Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a heat insulating cup made of a sheet material typified by cardboard, which is used as a drinking cup for hot coffee, black tea, green tea or the like, or an instant cup noodle container.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As this type of heat insulation cup, the idea of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 4-45212 (designation name: heat-insulating paper cup) (hereinafter referred to as Device A) or the technique of Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-39717 (designation name: heat insulation) Paper cup) (hereinafter referred to as Device B) is known. Device A, as shown in FIG. 7, curls the bottom c of the outer layer paper b inward and causes the curled portion j to abut on the liner paper a. Thus, there is a problem that a heat-insulating layer d is formed and a bottom inner curling process is required for the tubular exterior paper b.
[0003]
In addition, it is extremely difficult to form the bottom end of the outer layer paper b where the inward curl j exists in an orderly manner, and there is a problem that irregularities due to wrinkles occur on the outer surface of the inward curl j.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 8, the device B forms the heat insulating layer h by interposing an embossed paper g as a heat insulating material between the backing paper e and the outer layer paper f. There is a problem of requiring a step of interposing between the paperboard e and the outer layer paper f.
[0005]
Furthermore, both the above-mentioned conventional devices A and B have a problem that a special processing step needs to be added during the manufacturing process of the heat insulating paper cup, and the cost increase cannot be avoided.
[0006]
In particular, in the device A shown in FIG. 7, when the bottom curl j facing the inside of the bottom c of the outer layer paper b is provided, the lower end portion of the main body cup made of the backing paper a catches on the curled portion j of the outer layer paper b when assembling. In addition, there is a problem that defects are likely to occur in the coupling process between the two.
[0007]
Further, as shown in FIG. 13, the upper and lower horizontal ribs H and I are protruded from the cup body G, and the lower end of the top curl J of the cup body G and the lower outer peripheral surface of the body G are formed at the lower end. When the cylindrical body L on which the inward curl K is formed is adhered and brought into contact with the outer surfaces of the horizontal ribs H and I, or facing each other with a slight gap, and the cup body G is gripped with fingers The cylindrical body L is prevented from being deformed to the cup body G side, or as shown in FIG. 14, a reduced diameter step N is formed on the upper part of the cup body M, and the reduced diameter step N A cup body M that is close to a straight cylinder is formed from the space from the bottom side wall O to the bottom side wall O, and an outer sleeve Q is adhered between the upper body part P above the reduced diameter stepped part N and the bottom side wall O, and the cup body part It is known that a heat insulating space R is formed between M and the outer sleeve Q.
[0008]
In the heat insulation cup shown in FIG. 13, the deformation of the cylindrical body L at the time of gripping is prevented, but the inward curl K has the same problems as those shown in FIG. 7, and the heat insulation cup shown in FIG. As with the case shown in FIG. 7, there is a problem that the outer sleeve Q is deformed and the heat insulating effect of the outer sleeve Q near the bottom side wall O is lost.
[0009]
As a means for solving the problems of the heat insulating cup shown in FIGS. 7 and 14, a structure described in the registered utility model No. 2567942 shown in FIG. Is a structure in which the upper and lower portions of the piece cardboard V are bonded to the upper portion of the cup barrel portion U and the bottom side wall W, and the upper and lower portions of the cup barrel portion U. Since the side wall W exists in a single inverted frustoconical surface, it is difficult to place a piece of corrugated cardboard V in terms of homogeneous mass production due to the presence of the corrugated T, which is technically difficult. In addition, there is a problem that an increase in cost cannot be avoided in terms of use of the single cardboard V.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In view of the various problems of the conventional heat insulation cup, the present invention is a sheet material represented by cardboard, but the heat insulation of the body is generally uniform, and does not deform in a normal gripping state. The strength of the bonding part between the cup body and the outer sleeve is high, and the inner part of the cup of the bonding part between the upper body and the outer sleeve is placed on a tray such as an additive or a small spoon. It is an object to provide a heat insulating cup that can function as a part, has a relatively simple structure, is relatively inexpensive, and can be manufactured with high production efficiency.
