Description
この種の格子冷却器において、バラ積み材料床の高さ、クリンカ粒寸法、温度プロフィールその他に関して、熱いバラ積み材料床の不均一分布を避けることは必ずしも可能でない。そして、その不均一分布は、不均一冷却となる。その理由は、冷却格子領域においてバラ積み材料床の高さが大きくなると、冷却空気に対する流れ抵抗が増大し、冷却空気流量が低下し、少ない冷却空気しかバラ積み材料床を通って流れなくなり、他方、冷却格子領域においてバラ積み材料床の高さが小さくなると、冷却空気に対する流れ抵抗が低下し、冷却空気流量及び空気ブレークスルーの危険が増大し、最小の冷却空気量しか必要としないであろうバラ積み材料床を通って余りに大量の冷却空気が流される。
Claims (9)
- 熱いバラ積み材料を冷却するための格子冷却装置であって、この格子冷却装置へ送られる冷却空気(10)の流入流の横断面積を調整するための調整装置を有し、この調整装置は上記バラ積み材料格子冷却装置の冷却格子の下側へ上記冷却空気(10)の流入流を送る調整装置ハウジング(11)を有し、この調整装置ハウジング(11)の内部で運動する制御素子(12)を有し、この制御素子(12)自体の所の冷却空気の流入速度が増大し、それに伴って冷却空気の流量が増大し始めた時には冷却空気の自由な流れの横断面積が減少し、逆の場合には横断面積が増大するように運動する、格子冷却装置において、
a)冷却空気(10)の流れは調整装置ハウジング(11)を介して流れ、上記制御素子(12)の内部本体が、冷却空気(10)の流れによって、復元力の作用に逆らって、調整装置ハウジング(11)の内部を並進移動で変位するように案内され、
b)調整装置ハウジング(11)の内部で冷却空気(10)の流れに逆らって並進移動で変位する内部本体(12)の高さが増大した時には調整装置ハウジング内部の冷却空気(10)の自由な流れの横断面積が減少し、内部本体(12)の高さが減少した時には増大する
ことを特徴とする格子冷却装置。 - 上記調整装置ハウジング(11)はその周方向およびその高さ方向に分布する1つ以上の開口(15)を有し、この開口を通って調整装置ハウジング(11)の内部に流入する冷却空気の流入流は、冷却格子の下側に取り付けられた調整装置ハウジングの上側(16)から冷却格子へ流れ、内部本体(12)の軸線方向の並進移動による変位によって冷却空気が通る上記開口(15)の空気流の横断面積が変化する請求項1に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 調整装置ハウジングの少なくとも1つの冷却空気の通過開口が円形又は多角形の湾曲した輪郭を有する請求項2に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 調整装置ハウジング(11)が流れの方向に横断面積が減少する円錐形であり、内部本体(12)はこの調整装置ハウジング(11)の円錐形部(22)の所に配置され、内部本体(12)の軸線方向の並進移動による変位によって内部本体の縁と調整装置ハウジングの円錐形部(22)との間の自由な流れの横断面積を変化する請求項1に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 調整装置ハウジング(11)の横断面形状および内部本体(12)の外周形状が円形又は多角形である請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 上記調整装置の調整特性が少なくとも一つの復元バネ(18)の予荷重力を変えることによって設定可能である請求項1に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 上記復元バネ(18)が調整装置ハウジングのスピンドル(13)の周りに配置された螺旋バネであり、この螺旋バネの内部本体(12)から遠い方の端部が制御素子(20、24)に支持され、この制御素子は上記螺旋バネの前記予荷重力を設定/変更するために上記スピンドル(13)のネジ付端部に調整可能にネジ式に結合されている請求項6に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 内部本体(12)がブッシユ(17)を介して調整装置ハウジングの一つのスピンドル(13)に回転自在に取り付けられ且つ調整装置ハウジング(11)を通って案内される冷却空気流(10)によって内部本体を回転駆動する羽根車として構成されている請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の格子冷却装置。
- 内部本体(12)に対して冷却空気が作用する面が切込み(19)を有し、内部本体が最上位置に到達した時でも最小の冷却空気流が維持される請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の格子冷却装置。
