本発明は、電気掃除機で使用される吸込口の回転ロータに関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図3は例えば特開平7−178016号に開示された電気掃除機用吸込口の回転ロータである。ブレード等を挿入する複数の溝を有する金属製のロータをまっすぐに押し出しその後捻りを加えて螺旋状に溝を形成するものである。図4は特開平11−123166に開示された回転ロータである。柔軟性を有する素材で形成され片面の斜め方向に複数の可撓片が列状に突設された平板部材が巻着されているものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前項記載の従来技術のうち前者は捻りの角度が大きくなると精度が下がり回転時のアンバランスが増加する。また後者では出願明細書図面を見ると、回転時のアンバランスは小さく安定した回転が得られるが、ブレードまたはブラシが4列のものを使えば捻り角度は90度となり現在一般的に使われている180度程度の捻り角度に対応できない。本発明はこれらの課題を解決しようとするものである。

本発明は、次のように構成したものである。
織布等よりなる平行四辺形の基布の1組の辺に平行に複数列のブレードまたはブラシを固着あるいは植設した清掃体を、金属等よりなるロータに、接着等で固定した電気掃除機用吸込口の回転ロータであって、前記清掃体の捻り角度を設定した後、該捻り角度に対応するように前記基布の平行四辺形の角度を設定し、且つ該基布の平行四辺形の他の1組の辺を、前記ロータの周長と同じ長さにして前記清掃体を作成した後、該清掃体の他の1組の辺を前記ロータの短手方向に対応させて前記ロータに巻きつけて固定したことに特徴を有する。

【発明の実施の形態】
実施の形態1
図1に実施の形態1の構成を示す。1は清掃体である。2はロータである。清掃体1は織布等よりなる平行四辺形の基布3である。4はブレードまたはブラシで基布3の平行な1組の辺に平行に複数列直線状に固着あるいは植設されている。基布3の他の1組の辺の長さはロータ2の周長と同じに設定されている。ブレードまたはブラシと平行な辺の長さや平行四辺形の角度θはロータ2の長さやブレードまたはブラシの設定捻り角度により決まる。このようにして設定された清掃体1はロータ2の周長と同じ長さの辺をロータ2と直角にして巻きつけて接着等により固定し図2のように回転ロータ5を形成する。平行四辺形形状を変えることによりブレードまたはブラシの捻り角度を自由に変えることができる。通常は回転ロータ5はその両端に回転軸を有するブラケット(図示せず)を固定して使用するが、本発明においてはロータ2が円柱または円筒形のままであるので径を小さく設定することによりロータ2の両端を回転軸とすることもできる。

【発明の効果】
回転ロータを構成するロータに捻りを加えないので回転時にアンバランスが増大して振動が発生することがない。また清掃体の平行四辺形の角度θ等を変えることによりブレードまたはブラシの捻り角度を自由に設定することができるので製品としての要求捻り角度に対応することができる。またロータ径を小さくしてロータ両端を回転軸として使うことも可能で部品点数を少なくしコスト低減をはかることができる。