[0011]
In addition, the present invention uses a flat outer sleeve, and can form a heat insulating layer by simply projecting the joint portion during the molding process of the body portion, such as bottom curl processing and bonding of heat insulating material. Combined with the fact that it is unnecessary and relatively simple in structure, not only can it be manufactured at a relatively low cost and with high production efficiency, but it is also formed on the skirt body compared to conventional heat insulation cups of the same shape and capacity. Since the stationary edge portion can be widened by the thickness of the projected portion, it is an object to provide a heat insulating cup with high stationary stability when it is allowed to stand on a flat surface.

FIG. 1 shows an example of an embodiment in which the inventions of claim 1 and claim 2 are applied together. In the body portion 20 made of cardboard material, the section of the skirt body portion 7 having a height h is directed outward. The projection 22 is projected by r at a radius.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the protruding portion 22 in the illustrated embodiment has a double structure in which the lower side portion 27 of the hem barrel portion 7 of the body portion 20 is folded inward at the lower edge 23 of the protruding portion 22. The outer edge portion 24 bent downward from the peripheral edge 5 is sandwiched between the projecting portion 22 and the lower side portion 27 and bonded and fixed on both surfaces of the outer edge portion 24.
[0021]
The body cup 19 formed by the body portion 20 and the bottom plate 5 of the illustrated embodiment of FIG. 1 has an outwardly facing top curl 3 formed at the opening edge, and the upper body portion 4 which is the nearest lower portion and the projecting portion. A flat outer sleeve 9 is bonded to the outer peripheral surface of the upper edge portion 22 by the inner surface of the upper edge portion and the inner surface of the lower end portion 25, and the outer surface 21 of the body portion between the upper body portion 4 and the outer peripheral surface of the protruding portion 22. Is formed between the outer sleeve 9 and the inner surface 16 of the outer sleeve 9, but the top curl 3 is not necessarily required, and may be replaced by an outward flange or the like. .
[0022]
In addition, in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, a double structure is formed in which the lower side portion 27 of the body portion 20 is bent inward at the lower edge 23 of the protruding portion 22, and is bent downward from the periphery of the bottom plate 5. The outer edge portion 24 is sandwiched between the protruding portion 22 and the lower side portion 27 and bonded and fixed. However, in the invention of claim 1, the bonding and fixing structure between the protruding portion 22 and the bottom plate 5 is exceptional. Of course, there is no limitation, and any bonding and fixing structure may be used.
[0023]
In the invention of claim 3, the bonding portion of the upper body portion 4, the skirt body portion 7 and the outer sleeve 9 is a pressure bonding portion.
[0024]
FIG. 2 shows an example of implementation in which the inventions of claim 1, claim 2 and claim 4 are applied together. The body 20 and the bottom plate 5 are bonded and fixed together with the body cup 19 shown in FIG. Although having the same structure, on the outer peripheral surface 33 of the body portion 20, convex ridges 26 and 26 </ b> A are formed that are in contact with the inner surface 16 of the outer sleeve 9. It is characterized in that it can be bonded.
[0025]
In this embodiment, the protruding height of the protrusion 26A that is a peta line is slightly higher than the height of the protrusion 26 that is a peta line so that the heat insulating space 10A is formed with a substantially uniform thickness from the upper part to the lower part of the main body cup 19. It is set low. The number of ridges to be formed is not limited to two as shown in the figure, and may be one of the ridges 26 or 26A, or three or more.
[0026]
As shown in FIGS. 1, 3 to 6, the present invention forms the protruding portion 22 of the hem barrel portion 7 of the body cup 19 in the current molding line of the body cup 19 composed of the barrel 20 and the bottom plate 5. I can do it.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 4, the protrusion 22 can be formed as shown in FIG. 4 by applying the protrusion output k outward in the bottom forming step of the main body cup 19 by the body 20 and the bottom plate 5 as shown in FIG. 3.
[0028]
The molding method of the present invention can be achieved by adding any of the following means to the current molding line of the body cup 19. As the means,
(1) The body and the bottom plate are bonded and joined, and at the same time, the joint is projected outward.
