Description
Claims (5)
- 中心軸を囲みそれぞれが熱溜り媒体を含む複数の隣接する区画と回生式酸化器を通るガスの流れを導く回転弁とを有する回生式酸化器の熱溜り媒体から集積された混入物をクリーニングまたは除去する方法であって、
(a)前記回転弁を第1の位置に配置して、回転弁の回転が止まった状態で、廃棄ガス流を第1の隣接する区画の方へ、高温の清浄なガス流を前記第1の複数の隣接する区画反対側の第2の複数の隣接する区画の方へ、加熱パージガスを前記第1及び第2の複数の隣接する区画の間に配置された第3の区画に案内し、
(b)前記回転弁を180度回転し、回転弁の回転が止まった状態で、前記廃棄ガス流を前記第2の複数の区画の方へ向け、これにより前記回生式酸化器を通るガスの流れを反転して、前記高温の清浄なガス流を前記第1の複数の区画の方へ向け、前記加熱パージガス流を前記第3の区画に直径方向に反対側の第4の区画に案内し、
(c)前記第3及び第4の区画の前記熱溜り媒体に集積された汚染物を焼き去るのに十分な時間、加熱パージガスを前記第3及び第4の区画内に導くために、ステップ(b)を複数回繰り返し、
(d)次に、前記回転弁を1つの区画割り出し、ステップ(b)及び(c)を繰り返して前記1つの区画及び反対側の区画に集積された混入物を焼き去る、
ことを備える方法。 - 前記加熱パージガスを前記第4の区画の方に向けつつ、加熱パージガスを前記第3の区画の方に向けることを含む、請求項1に記載の回生式酸化器の熱溜り媒体をクリーニングする方法。
- 前記回生式酸化器の出側ガスを加熱し、次に加熱された出側ガスを前記第3及び第4の区画に上方に向けることを含む、請求項1に記載の回生式酸化器の熱溜り媒体をクリーニングする方法。
- 廃棄ガスの処理を継続しつつ回生式ロータリ酸化器の熱溜り媒体をクリーニングする方法であって、
前記回生式ロータリ酸化器は、それぞれが熱溜り媒体を有する複数のパイ状コンパートメント、前記パイ状コンパートメントに対向して配置され、これに連絡する燃焼チャンバを有し、流入部が汚染物を含有する廃棄ガス流を受け入れ、回転弁が前記廃棄ガス流を受け入れ、前記廃棄ガス流を第1の複数の隣接するパイ状コンパートメント内に導き、次いで前記廃棄ガス流が汚染物を酸化して高温の清浄なガス流を生成する前記燃焼チャンバに導かれ、次いで前記回転弁が前記燃焼チャンバからの前記高温の清浄なガス流を前記第1の複数のパイ状コンパートメント反対側の第2の複数の隣接するパイ状コンパートメントの方へ向け、さらに前記回転弁が加熱パージガスを前記第1及び第2の複数のパイ状コンパートメントの間に配置された第3のパイ状コンパートメントの方へ向け、前記ロータリ回生式酸化器は、前記第3のパイ状コンパートメントの直径方向反対側に配置され、前記第1及び第2の複数の隣接するパイ状コンパートメントの間に配置された第4のパイ状コンパートメントを有し、
(a)前記回転弁を第1の位置に配置し、回転弁の回転が止まった状態で、前記廃棄ガス流を前記第1の複数の隣接するパイ状コンパートメントの方へ、前記高温の清浄なガス流を前記第2の複数の隣接するパイ状コンパートメントの方へ向け、加熱パージガスを前記第3のパイ状コンパートメントの方に向け、
(b)前記回転弁を180度回転し、回転弁の回転が止まった状態で、前記回生式酸化器を通るガスの流れを反転して、前記廃棄ガス流を前記第2の複数のパイ状コンパートメントの方へ向け、前記高温の清浄なガス流を前記第1の複数のパイ状コンパートメントの方へ、前記加熱パージガスを前記第4のパイ状コンパートメントに案内し、
(c)前記第3及び第4のパイ状コンパートメントの前記媒体に集積された混入物を焼き去るのに十分な時間、ステップ(b)を複数回繰り返し、
(d)次に、前記回転弁を、前記第1及び第2の複数のパイ状コンパートメントに隣接する1つのパイ状コンパートメント割り出し、前記第3及び第4のパイ状コンパートメントに隣接するパイ状コンパートメントの前記熱溜り媒体から集積された混入物を焼き去るのに十分な時間、ステップ(b)を複数回繰り返し、
(e)ステップ(d)及び(b)を繰り返してすべての前記パイ状コンパートメントの熱溜り媒体から集積された混入物を焼き去る、
ことを備える方法。 - パージガスを前記第4のパイ状コンパートメントの方へ向けることを含む、請求項1に記載の回生式ロータリ酸化器の熱溜り媒体をクリーニングする方法。
