Claims (9)
- 第1層及び第2層を有する多層基板と、
前記多層基板の第1層及び第2層の間に位置する接地平面と、
該多層基板上に形成された受信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーと、
前記多層基板上に形成された送信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーとを具備し、
前記受信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーおよび送信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーは、その構成要素として、
前記多層基板の第1層の、前記接地平面と反対側に位置する、前記受信マイクロストリップアンテナアレー又は前記送信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーに結合された少なくとも1つのフィードマイクロストリップと、
前記多層基板の第2層の、前記接地平面と反対側に位置する、誘電損失を低下させるマイクロストリップパッチと、
前記接地平面にエッチングされた複数の開口からなる円形の複数の周期的フィルタと
を具備し、
前記周期的フィルタのストップバンドの幅及び減衰は、前記円形の半径に依存することを特徴とするアンテナユニット。 - 前記アンテナユニットは、前記接地平面とは反対側の前記多層基板上に導電層をさらに具備し、
前記周期的フィルタは、前記導電層上に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアンテナユニット。 - 前記アンテナユニットはケースをさらに具備し、
前記接地平面及び前記多層基板は前記ケース内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のアンテナユニット。 - 前記アンテナユニットは、前記受信マイクロストリップアンテナアレー又は前記送信マイクロストリップアンテナアレーに結合された少なくとも1つのフィードマイクロストリップをさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項3記載のアンテナユニット。
- 第1層及び第2層を有する多層基板と、
前記多層基板の第1層及び第2層の間に位置する接地平面と、
該多層基板上に形成された少なくとも1つのマイクロストリップアンテナアレーとを具備し、
前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーは、その構成要素として、
前記多層基板の第1層の、前記接地平面と反対側に位置する、前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーに結合された少なくとも1つのフィードマイクロストリップと、
前記多層基板の第2層の、前記接地平面と反対側に位置する、誘電損失を低下させるマイクロストリップパッチと、
前記接地平面上にエッチングされた複数の開口からなる円形の複数の周期的フィルタと
を具備し、
前記多層基板の第2層は、前記マイクロストリップパッチの下に直接前記開口を有し、
前記周期的フィルタのストップバンドの幅及び減衰は、前記円形の半径に依存することを特徴とするアンテナユニット。 - 前記アンテナユニットはケースをさらに具備し、
前記接地平面及び前記多層基板は前記ケース内に収容されていることを特徴とする請求項5記載のアンテナユニット。 - 前記アンテナユニットの測定されたゲインは、前記接地平面上にエッチングされた周期的フィルタの無いアンテナユニットのゲインよりも約2dBi大きいことを特徴とする請求項5記載のアンテナユニット。
- 複数のマイクロストリップアンテナアレーを、第1層及び第2層を有する多層基板上に設ける第1工程と、
前記多層基板の第1層及び第2層の間に接地平面を設ける第2工程と、
前記多層基板の第1層の、前記接地平面と反対側に、前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーの構成要素としてそれに結合された少なくとも1つのフィードマイクロストリップを設ける第3工程と、
前記多層基板の第2層の、前記接地平面と反対側に、前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーの構成要素であり誘電損失を低下させるマイクロストリップパッチを設ける第4工程と、
前記接地平面上に少なくとも1個の開口をエッチングすることにより、少なくとも1個の円形の周期的フィルタを、前記複数のマイクロストリップアンテナアレー間に形成する第5工程と、
を具備し、
前記第5工程では、前記円形の周期的フィルタの半径によって、前記周期的フィルタのストップバンドの幅及び減衰を決定し、することを特徴とする複数のマイクロストリップアンテナアレー間の絶縁を改良する方法。 - 少なくとも1つのマイクロストリップアンテナアレーを、第1層及び第2層を有する多層基板上に設ける第1工程と、
前記多層基板の第1層及び第2層の間に接地平面を設ける第2工程と、
前記多層基板の第1層の、前記接地平面と反対側に、前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーの構成要素としてそれに結合された少なくとも1つのフィードマイクロストリップを設ける第3工程と、
前記多層基板の第2層の、前記接地平面と反対側に、前記マイクロストリップアンテナアレーの構成要素であり誘電損失を低下させるマイクロストリップパッチを設ける第4工程と、
前記接地平面上に少なくとも1個の開口をエッチングすることにより、少なくとも1個の円形の周期的フィルタを形成する第5工程と
を具備し、
前記第5工程では、前記円形の周期的フィルタの半径によって、前記周期的フィルタのストップバンドの幅及び減衰を決定することを特徴とする複数のマイクロストリップアンテナアレー間の絶縁を改良する方法。
