前記位相シフトを、前記給電線からの送電網の切断による位相シフトを示す閾値位相シフトと比較する段階(76)と、
前記位相シフトが前記閾値位相シフトよりも大きい場合には、前記給電線からの分散発電機の切断のためのコマンドを出す段階(78)と、
を含み、
前記位相シフトが、次の等式によって求められ、

を前記プロセッサに実行させる送電網切断プログラム(62)を含み、
前記位相シフトが、次の等式によって求められ、
