Description

前記血圧の値が時間の関数として実質的に一定であり、前記PWTTの値が時間の関数として減少する場合にアラームを発生するステップを更に備える。

Claims (16)
- 所定のインターバルでパルス波遷移時間(PWTT)を決定するためのPWTT決定デバイスと、
この結果得られたPWTTの値を記憶するための第1記憶手段と、
前記決定と近い時間で血圧を測定するための血圧測定デバイスと、
上記測定の結果得られた血圧の値を記憶するための第2記憶手段とを備えた、非侵襲的な心臓モニタ装置において、
時間の関数としての前記血圧の値および前記PWTTの値の相対的変化を計算するための心臓の血管のダイナミックな変化を計算するデバイスと、
前記血圧の値が時間の関数として実質的に一定であり、前記PWTTの値が時間の関数として減少する場合にアラームを発生するためのアラーム発生デバイスとを更に備えた、非侵襲的に心臓をモニタするための装置。 - 前記相対的な変化を遠隔的にモニタするためのホストシステムに接続された、請求項1記載の装置。
- 人の体重を測定するための人の体重測定デバイス、呼吸数を測定するための呼吸数測定デバイス、心拍数の可変性を測定するための心拍数可変性測定デバイス、血糖レベルを測定するための血糖レベル測定デバイス、血液酸素飽和度を測定するための血液酸素飽和度測定デバイス、および/または肺機能を測定するための肺機能測定デバイスとを備えた、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記心拍リズム測定システムは、心電波形測定デバイス、QRS波検出デバイス、インピーダンスプレチスモグラフまたは心音計を含む、前の請求項のいずれかに記載の装置。
- 前記パルス波測定デバイスは、SpO2測定デバイスに基づくフォトプレチスモグラフである、請求項1〜4に記載の装置。
- 所定インターバルで、パルス波遷移時間(PWTT)を決定するステップと、
前記決定の結果得られるPWTTの値を記憶するステップと、
前記PWTTの決定と近い時間で血圧を測定するステップと、
前記測定の結果得られた血圧の値を記憶するステップとを備えた、非侵襲的な心臓モニタ方法において、
時間の関数としての前記PWTTの値および前記血圧の値の相対的変化を計算するステップと、
前記血圧の値が時間の関数として実質的に一定であり、前記PWTTの値が時間の関数として減少する場合にアラームを発生するステップを更に備えた、非侵襲的に心臓をモニタするための方法。 - 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして人の体重が含まれる、請求項6記載の方法。
- 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして呼吸数が含まれる、請求項6または7記載の方法。
- 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして心拍数の可変性が含まれる、請求項6、7または8記載の方法。
- 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして血糖レベルが含まれる、請求項6〜9のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして血中酸素飽和度が含まれる、請求項6〜10のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 別の生理学的観測パラメータとして肺機能が含まれる、請求項6〜11のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 鬱血性心臓疾患を有する患者に本方法を適用するステップを更に含む、請求項6〜12のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 競技者および/または宇宙飛行士に本方法を適用するステップを更に含む、請求項6〜13のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 心臓リズム測定システムおよびパルス波測定デバイスにより、前記PWTTを誘導する、請求項6〜14のうちのいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記心臓リズム測定システムは、心電波形測定デバイスおよびQRS波検出デバイス、インピーダンスプレチスモグラフまたは心音計を含む、請求項15記載の方法。
