyes.

H=[(L544−L527.5)/16.5−(L573−L544)/29]100OX=[(L573−L558.5)−(L558.5−L544)]100/14.5H
The treatment for decollete was performed in the same manner as in Example 1, and the effect was determined as the hemoglobin oxygen saturation and the hemoglobin oxygen saturation index around the eyes. The hemoglobin oxygen saturation was determined using a spectrophotometer according to the procedure shown below. The results are shown in FIGS. From this figure, it can be seen that the hemoglobin oxygen saturation is also increased in the portion where the temperature rise is observed. That is, it can be seen that the retention of blood or lymph is improved by the massage treatment on the decollete. Moreover, the result measured with the laser Doppler blood flow measuring device is also shown in FIG. This is the same trend.
Measurement conditions: room temperature 25-26 ° C., humidity 50-60%
Measuring instrument: Spectrophotometer → Minolta CM2002
Measurement flow: Rest for 15 minutes after washing the face → Measurement → Treatment → Measurement measurement site / measurement site was the internal keratinized part as the measurement site.
Measurement was performed under the conditions of 2 ° visual field and C light source.
-Using the CM2002 spectrophotometer, the target region was measured three times and the average value was used.
Absorbance was calculated from the reflectance of 400 to 700 nm obtained from the analysis method CM2002 using Minolta's soft chroma check, and was applied to Feather's formula 2) to calculate the hemoglobin oxygen saturation index and the hemoglobin oxygen saturation. This formula is shown below: H = [(L544-L527.5) /16.5- (L573-L544) / 29] 100 OX = [(L573-L558.5)-(L558.5-L544)] 100 /14.5H
SaO2 (oxygen saturation%) = (OX + 0.821) 100 / 1.97
However, Lx: absorbance, H: hemoglobin index, and OX: hemoglobin oxygen saturation index.

The presentation effect of the results obtained in Examples 1 and 4 was examined using 40 panelists. The panelists are divided into 4 groups with 10 people per group, and the following 4 types of explanation sheets are prepared. In 1 group, 1 sheet is pre-explained and 1 group is massaged in 2 sheets. The prior explanation of the massage was given with 3 sheets for the first group, and the previous explanation of the massage with the 4 sheets for the remaining one group. The rate of increase in hemoglobin oxygen saturation was calculated from the following formula, and the average value for each group was determined. The results are shown in Table 2. From this, it can be seen that the effect of the massage treatment can be enhanced by presenting the display of the change in the state of the body fluid circulation around the eyes as in Example 1 or 4. It can also be seen that it is preferable to present both thermography and an increase in hemoglobin oxygen saturation as the display. Of these sheets, sheets 1 to 3 are shown in FIGS.