(2) After bonding and joining the body part and the bottom plate with the current main body forming line, the joining part is projected outward in a continuous process.
{Circle around (3)} The skirt trunk portion is protruded outward in advance, and a bottom plate is attached to the protruding portion to be bonded and bonded to the trunk portion.
There are various means.
[0029]
After the above-described protrusion is formed, the outer sleeve is bonded and bonded to the main body cup. As a connecting means, the main body cup can be inserted and connected to a flat cylindrical outer sleeve that has been side-sealed in advance, or May be adhesively bonded by winding a flat outer sleeve around the body cup.
[0030]
As shown in FIGS. 4, 5, and 6, the form of the protruding portion 22 formed by the body portion 20 and the bottom plate 5 may be modified, and the manner of joining the outer sleeve 9 to the protruding portion 22 is slightly different. .
[0031]
In any form of the protruding portion, the heat insulating space 10 is widely formed between the trunk portion 20 and the exterior sleeve 9.
[0032]
In the case of the present invention, when the protruding portion 22 is formed as shown in FIG. 4 by applying the projecting output k in the shape of FIG. 3, the bent portion of the body portion 20, its lower side portion 27, the bottom plate 5, and its outer edge portion 24. Although voids 28, 29, and 30 are formed, the presence of the adhesive layer 31 does not cause liquid leakage, infiltration, or the like.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 5, if there is a gap between the tip 32 of the lower side portion 27 of the body portion 20 and the back surface of the bottom plate 5, the bent portion 28 is not overlapped with the tip 32 and the bent portion 30 of the bottom plate 5. There is no gap between the bent portion 30 and the adhesion is further improved.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 6, when the diameter of the protruding portion 22A is increased on the lower end side and the exterior sleeve 9 is bonded to the outer surface near the lower end, the bottom edge of the container is expanded more than that shown in FIG. 4 or FIG. As a result, the stationary stability of the container is improved.
[0035]
FIG. 9 and FIG. 10 show an example in which the inventions of claim 3, claim 5, and claim 6 are applied together, and the water resistance of the synthetic paper film imparting water resistance to the cardboard is laminated. In the body wall portion 2 of the heat insulating cup 1 formed of cardboard, between the upper body portion 4 below the top curl 3 and the bottom body portion 7 below the joint portion 6 between the body wall 2 and the bottom plate 5. A reduced-diameter barrel portion 8 that is recessed toward the inside of the container is formed over the entire circumference.
[0036]
An outer sleeve 9 that covers the entire outer surface of the body wall 2 is bonded to the outer surfaces of the upper body portion 4 and the bottom body portion 7 of the body wall 2.
[0037]
With the above-described configuration, the heat insulation space 10 is formed between the reduced diameter body portion 8 and the outer sleeve 9 between the upper body portion 4 and the skirt body portion 7. Adhesive portions 11 and 12 between the hem trunk portion 7 and the outer sleeve 9 are formed.
[0038]
The adhesive portions 11 and 12 of the upper body portion 4, the hem body portion 7 and the outer sleeve 9 are pressure adhesion portions which have been subjected to a molding action and an adhesion action by pressing with a molding die from both inner and outer side surfaces thereof, The upper end of the diameter-reduced body portion 8 is formed in a stepped portion 13 that is close to an upward horizontal plane, and has a multi-layer structure in which both adhesive portions 11 and 12 are in close contact with each other, and its rigidity is improved.
[0039]
Since the step 13 is formed close to an upward horizontal surface, an additive to the contents or a small spoon is placed on the top of the heat insulating cup 1 by hanging the step 13 on the periphery of a saucer or the like. A saucer can be stored stably.
[0040]
11 and 12 show two examples in which the inventions of claim 3, claim 5, claim 6 and claim 7 are applied in combination, and the configuration of each part other than the reduced diameter barrels 14 and 15 is shown. Is exactly the same as that shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, and the description thereof will be omitted. The application portion of the invention of claim 7 will be described below.
