Description

【0001】

[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1
The first embodiment is shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a front view of the rotary rotor of the present invention. In FIG. 1, 1 is a rotary rotor, 2 is a rotor, 3 is a cleaning body, 4 is a bracket, and 5 is a bearing. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a state in which the cleaning body is sandwiched between the rotors. In FIG. 2, 6 is a base fabric and 7 is a brush. As shown in FIG. 1, the rotary rotor of the present invention includes a rotor 2, a cleaning body 3, a bracket 4 and a bearing 5. The rotor 2 is formed with four roughly rod-shaped ones. Two cleaning bodies 3 are formed so as to be sandwiched between the rotors 2, and brushes 7 are formed in series on the upper surface of a flat base cloth 6. As shown in FIG. 2, the rotor 2 is formed by sandwiching a base cloth 6 formed on the cleaning body 3, and then adding a 90 ° angle twist around the shaft to form a spiral, and then mounting brackets 4 on both ends of the rotor 2. Inserted and fixed, the bearing 5 is disposed outside the bracket 4.
[0008]
Since the first embodiment is configured as described above, the cleaning body 3 is formed in a spiral shape in which an angle twist of 90 degrees is applied around the axis. Then, when the rotary rotor 1 is rotated, the cleaning body 3 rubs the floor surface, scrapes up dust on the floor surface, and exhibits a cleaning effect.
[0009]
In the rotary rotor 1, the rotor 2 and the cleaning body 3 are formed in a spiral shape in which an angle twist of 90 degrees is applied around the shaft, but the twist angle is a predetermined angle in a timely manner according to the purpose. Even if set, there is no problem. Also, the configuration of the cross-sectional shape of the rotor, the number of rotors and the number of cleaning bodies used, etc. can be set appropriately according to the purpose without any trouble. Furthermore, although the cleaning body is formed with a brush, there is no problem even if an elastic material such as a blade is used.
[0010]
7 to 8 show other examples of the first embodiment. FIG. 7 is a front view of another embodiment of the rotary rotor of the present invention. In FIG. 7, 31 is a rotary rotor, 32 is a rotor, 3 is a cleaning body, 4 is a bracket, and 5 is a bearing. FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a state in which the cleaning body is sandwiched between the rotors. In FIG. 8, 16 is a base fabric and 7 is a brush. As shown in FIG. 7, the rotary rotor of the present invention is composed of a rotor 32, a cleaning body 3, a bracket 4 and a bearing 5. The rotor 32 is formed with four substantially rod-shaped ones. Two cleaning bodies 3 are formed so as to be sandwiched by the rotor 32, and the brushes 7 are formed in series on the upper surface of the flat base fabric 16. The flat width of the flat base fabric 16 is set so that the floor surface is rubbed with the brush 7 formed on the cleaning body 3 when the rotor rotates. As shown in FIG. 8, the rotor 32 sandwiches the base fabric 16 formed on the cleaning body 3, and then twists the shaft 32 by twisting it at an angle of 90 degrees, and then attaches the bracket 4 to both ends of the rotor 32. Inserted and fixed, the bearing 5 is disposed outside the bracket 4.
[0011]
Since another example of the first embodiment is configured as described above, the cleaning body 3 is formed in a spiral shape in which an angle twist of 90 degrees is applied around the axis. Then, when the rotary rotor 31 is rotated, the brush 7 and the base cloth 16 formed on the cleaning body 3 rub against the floor surface, and dust on the floor surface is lifted up to exert a cleaning effect.
[0012]
Embodiment 2
A second embodiment is shown in FIGS. FIG. 3 is a front view of the rotary rotor of the present invention. In FIG. 3, 11 is a rotary rotor, 12 is a rotor, 3 is a cleaning body, 4 is a bracket, and 5 is a bearing. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a state in which the cleaning body is sandwiched between the rotors. In FIG. 4, 6 is a base fabric and 7 is a brush. As shown in FIG. 3, the rotary rotor of the present invention includes a rotor 12, a cleaning body 3, a bracket 4 and a bearing 5. The rotor 12 is formed with four approximately rod-shaped members that are spirally formed by applying an angle twist of 90 degrees around the axis. Two cleaning bodies 3 are formed so as to be sandwiched between rotors 12, and brushes 7 are formed in series on the upper surface of a flat base cloth 6. As shown in FIG. 4, the cleaning body 3 has a 90 ° angle around the axis by sandwiching the base cloth 6 against the substantially rod-shaped rotor 12 that is helically formed by twisting 90 degrees around the axis. It is formed in a spiral shape with twisting applied. Thereafter, the bracket 4 is inserted and fixed at both ends of the rotor 12, and the bearing 5 is disposed outside the bracket 4.
[0013]
Since the second embodiment is configured as described above, the cleaning body 3 is formed in a spiral shape in which an angle twist of 90 degrees is applied around the shaft by being sandwiched between the rotors 12. Then, when the rotary rotor 11 is rotated, the cleaning body 3 rubs the floor surface, scrapes up dust on the floor surface, and exhibits a cleaning effect.
[0014]
In the rotary rotor 11 as well, as in the first embodiment, there is no problem even if the torsion angles of the rotor 12 and the cleaning body 3 are set to a predetermined angle in accordance with the purpose.
[0015]

The rotor 22 uses bamboo as the material, and two cleaning bodies 3 are formed so as to be sandwiched by the rotor 22, and the brush 7 is formed in series on the upper surface of the flat base cloth 6. After sandwiching the cleaning body 3, the rotor 22 is twisted by twisting 90 degrees around the shaft, and then the bracket 4 is inserted and fixed at both ends of the rotor 22, and the bearing 5 is placed outside the bracket 4. It is arranged.
[0016]
Since the third embodiment is configured as described above, the cleaning body 3 is formed in a spiral shape in which an angle twist of 90 degrees is applied around the axis. When the rotary rotor 21 is rotated, the cleaning body 3 sandwiched between the bamboo rotors 22 rubs against the floor surface, scrapes up dust on the floor surface, and exhibits a cleaning effect.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the floor nozzle for a vacuum cleaner of the present invention can obtain the following effects. In the description, the same reference numerals as those in the claims are attached.
[0018]
(1) The rotating rotor is composed of a rotor, a cleaning body, a bracket, and a bearing. The rotor has a substantially rod shape, sandwiches the cleaning body, and the cleaning body is spirally twisted around the shaft. After that, the brackets are inserted and fixed at both ends of the rotor, and the bearings are disposed outside the bracket, so that the rotor can be manufactured at low cost.
[0019]
(2) The rotating rotor is composed of a rotor, a cleaning body, a bracket, and a bearing, and the rotor uses a roughly rod-shaped member that is spiraled by adding an angle torsion around the shaft.
