Claims (1)

走行方向が決まった周回軌道から成る走行レールに沿って複数の搬送機器が走行し、前記走行レールに沿って、搬入ポートと搬出ポートとを備えたストッカと、各々搬入ポートと搬出ポートとを備えた複数の処理装置とが設けられ、前記のいずれかの搬出ポートから前記のいずれかの搬入ポートへ搬送機器により物品を搬送するようにした搬送システムにおいて、
前記ストッカ内の第1の物品を、前記ストッカの搬出ポートを経由して、処理装置の搬入ポートへ搬送する優先度の高い第1の搬送指令を割り付ける際に、前記第1の搬送指令と同じ前記ストッカの搬出ポートを経由し、かつ搬送指令の優先度が第1の搬送指令の優先度よりも低く、さらに前記搬出ポートに搬出済み及び前記搬出ポートへ搬送中の、第2の物品に対する第2の搬送指令を検索するための手段と、
前記第2の搬送指令の搬出ポート以降の搬送指令の優先度を増すための優先度変更手段とを設けることにより、第2の搬送指令を中止することなく、第2の物品の搬出ポートからの搬出を急ぐようにすると共に、
前記第1の搬送指令を割り付ける際に、前記第1の搬送指令と同じ処理装置の搬入ポートを経由し、かつ搬送指令の優先度が第1の搬送指令の優先度よりも低く、さらに前記搬入ポートに搬入済みの、第3の物品に対する第3の搬送指令を検索するための手段と、
前記第3の搬送指令の前記搬入ポート以降の優先度を増すための手段とを設けることにより、第3の搬送指令を中止することなく、第3の物品が前記搬入ポート以降へ優先的に搬送されるようにしたことを特徴とする、搬送システム。
