す。これでも同様の傾向が見られる。
測定条件:室温25〜26℃、湿度50〜60%
測定機器:分光光度計 →ミノルタ社製 CM2002
測定フロー:洗顔後15分間安静 → 計測 → 施術 → 計測
計測部位
・計測部位は内眼角化部を測定部位とした。
測定条件
・2度視野、C光源の条件で行った。
・CM2002分光光度計を用いて、対象部位を3回測定し、その平均値を用いた。
解析方法
CM2002から得られた400〜700nmの反射率をミノルタ社製ソフト 彩チエックを用いて吸光度を算出し、Featherの式2)にあてはめ、ヘモグロビン酸素飽和インデックス及びヘモグロビン酸素飽和度を算出した。本公式を下記に示すと

実施例1、4で得られた結果の提示効果をパネラー40名を用いて調べた。パネラーは1群10名で4群に群分けし、次に示す4種の説明シートを用意し、1群には、1のシートでマッサージの事前説明を、1群には2のシートでマッサージの事前説明を、1群には3のシートでマッサージの事前説明を、残る1群には4のシートでマッサージの事前説明を行った。ヘモグロビン酸素飽和度の上昇率を次の式から算出し、群ごとの平均値を求めた。結果を表2に示す。これより、実施例1或いは4の様な目の周囲に於ける体液循環の状態の変化の表示を提示することにより、マッサージの施術の効果を高めることが出来ることがわかる。又、表示としては、サーモグラフィーとヘモグロビン酸素飽和度の上昇の両方を提示することが好ましいこともわかる。これらのシートの内、シート1〜3を図6〜8に示す。
