Description

The present invention relates to a protruding corner structure of an outer wall and a protruding corner processing method.

When the outer wall of a building such as a house is constructed using an outer wall material such as siding, a large number of outer wall materials that are formed in a plate shape under a predetermined standard size are usually used as pillars through the trunk edge, etc. It is fixed to structural materials such as. In addition, a protruding corner member or a protruding corner column that is separately formed according to the shape of the corner is often used for the protruding corner of the outer wall.

For example, the protruding corner member is formed by cutting one plate-like outer wall material formed according to a predetermined standard at the center thereof to form two substrates. And if the projecting corner to be constructed is right-angled, the end of the base material is cut at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the thickness direction of the outer wall material to form a butt end face, and the butt is applied by applying an adhesive. The end faces are bonded together. Accordingly, the protruding corner member is abutted at a substantially right angle, and is formed to have the shape of the protruding corner portion of the outer wall.

As this kind of protruding corner member or protruding corner column, Patent Document 1 proposes a configuration in which two flat ceramic board pieces are abutted and a chamfered portion is provided at the top of the formed protruding corner. The chamfered part is formed with a small distance between the chamfered part and the back side corner part in a part having a concave part provided partially on the design surface side, and the width of the chamfered part is made constant to give consideration to the design of the appearance. Is intended.

Further, in Patent Document 2, a notch is provided in advance in the joint surface of the siding to form a corner siding and a corner siding so that they can be connected at a right angle. A configuration with chamfered ends is described.

Patent Document 3 also describes a configuration in which the end surfaces of the exterior material are bonded to each other and chamfered so as to straddle the bonded portion. Therefore, it has been proposed to prevent cracks in the paint layer.
JP-A-9-158437 JP-A-8-326265 JP 2004-148141 A

However, in each of the conventional corner members of the conventional example, the chamfered portion is formed by chamfering at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the outdoor surface of the outer wall material. As described above, when the chamfered portion is 45 ° flattened, the width of the chamfered portion becomes large and is easily noticeable, and there is a problem that a good appearance at the protruding corner portion cannot be secured. In particular, the larger the pattern on the surface of the outer wall material, or the deeper the pattern groove is, the more the chamfering amount must be increased because the bottom of the pattern (groove bottom) needs to be scraped off. As a result, the width of the chamfered surface inevitably increased.

When the width of the chamfered portion increases, a line of the joint surface, which is a joint between the two outer wall materials, appears in the center, and the texture and color difference between the surface decorative layer of the outer wall material and the internal substrate layer Is exposed and looks very bad.

In addition, in the case of forming the protruding corner portion by abutting substrates that have been chamfered at 45 ° in advance, the joint surfaces may be offset from each other when an adhesive is applied to join the joint surfaces. It has a problem that it protrudes and is difficult to join in a desired state, and the subsequent processing becomes complicated.

On the other hand, when trying to process without chamfering at the corners, the appearance problem can be solved, but the design joint pitch is adjusted so that the pattern is continuous across the joint surface, or from the joint surface There is a problem that it is necessary to remove the protruding adhesive, which takes time and is inferior in productivity.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the continuity of the surface pattern formed on the panel base material is maintained without complicating the work process, and the outer wall protrudes. It is an object of the present invention to provide a protruding corner structure of an outer wall and a protruding corner processing method that can improve the appearance at the corner.

In order to achieve the above-described object, in the present invention, the ends of at least two panel base materials each having a groove pattern formed on the outdoor surface are abutted in a substantially L shape and bonded to each other , and the corner treatment is performed. A projecting corner structure of an outer wall provided with a projecting corner, wherein the projecting corner has a chamfered width in which a shaving surface is recessed concavely on the indoor side and has a length not more than twice the groove depth D of the groove pattern. It is chamfered with W, and the scraped surface has a shape corresponding to the groove shape of the groove pattern, and is cut to a position corresponding to the groove depth D of the groove pattern in the thickness direction .