[0041]
In the embodiment shown in FIG. 11, an adhesive convex portion 17 bonded to the inner surface 16 of the outer sleeve 9 is formed by embossing the reduced diameter barrel portion 14 over the entire circumference of the central region of the reduced diameter barrel portion 14. In this case, the container body is bonded to the inner surface 16 by an appropriate means to improve the shape retaining performance in the central region of the heat insulating space 10 and to reduce the deformation of the container body when the heat insulating cup 1 is grasped. .
[0042]
In FIG. 12, the adhesive convex portion 18 formed over the entire circumference of the central region of the reduced diameter barrel portion 15 is formed of a foamable adhesive polystyrene or cardboard, and the outer surface of the reduced diameter barrel portion 15 and the inner surface 16 of the outer sleeve 9. In this configuration, the same action as that of the adhesive projection 17 shown in FIG. 11 is achieved.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
In the first aspect of the invention, since the hem trunk portion of the trunk portion protrudes to the outside over the entire circumference, the heat insulating space is easily and reliably formed.
[0044]
Moreover, processing of the exterior sleeve such as bottom curl processing or bonding with a heat insulating material is unnecessary.
[0045]
Since the outer sleeve is flat, in the invention of claim 2, the outer sleeve and the main body cup are easily bonded.
[0046]
In the current forming line of the main body cup, the protruding portion of the main body cup skirt body can be formed. That is, the protrusion can also be formed in the bottom forming step. Therefore, the molding cost is low.
[0047]
Furthermore, since the stationary edge can be widened by the thickness of the protruding portion formed on the skirt body portion, the stationary stability when stationary on a flat surface is increased.
[0048]
Since the projecting portion is formed so as to project over the entire circumference of the skirt body portion, the strength of the container bottom edge in the radial direction is improved.
[0049]
According to the invention of claim 2, in addition to the invention of claim 1, the strength of the bottom edge of the container is further improved by joining the outer sleeve.
[0050]
In the invention of claim 3, since the bonded portion of the upper body portion, the hem body portion, and the outer sleeve is a pressure portion and its rigidity is improved, even if the finger is directly under the top curl, Even if the heat-insulating cup with little deformation and contents are placed on the placement plane a little, the effect of preventing the heat-insulating cup from overturning due to the deformation of the skirt body can be effectively prevented. .
[0051]
According to the fourth aspect of the present invention, since the Peter wire protrudes from the trunk portion of the first or second aspect of the invention, the counter pressure strength of the container trunk portion is further improved. Further, deformation of the outer sleeve can be prevented, and maintenance of the heat insulating space, and hence the heat insulating effect is further improved.
[0052]
In the invention of claim 5, it is a reduced diameter body portion that is recessed over the entire circumference between the upper body portion below the top curl of the body wall and the hem body portion that is a connecting portion of the body wall and the bottom plate, Since the heat insulation space is formed between the outer surface of the upper body part and the hem body part, covering the entire outer surface of the body wall and the bonded outer sleeve, the top curl of the body wall of the heat insulation cup There exists an effect which can give the substantially uniform heat insulation effect to trunk | drum walls other than the upper trunk | drum part.
[0053]
In the invention of claim 6, since the diameter-reduced portion of the body wall in the upper body portion forms a stepped portion close to an upward horizontal surface, this stepped portion is a body reinforcing material when gripping the upper portion of the body wall by fingers. As a function, it prevents deformation of the body wall, and also serves as a support for receiving trays that are inserted into the heat insulating cup, and separates and stores additives and small spoons, etc., into the cup contents. It is useful when you use it.
[0054]
In the invention of claim 7, the central area of the reduced diameter body portion is adhered to the inner surface of the exterior sleeve by the adhesive convex portion, and the adhesive convex portion serves as a reinforcing portion over the entire circumference of the central region, and the center of the body wall is formed. The outer sleeve can be prevented from being deformed when gripped with fingers, and the heat insulation of the container body is not impaired.
[0055]
Further, any of the inventions according to claims 5 to 7 has an effect of maintaining high productivity because there is no structural part with difficulty in molding technology in terms of production process.
