Description
図1は、本実施形態のバイオセンサー1を示す構成図である。この図に示すバイオセンサー1は、液体試料中の基質または金属イオンの検出に用いられるものである。バイオセンサー1は、基板11上に設けられた一対の電極12間に複数の微粒子13を配列形成してなる微粒子層14と、この微粒子層14の表面に固定化された酵素15とを有するセンサー部10を備えている。
このようなバイオセンサー1は、次のような方法により製造される。
次に、このバイオセンサー1を用いた液体試料中のセンシング方法について、液体試料中の基質の濃度の測定方法を例にとって説明する。
Claims (4)
- 基質、金属イオン、並びに、前記基質および前記金属イオンと酸化還元反応して金属を析出させる補酵素を添加した液体試料中の前記基質または前記金属イオンを検出するバイオセンサーであって
基板上に配置された一対の電極と、
前記一対の電極間の前記基板上に複数の微粒子を配列形成してなる微粒子層と、
前記微粒子層の表面に固定されるとともに前記基質に特異的に作用する酵素と、
前記一対の電極に接続されるとともに、前記微粒子層の電気伝導度を測定する測定器と
を備えたバイオセンサー。 - 請求項1記載のバイオセンサーにおいて、
前記微粒子は保護膜で覆われている、バイオセンサー。 - 請求項1記載のバイオセンサーにおいて、
前記金属イオンが添加された前記液体試料中の前記基質に前記酵素が作用することで、前記金属イオンが還元されて金属として前記微粒子の表面に析出することによる前記微粒子層の電気伝導度の変化により、前記基質を検出する、バイオセンサー。 - 請求項1記載のバイオセンサーにおいて、
前記基質が添加された前記液体試料中の当該基質に前記酵素が作用することで、前記金属イオンが還元されて金属として前記微粒子の表面に析出することによる前記微粒子層の電気伝導度の変化により、前記金属イオンを検出する、バイオセンサー。