Here, the chamfered width refers to a width defined by a ridge line interval in the chamfered surface of the chamfered corner, and the projected width when the chamfered surface is projected in the arrangement direction of the joint surface between the panel base materials. Shall point to.

According to the present invention, while chamfering to the groove bottom of the groove pattern formed on the panel base material, the chamfer width can be formed within a range corresponding to a length equal to or less than twice the groove depth. A beautiful appearance can be maintained without conspicuous the corner treatment. Moreover, since it is only necessary to perform the corner treatment after the panel base materials are brought into contact with each other, even if the adhesive protrudes from the adhesive surface and is cured, it can be scraped off and the workability can be improved. Further, since the scraped surface is formed in a concave shape on the indoor side, the line of the joint surface, the difference in color tone and the like are not easily exposed to the outdoor side, and the appearance design can be improved.

Moreover, in the protruding corner structure of the outer wall having the above-described configuration, the protruding corner processing is characterized in that chamfering is performed in a substantially V-shaped cross section. Alternatively, the protruding corner process may be chamfered to have a substantially U-shaped cross section, or may be chamfered to have a substantially arc-shaped cross section.

By such a corner treatment, it is possible to form the cut surface at the corner to match the groove shape of the groove pattern, or to form a preferred design according to the building. In addition, since the chamfered shape of these cutting surfaces can be dealt with by changing the blade shape of the cutting tool to be used, a new cutting equipment is not required and it can be formed with high productivity in the current work process. Can do.

In order to achieve the above object, external corner processing method of the outer wall of the present invention, butt ends of at least two panels substrate having a groove pattern on the exterior side surface in a substantially L shape is bonded forming a external corner portion by, a external corner processing method of the outer wall subjected to external corner processing using the cutting tool on the external corner portion, on the external corner portions, 2 times the groove depth D of the groove pattern the following lengths become chamfer width W, and recessed in a concave scraping surface to the indoor side beveled with the chamfer is adapted to the cross-sectional shape corresponding to the groove shape of the groove pattern, the thickness of the panel substrate characterized Rukoto Kezurito to a position corresponding to the groove depth D of the groove pattern in the direction. In this configuration, it is preferable that the protruding corner is chamfered to have a substantially V-shaped, substantially U-shaped, or substantially arc-shaped cross-sectional shape.

According to the present invention, it is possible to easily form the protruding corner structure without complicating the work process, and it is possible to realize a protruding corner structure with improved appearance design while maintaining the continuity of the surface pattern. Become.

According to the projected outer corner structure and the projected corner processing method of the present invention characterized as described above, the surface pattern formed on the panel base material without complicating the work process in the projected corner manufacturing line. While maintaining the continuity, the appearance design can be improved and the protruding corner can be formed well.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The best mode for carrying out an outer corner structure and an outer corner processing method according to the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a protruding corner structure of an outer wall according to the present invention, and FIGS. 2 to 3 are sectional views showing an embodiment of the protruding corner. FIGS. 5A and 5B are explanatory views schematically showing the projected corner processing method according to the present invention.

In each sectional view shows Te described smell of this embodiment, for the convenience of external corner portion structure are described with hatching indicating the cross section.

In the present invention, the panel base material 1 used for finishing the outer wall of a building is a flat siding material such as cement or ceramic, and is provided with grooves on one or both of the vertical and horizontal sides on the outdoor surface. A groove pattern constituting the outer wall design is formed. The groove depth D in this groove pattern is formed with an average of about 5 mm to 10 mm, and in the illustrated embodiment, the groove depth is 7 mm.

The corner 10 of the building is formed by abutting and bonding the end portions of such panel base materials 1 and 1 in a substantially L shape. In forming the protruding corner portion 10, the side end portion of the panel base member 1 to be abutted is cut obliquely at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the thickness direction to form the joint surface 2.

