【発明の属する技術分野】本発明は、電気掃除機で使用
される吸込口の回転ロータに関するものである。

【従来の技術】図4は例えば特開平7−178016号
に開示された電気掃除機用吸込口の吸込口近傍に回転自
在に設けた回転ブラシを構成する回転ロータである。ブ
レード等を挿入する複数の溝を有する金属製のロータを
まっすぐに押し出しその後捻りを加えて溝を螺旋状にし
てブレード等を溝に入れて回転ロータを構成したもので
ある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】ロータの長手方向にま
っすぐにブレードやブラシ等の清掃体をつけるとすると
清掃部が床面をたたくのが間欠的となり、一度に大きな
幅が床面にあたり抵抗が大きく回転出来ないことも生じ
るなどの問題があり螺旋状の溝に清掃体を入れるのは良
い方法である。しかし捻りを行うとロータにそりが発生
して回転時にアンバランスが生じ振動騒音が発生する元
になることもある。本発明は回転時に振動騒音が発生し
ない回転ロータを提供するものである。

【課題を解決する手段】本発明は次のように構成したも
のである。
(1)ロータ側面に設ける挿入溝は長手方向にまっすぐ
にして、挿入溝に入れる嵌合部はまっすぐにそのうえに
設けるブレードまたはブラシ等の清掃部は嵌合等部と斜
め方向に形成した清掃体とを組み合わせ回転ロータを構
成する。

【発明の実施の形態】実施の形態1
図1〜3に実施の形態1の構成を示す。1はロータで、
2は清掃体である。ロータ1は側面にまっすぐな一条あ
るいは複数条の溝11を有する。清掃体2はロータ1の
溝に入る嵌合部12と嵌合部12とは斜め方向にブレー
ドまたはブラシ等よりなる清掃部13を持つ。清掃部1
3は図1、2のように単一な角度で斜めになっていても
図3のようにジゲザグになっていてもよい。またロータ
溝11に挿入する清掃体2は各溝1本である必要はな
く、複数本にしてもよくそれにより螺旋の形を種々選択
出来る。このような形態にすることにより、回転時の振
動騒音のもとになるロータ1の反り等は発生せず、また
清掃部13はロータ1に斜めに位置しているのでロータ
の回転方向のどの位置においても均一な抵抗となり回転
のなめらかな状態を乱すことはない。

【発明の効果】回転ロータを構成するロータに捻りを加
えないので回転時にアンバランスが増大して振動が発生
することがない。また清掃部はロータの溝に対して斜め
に設定しているので清掃部が床面にあたって発生する回
転に対する抵抗がロータの回転角によらず一定になりな
めらかな回転を維持することが出来る。さらにロータの
溝に入れる清掃体の数を考慮することにより清掃体の螺
