Description
Claims (13)
- 耐火材料から構成される細長い本体部と、使用中に最上方にある前記本体部の一端から前記本体部内を長手方向に延びる通路と、前記通路内に固定される部分と前記通路の外側で昇降装置へ取り付けるための別の部分とを有するキャリアロッドと、を備えるストッパーロッドであって、
前記通路が、拡径部分と、前記本体部の前記一端と対向する前記拡径部分の端部において前記拡径部分により形成される封止面と、を有しており、
前記キャリアロッドの周りに設けられると共に前記拡径部分内に少なくとも部分的に受け入れられるインサートと、前記キャリアロッドに設けられると共に少なくとも前記インサートを保持する保持手段と、をさらに備え、
前記インサート及び前記保持手段の間に配置されていると共に使用中に前記キャリアロッドよりも大きく膨張する膨張性手段を備え、
前記インサートの材料の熱膨張係数が前記キャリアロッドの熱膨張係数よりも大きくないことを特徴とするストッパーロッド。 - 前記膨張性手段が2つの座金から構成されており、前記2つの座金の間に膨張黒鉛組成物が配置されている請求項1に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記座金が前記膨張黒鉛組成物に接着されている請求項2に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記膨張性手段が凹所付き座金を含んでおり、前記凹所付き座金内を標準の座金が滑動可能であり、前記凹所付き座金および前記標準の座金の間に膨張黒鉛組成物が配置されている請求項1に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記凹所付き座金および前記標準の座金の両方が前記膨張黒鉛組成物に接着されている請求項4に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記保持手段が平座金を備えており、前記膨張性手段がメタルカップ内に保持された膨張黒鉛組成物を備えており、前記メタルカップの開放端が前記保持手段の前記平座金に係合し、前記メタルカップの閉止端が前記インサートに係合している請求項1に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記膨張性手段が、前記メタルカップ内に接着により保持されている請求項6に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記保持手段がカップ座金を備えており、前記膨張性手段がメタルジャケット内に保持された膨張黒鉛組成物を備えており、前記メタルジャケットの開放端が前記カップ座金の内側表面に係合し、前記カップ座金の開放端が前記ストッパーロッドの前記本体部の一端に係合し、前記メタルジャケットの閉止端が前記インサートに係合する、請求項1に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記膨張性手段が、前記メタルジャケット内に接着により保持されている請求項8に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記膨張黒鉛組成物が、間隙水を有し、
前記膨張黒鉛組成物を前記膨張性手段の一部として形成する前に、前記膨張黒鉛組成物内の前記間隙水を全てではないが部分的に除去するために、前記膨張黒鉛組成物を加熱する請求項2〜9のいずれか1項に記載のストッパーロッド。 - 前記インサートが、前記封止面に着座したシールを圧縮している請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記シール及び前記封止面が環状である請求項11に記載のストッパーロッド。
- 前記保持手段が、前記膨張性手段を係合させる座金と、前記キャリアロッドにあるねじ山に螺合して使用中に締め付けられることにより前記膨張性手段と前記座金とを係合させるナットと、を備える請求項1に記載のストッパーロッド。