An adhesive is applied to the bonding surface 2 of the panel base material 1 and is bonded to another panel base material 1 on which the similar bonding surface 2 is formed in a substantially L shape so as to be perpendicular to each other. At this time, the groove pattern on the outdoor surface of the panel substrate 1 does not need to be aligned so as to be continuous with the joint surface 2 interposed therebetween. Moreover, it is not necessary to prevent the adhesive from protruding from the joined surface 2, and the protruding adhesive may be cured on the outdoor side of the protruding corner portion 10.

The protruding corner portion 10 thus formed is subjected to a protruding corner process. The protruding corner processing is performed by chamfering with an appropriate chamfering width W according to the groove depth D (7 mm in this case) of the groove pattern. Further, the chamfering is performed using the cutting tool 4, but the cutting surface 3 having a concave shape on the indoor side is formed in the protruding corner portion 10 using the cutting tool 4 having a substantially convex blade shape. At this time, the portion where the adhesive protrudes from the joint surface 2 and is cured can be removed together.

The cutting tool 4 is selected to have a blade shape having a substantially V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 5A or a substantially U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. As a result, it is possible to provide the cut-out surface 3 which is recessed in the substantially V-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 2 or the substantially U-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. Further, the cutting shape of the cutting tool 4 may be changed to one having a larger curved surface to form a scraped surface 3 having a further curved surface having a substantially arcuate shape as shown in FIG.

The blade shape of the cutting tool 4 is preferably selected to be close to the groove shape of the groove pattern formed on the panel substrate 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, if the groove shape of the groove pattern of the panel base material 1 is a substantially trapezoidal cross section, it is preferable to select a cutting tool 4 having a substantially V-shaped blade shape. As a result, the scraped surface 3 having a substantially V-shaped cross section as illustrated can be formed, and the appearance corner portion 10 of the scraped surface 3 that is less noticeable is formed without continuity of the groove pattern in appearance. Is possible.

FIG. 6A is a cross-sectional view of the outer wall showing the scraped surface 3 when chamfered to have a substantially V-shaped cross section. FIG. 6B is a cross-sectional view showing a conventional scraped surface of the protruding corner as a comparative example of this embodiment, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view showing the conventional protruding corner.

In the present invention, the cut-out surface 3 for the projected corner process is formed with a chamfer width W that is not more than twice the groove depth D of the groove pattern. Here, the chamfering width W refers to a width defined by a ridge line interval in the shaving surface 3 formed by the protruding corner process, as shown in FIG. Therefore, in the illustrated embodiment, since the groove depth D is 7 mm, it is preferable to chamfer with a chamfering width W having a length of 14 mm or less, and since the cross section has a substantially V shape with a 120 ° section, the chamfering width is W will be formed at about 12.6 mm.

On the other hand, in the conventional protruding corner portion 9 shown as a comparative example in FIG. 6B, the groove depth d is 7 mm, which is the same as that of the chamfer width w of about 19.8 mm. The That is, as shown in FIG. 7, the scraped surface 91 of the conventional protruding corner portion 9 has a much larger width than the scraped surface 3 (see FIG. 1) in the present invention, and is easily noticeable. . Therefore, with the projected corner processing method of the present invention, the chamfer width W can be configured to be relatively small, and a beautiful space can be formed while minimizing the influence of the design on the appearance.

As described above, in the present invention, the protruding corner portion 10 in the building can be manufactured in advance in the factory without increasing the number of work steps, and at the construction site, the panel is the same as other portions on the outer wall surface of the building. It is only necessary to install a protruding corner member constituted by using the base material 1, and the protruding corner portion 10 can be formed well with excellent workability. Further, according to the protruding corner structure and the protruding corner processing method, the scraped surface 3 of the formed protruding corner 10 is not conspicuous, and the design of the groove pattern formed on the outdoor surface of the panel substrate 1 is killed. The effect of showing the pattern continuously can be brought about.

Therefore, in the building to be constructed, it is possible to achieve a desired design property with a uniform appearance and to form an outer wall corresponding to various expressions.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICABILITY The present invention can be suitably used to form a well-contained outer corner of an outer wall in a building such as a house.
