However, since these plastics are one of the causes of garbage pollution, an insulating paper container with a heat-insulating cavity 3 formed in the body as shown in Figure 7 has been proposed as an alternative. There is.

Moreover, it was common to eat by holding the bottom side of the container, which had a long vertical structure. When you pour boiling water into the food, the heat and moisture will cause the body walls 11 and 21 to become soft, and the body walls 11 and 21 will come into contact with each other, damaging the insulation effect and making it too hot to hold in your hands. There was a problem. Therefore, there has been a strong desire to develop a paper container with excellent heat insulation properties so that the body walls of the vertically long container do not come into contact with each other even when the body is held by hand.

。The double-formed body walls are separated from each other by bends of the body walls themselves provided at multiple locations or spacers made of separate members, so even if you hold the bottom side of the vertically long container with your hand, the body does not move. Since the walls do not touch each other, excellent insulation is maintained. Next, the present invention will be explained in detail based on the attached drawings.

Although the circumferential step portion 12 can be formed at a plurality of appropriate locations, it is usually formed at the upper end and lower portion of the body wall 11. In particular, the lower circumferential step portion 12 is determined in consideration of the hand position when holding the container and eating. The inner surface of the sleeve 2, which is an exterior material, is adhered to the outer surface of the circumferential step portion 12 of the container body 1 by an appropriate means such as adhesive or heat sealing, and is integrated inseparably. The method for fixing the container body 1 and the sleeve 2 is to tighten the upper end of the body wall 11 to improve the strength of the opening end of the container body 1, and to tighten the body wall 21 of the sleeve 2 at the same time. It may be a method or the like. The body wall 11 and the bottom plate 13 of the container body 1 are made of paper whose inner surface is coated with a plastic film such as polyethylene, and the sleeve 2, which is the exterior material, is made of paper (when it is adhesively fixed to the container body 1 by heat sealing). It is easy to dispose of because it is made of polyethylene (covered with a heat-sealable film such as polyethylene). As described above, the insulating paper container according to the present invention has a double body wall 1
1 and 21 are separated by the three upper and lower circumferential steps 12\, so even if you hold the bottom side, the body walls will not easily come into contact with each other, so the insulation effect is great, and if it gets hot and you can't hold it. I don't have any concerns as mentioned.

A spacer 4a whose part bulges outward like a lantern stick is attached to the lower part of the outer circumferential surface of the body wall 11 of the container body 1, and the body walls 11 and 2 are separated by this spacer 4a and the circumferential step 12 at the upper end.

It is a heat insulating container in which the space between the body walls 11 and 21 is maintained constant through the outer peripheral surface of the body wall 11, and a gap 3 for heat insulation is formed. , adhesive is applied to the paper string of the spacer 4b,
The body walls 11 and 21 are inseparably glued together. Note that an appropriate number of spacers 4b in this case may be attached to the trunk wall 11 concentrically. In this case, the container body 1 and the sleeve 2 are also formed from a paper-based material.

Also, contact between the body walls is less likely to occur, and an excellent heat insulation effect is maintained. In addition, since it is an insulated container mainly made of paper, there is no problem when disposing of it, and compared to foamed polystyrene, etc., it is more suitable for printing, and beautiful printing is possible. Moreover, the appearance of the paper cup is hardly impaired, and if the paper cup is manufactured using the conventional paper cup manufacturing process, there is no particular increase in cost. In addition, if the exterior material is formed into a sleeve shape as in the embodiment, it is only necessary to wrap a fan-shaped paper around it, which makes it easier to mold than the one with a bottom, and it is also possible to reduce costs. Furthermore, by making the shape cylindrical, the force acting on the body is more dispersed than in a container with a polygonal structure.
Additional features include suppressing deformation, making it difficult for the body walls to come into contact with each other, and maintaining a good heat insulating effect.
