Claims (9)
- 海中から海上に立設する鋼管杭の表面の海面が干満するすべての範囲およびその上部範囲を被覆する鋼材入りコンクリートまたはモルタルからなる防食ライニングの防食方法であって、前記鋼管杭の上端に配置される杭頭コンクリートと前記防食ライニングとの間に防食層を設けて互いを隔離し、該防食ライニングの表面を順に吸水層と乾燥防止カバーとにより被覆し、該吸水層の水分により防食ライニングの表面を浸水状態に維持する鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食方法。
- 前記吸水層が毛細管現象により海水を吸い上げて保水する請求項1に記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食方法。
- 前防食ライニング内部の鋼材と前記鋼管杭とを接続し、該鋼材に前記鋼管杭の海中部に設けた流電陽極からの防食電流を通電させる請求項1または2に記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食方法。
- 海中から海上に立設する鋼管杭の表面の海面が干満するすべての範囲およびその上部範囲を被覆する鋼材入りコンクリートまたはモルタルからなる防食ライニングの防食構造であって、前記鋼管杭の上端に配置される杭頭コンクリートと前記防食ライニングとの間に互いを隔離する防食層を設け、該防食ライニングの表面を被覆する吸水層と乾燥防止カバーとを内側から順に設けて構成した鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
- 前記吸水層を毛細管現象により海水を吸上げる吸水繊維と、保水シートにより構成した請求項4に記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
- 前記吸水層の上端部をシール部材で覆うとともに、該シール部材に前記吸水繊維を外気に通気させる貫通孔を設けた請求項5に記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
- 前記シール部材を前記乾燥防止カバーにより形成した請求項6に記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
- 前記防食層の表面を被覆する保護層を設けた請求項4〜7のいずれかに記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
- 前記防食ライニング内部の鋼材と前記鋼管杭とを通電可能に接続し、前記鋼管杭の海中部に流電陽極を設けた請求項4〜8のいずれかに記載の鋼管杭の防食ライニングの防食構造。
