DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a floor nozzle for a vacuum cleaner incorporating a rotating brush. [Prior Art] FIG. 7 shows a cross-sectional view of a rotating brush used in a conventional floor nozzle. This rotating brush has a shaft attached to both ends of a rod-shaped body formed by spirally forming beaters 10, 10 with cross sections as shown in the figure, and a brush 24 formed by bundling thin wires.
A plurality of rows are arranged spirally along the outer circumferential surface 23 between the 10 parts. [Problems with the prior art] According to such a conventional rotating brush, the many brushes 24 are easily tangled with fibrous materials such as lint, hair, and other dust 22, and once entangled, this type of dust is It is not easily removed by the rotating centrifugal force of the rotating brush, and if left as it is, it may become wrapped around the beater 10, causing problems. When a large amount of this dust wraps around the rotating brush, the tip of the brush becomes covered with dust, which reduces the action of the brush, that is, the ability to scrape up dust on the carpet, and the dust on the carpet decreases. Problems have arisen such as the brush becoming unable to suction the brush, the rotation of the rotating brush becoming weaker, or the rotation itself stopping. Therefore, there was a problem in that the user had to use a knife or the like to remove dust from the rotating brush each time. [Object of the Invention] The present invention has been made to solve these problems, and eliminates the entanglement of dust on the brush body, and even if it becomes entangled, it can be easily removed. The purpose is to provide such a floor nozzle. [Means for achieving the object] In order to achieve the above object, the rotating brush of the floor nozzle according to the present invention has one or more rows of concave grooves spirally extending from one end of the rotating rod to the other end. A brush body, which is formed by integrally molding a belt-shaped sheet and a number of conical protrusions projecting outward from the sheet using a soft material, is mounted in the groove of the rotary rod. [Function] The conical protrusion of the rotating brush configured as described above scrapes out dust from the fluff of the carpet as it rotates, while also being easily curved and combined with its tapered shape to scrape out lint, etc. Prevent entanglement. [Embodiment] Figures 1 to 4 show a floor nozzle 1 which is an embodiment of the present invention, and includes an upper case 2 and a lower case 3.
And the soft bumper 4 sandwiched between these two cases
and an elbow 5 which is held rotatably up and down and left and right, and an opening/closing lid 7 which is detachably attached to the upper case 2 with a latch 6 is provided at the front upper part of the floor nozzle. Reference numeral 8 denotes a suction chamber, which is formed below the opening/closing lid 7, has a suction port 9 on its lower surface, and has a rotating rod 11 disposed opposite to the suction port 9. This rotating rod 1
On the outer peripheral surface between the beaters 10 and 10 of No. 1, a brush body 14 formed by integrally molding a large number of conical protrusions 13 whose tips are tapered onto the surface of the sheet 12 using a soft material is helically adhered. It is attached with an agent. In addition, this is placed at both ends of the rotating rod 11 in the suction chamber 9.
a shaft 15,1 for rotatably supporting on both side walls of the
6, and a gear 17 is further formed on the outer peripheral surface of one shaft 16. Reference numeral 18 indicates a communication port 19 at the rear of the suction chamber 8.
The air turbine (not shown) is housed in a turbine chamber that communicates with the air turbine through a turbine chamber. This air turbine is rotated by the suction airflow flowing in from the suction port 9, and this rotation is transmitted from a turbine shaft (not shown) integrally molded to the air turbine to a rotating rod 11 via a belt 21 in a belt chamber 20. rotating gear 17
The rotation rod 11 is rotated at high speed. One embodiment of the present invention is constructed as described above, and when the elbow 5 is connected to the vacuum cleaner main body (not shown) and operated, suction air enters from the suction port 9 and passes through the communication port 19 to drive the air turbine. Rotate. At this time, the rotating rod 11 is also rotated by the belt 21,
The bristles of the carpet are raised by the beater 10, and the dust 22 is scraped up and sucked by the projections 13 of the brush body 14 . Since the protrusion 13 of the brush body 14 is soft and has a narrow conical tip, it is easily bent as shown by the broken line in FIG. It is something that is sucked in. FIG. 6 is a sectional view of a rotating brush according to another embodiment of the present invention, in which a series of engaging protrusions 12a are formed on the back surface of the sheet 12 of the brush body 14 , and the engaging protrusions 12a are rotated. The rod 11 is attached by being inserted from its end face into a groove 11a formed in advance between the beaters 10, 10. [Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the present invention, beaters are formed in a spiral shape on the outer peripheral surface of a rotating rod, and a brush body made of a soft material having a projection with a small diameter at the tip is arranged in a spiral shape between the beaters. By arranging it, the following new and remarkable effects can be achieved. Even if the dust is caught on the protrusion, it smoothly moves to the tip of the protrusion and is removed from the rotating rod. Since the brush body is integrally formed from a soft material, the structure is simple and it is easy to helically attach it to the rotating rod. Even if the load applied to the rotating rod is different between the protrusion side and the beater side, since the protrusions and beaters are arranged spirally and alternately, unbalanced loads and vibration factors are alleviated, and the rotation of the rotating rod is improved. is smooth.
