図1は、本発明の実施形態1に係る補助人工心臓装置1を示すものである。この人工心臓装置1は、患者の心臓100を覆う網状部材10(被覆部材)と、網状部材10に取り付けられる複数の前部及び後部心臓側磁石20、21と、網状部材10の上から心臓100を覆う形状の成形部材30と、成形部材30に取り付けられる前部及び後部成形部材側磁石40、41と、制御装置50(極性切替装置)とを備えている。
図7は、本発明の実施形態2に係る補助人工心臓装置の成形部材70を示すものである。この実施形態2の補助人工心臓装置は、成形部材70の構造が実施形態1のものと異なるだけで、他の部分は同じであるため、以下、実施形態1と同じ部分には同じ符号を付して説明を省略し、異なる部分について詳細に説明する。
Claims (6)
- 心臓の表面に固着される心臓側磁力発生部と、
心筋よりも硬い材料を、心臓を覆うように成形してなる成形部材と、
上記成形部材に、上記心臓側磁力発生部に対応して設けられた成形部材側磁力発生部と、
上記心臓側磁力発生部と上記成形部材側磁力発生部との一方の極性を所定のタイミングで切り替える極性切替装置とを備え、
上記極性切替装置により上記心臓側磁力発生部と上記成形部材側磁力発生部との極性を同じにすることによって上記心臓側磁力発生部と上記成形部材側磁力発生部との間で反発力を発生させて心臓に収縮力を与え、その後、上記極性切替装置により上記心臓側磁力発生部と上記成形部材側磁力発生部との極性を異ならせることによって上記心臓側磁力発生部と上記成形部材側磁力発生部との間で吸引力を発生させて心臓に拡張力を与えるように構成されていることを特徴とする補助人工心臓装置。 - 請求項1に記載の補助人工心臓装置において、
心臓の表面を被覆する被覆部材を備え、
上記被覆部材に心臓側磁力発生部が取り付けられていることを特徴とする補助人工心臓。 - 請求項1に記載の補助人工心臓装置において、
心臓側磁力発生部は、複数設けられていることを特徴とする補助人工心臓装置。 - 請求項3に記載の補助人工心臓装置において、
心臓側磁力発生部は、心臓の前面部と後面部とにそれぞれ固着されていることを特徴とする補助人工心臓装置。 - 請求項1に記載の補助人工心臓装置において、
成形部材は、心臓の前後方向に分割された前側分割体と後側分割体とで構成され、該前側分割体と後側分割体とは互いに結合される結合部を有していることを特徴とする補助人工心臓装置。 - 請求項1に記載の補助人工心臓装置において、
成形部材は、心臓が心尖側から挿入される空間部を有していることを特徴とする補助人工心臓装置。
