Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotating rotor used for a suction nozzle for a vacuum cleaner having less vibration when rotating and a smooth rotation. SOLUTION: The side surfaces of a rotor have straight inserting grooves and fitting portions and cleaning portions are set obliquely which compose a cleaning body, so that the rotating rotor having less vibration and noise when rotating and a smooth rotation can be provided.

Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a rotary rotor of a suction port used in a vacuum cleaner. 2. Description of the Related Art FIG. 4 shows a rotary rotor constituting a rotary brush rotatably provided in the vicinity of a suction port of a vacuum cleaner disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-178016. A rotary rotor is formed by extruding a metal rotor having a plurality of grooves into which blades and the like are inserted straight, and then twisting the grooves to form a spiral shape and inserting the blades and the like into the grooves. [0003] If a cleaning body such as a blade or a brush is attached straight in the longitudinal direction of the rotor, the cleaning unit will intermittently hit the floor, and a large width at a time will increase. Therefore, it is a good method to insert the cleaning body into the spiral groove because there is a problem that the resistance cannot be rotated and the rotation cannot be performed. However, twisting may cause warpage of the rotor, resulting in imbalance during rotation, which may cause vibration noise. The present invention provides a rotating rotor that does not generate vibration noise during rotation. [0004] The present invention is configured as follows. (1) The insertion groove provided on the side surface of the rotor is straight in the longitudinal direction, and the fitting portion to be inserted into the insertion groove is straight. A cleaning portion such as a blade or a brush provided on the insertion groove is a cleaning member formed obliquely with the fitting portion. To form a rotating rotor. Embodiment 1 FIGS. 1 to 3 show the configuration of Embodiment 1 of the present invention. 1 is a rotor,
2 is a cleaning body. The rotor 1 has one or a plurality of straight grooves 11 on the side surface. The cleaning body 2 has a fitting portion 12 that enters the groove of the rotor 1 and a cleaning portion 13 formed of a blade or a brush in a diagonal direction. Cleaning unit 1
3 may be inclined at a single angle as in FIGS. 1 and 2 or may be zigzag as in FIG. Also, the cleaning body 2 inserted into the rotor groove 11 does not need to be one groove, but may be plural, and the shape of the spiral can be variously selected. By adopting such a configuration, the rotor 1 does not warp, which causes vibration noise during rotation, and since the cleaning unit 13 is located obliquely to the rotor 1, the cleaning unit 13 may be rotated in any direction. Even in the position, the resistance becomes uniform and does not disturb the smooth state of rotation. As described above, since no twist is applied to the rotor constituting the rotating rotor, imbalance during rotation does not increase and vibration does not occur. Further, since the cleaning section is set obliquely with respect to the groove of the rotor, the resistance of the cleaning section against rotation generated on the floor surface is constant regardless of the rotation angle of the rotor, and smooth rotation can be maintained. Further, the spiral shape of the cleaning body can be selected by considering the number of cleaning bodies to be put in the groove of the rotor.
