Description
Claims (10)
- 導電性を有する第1のシース内に伸び、且つ導電性を有するコアを備え、前記コアと前記第1のシースとは正または負温度係数を有する物質により分離されており、さらに前記第1のシースの周りに伸びるとともに絶縁体により前記第1のシースから分離された正または負温度係数物質のワイヤを備え、前記コア、前記第1のシース、および前記ワイヤはコネクタ手段に接続され、
前記コネクタ手段は、前記コア、前記第1のシース、および前記ワイヤを処理回路に電気的に接続し得るものであり、
前記第1のシースの周りに伸びる前記ワイヤは、前記第1のシースに巻き付けられている
ことを特徴とする過熱検出センサ。 - 前記コアと前記第1のシースとを分離する前記物質は、負温度係数物質であり、前記ワイヤは、正温度係数物質であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記コア、前記第1のシース、および前記ワイヤは、ニッケルから成ることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記第1のシースと前記コアとを分離する前記物質は、酸化マンガン(MnO)粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記第1のシースから前記コアを分離する前記物質は、酸化マンガン(MnO)とアルミナ(Al2O3)とが混合された物質であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の何れかに記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記巻き付けられたワイヤと前記第1のシースとの間に挿入された前記絶縁体は、前記第1のシース上に形成されたセラミックブレード(ceramic braid)で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5の何れかに記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記コア、前記第1のシース、および前記巻き付けられたワイヤから構成される構造は、伸ばされまたは縮められたチューブ内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記チューブはニッケルチューブであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 前記ニッケルチューブは、絶縁セラミックブレードにより前記巻き付けられたワイヤから分離されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の過熱検出センサ。
- 一端で、高温接着剤が充填された接続ケースを備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし9の何れかに記載の過熱検出センサ。
