Description
Claims (2)
- 内挿型人工血管を血管に固定するための血管内ステープラーであって、
前記内挿型人工血管に挿通可能な細長い形状をなし、その内部に、複数のステープルを長手方向に整列して収納するのに適したステープルチャンネルを有し、かつ、前記ステープルチャンネルの遠位部に、前記ステープルを1本ずつ放出するための出口領域を有するとともに、前記出口領域に隣接して、前記放出されるステープルを成形するための曲り部を有するステープルハウジングと、
プッシャーおよび引金を含み、前記プッシャーが、前記引金により前進させられることにより、前記ステープルチャンネル内に収容された前記複数のステープルを前進させ、かつ、前記曲り部で成形しながら前記出口領域を通って放出するための起動アセンブリと、
前記出口領域の近くで前記ステープルハウジングと連結して作動し、かつ、選択的に膨張及び収縮するのに適したバルーンを含む変位機構であって、前記出口領域を通って前記ステープルを放出するときに、前記変位部材は前記出口領域を前記内挿型人工血管に押し付けるために操作される変位機構と
を備え、
前記出口領域は、前記ステープルハウジングの長手方向に延びる長孔形状をなし、前記ステープルチャンネルの遠位側は、前記曲り部と逆方向の予備曲り部を経て、前記出口領域の内底部に連通し、かつ、前記曲り部は、前記内底部から前記出口領域の遠位端に延在しており、前記曲り部でループ状に成形されて前記出口領域の遠位端から放出された前記ステープルの先端が、前記出口領域の近位側に再導入されるように構成されている、血管内ステープラー。 - 前記バルーンが非弾性バルーンである、請求項1に記載の血管内ステープラー。
