Description

The present invention relates to a core material for building materials composed of a combination of wooden veneer, plywood, various boards, or various boards made of non-woody materials (MDF, OSB, particle board, hard board, insulation board), etc. In particular, the present invention relates to a core material having a truss panel type cross-sectional shape excellent in bending strength and compressive strength. The present invention particularly relates to a technique that enables a plurality of truss panel cores to be connected.

The present inventors have previously proposed a truss panel type core material as a core material for building materials having sufficient bending strength and compressive strength by combining wooden veneers and plywood.
Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 7-102686 (Japanese Patent No. 3340533) describes a truss panel type core material and a manufacturing method thereof by the present inventors. As a conventional technique, a laminated panel (so-called flash panel core material) using a paper core made of paper is disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 56-31258, “Core material for flash panel by composite sheet and manufacturing method thereof” No. 50540 “Composite sheet and method for producing the same”.

An object of the present invention is to provide a connected truss panel core material and an assembly thereof that can be used as a building material having a large area by connecting a plurality of truss panel core materials.

The present invention provides a connected truss panel type core material, and the main structure of the core material is the same as that described in Japanese Patent No. 3340533. That is, the truss panel type core material is an upper layer panel made of a sheet-like plate material, a lower layer panel made of a sheet-like plate material, and a saw blade-like shape adhered to each of the upper layer panel and the lower layer panel with an adhesive. It is composed of an intermediate web, and the intermediate web is composed of a number of strip-shaped sheet materials and adhesive members (adhesive tape, adhesive, etc.). It is cut off diagonally, the tips of the taper portions cut off diagonally are brought into contact with each other, and an adhesive member is attached to the back side of each taper portion.

As a configuration added in the present invention, at least one side edge of each flat surface of the intermediate web is offset to the inside or outside of each side edge of the upper layer panel and the lower layer panel to provide a concave portion or a convex portion. A rectangular parallelepiped block is fixed adjacent to each other before and after the intermediate web. The length of the rectangular parallelepiped block is made equal to the length of the flat surface of the intermediate web, and a through hole is formed near the center of each rectangular parallelepiped block. ing. Thus, the concave portion or the convex portion is meshed with the convex portion or the concave portion of another truss panel type core member and can be connected by a member inserted into the through hole.

That is, according to the present invention, the concave portion or convex portion of the intermediate web is fitted with the convex portion or concave portion of the intermediate web of another truss panel core, and a member such as a threaded rod is inserted into the through hole and tightened with a nut. For example, a plurality of truss panel cores can be connected, and three or more truss panel cores can be continuously arranged. Thus, it can be used for a building material having a large area, for example, an inner core of a wall, a flooring material, a roofing material and the like.

As described in the aforementioned patent, in the truss panel type core material, the wooden upper layer panel and the lower layer panel are bonded and fixed via a solid intermediate web, so that the conventional flash panel in bending strength and compressive strength. And a much better core material than honeycomb cores. Moreover, since the truss panel type core material has a penetrating space in the transverse direction, it is advantageous in that it can pass piping and wiring, and can accommodate tools and articles when used as a building material. In addition, this transverse through space acts as a heat insulation layer, and heat transfer from the lower panel to the upper panel must pass through approximately two layers of heat insulation space in the middle, increasing the heat insulation effect. Yes. Since the edge of the sheet-like plate material constituting the intermediate web is cut off obliquely, the adhesion area between the upper and lower panels is increased, and the rigidity of the entire core material is increased. Moreover, it is excellent in durability compared with a paper core, and can withstand long-term use as a building material.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, if at least one of the upper layer panel or the lower layer panel is formed of a nonflammable inorganic material panel, for example, “Dailite” manufactured by Daiken Kogyo Co., Ltd., it can withstand fire. The use as a building material expands.

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, if a counterbore is formed at the end of the through hole, a tapped block (a member having an internal thread cut therein) or a nut is accommodated in the counterbore. In addition, it is possible to eliminate the state in which the metal protrudes outward from the truss panel type core material, and at the same time, it is possible to keep the appearance beautiful.

According to a further preferred aspect of the present invention, there is provided a connected truss panel type core material assembly comprising a plurality of truss panel core materials, a rod having a male screw at one end and a female screw at the other end, and a nut. provide. Each truss panel core has the above-described configuration, and at least one side edge of each flat surface of the intermediate web is offset to the inside or outside of each side edge of the upper panel and the lower panel. A concave portion or a convex portion is provided, and can be engaged with the convex portion or the concave portion of another truss panel core. A rectangular parallelepiped block is fixed adjacent to each other before and after the intermediate web, the length of the rectangular parallelepiped block is made equal to the length of the flat surface of the intermediate web, and a through hole is formed near the center of each rectangular parallelepiped block. . By inserting the male and female threaded rods into the respective through holes, a plurality of truss panel cores are connected and can be fixed by the nuts. Thus, an assembly in which a plurality of truss panel cores are connected is provided.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to embodiments of the accompanying drawings.

1 and 2 show a connected truss panel core material according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 shows a single truss panel core material, and FIG. 2 shows two truss panel core materials. The state to connect is represented. The core material 10 having a relatively large width is combined with a sheet-like plate material made of a wooden single plate or plywood, and a cross section viewed from the side thereof is formed in a truss shape. The core material 10 includes an upper layer panel 12 made of a single sheet-like plate material, a lower layer panel 14 made of a single sheet-like plate material, and a saw adhered to each of the upper layer panel 12 and the lower layer panel 14 with an adhesive. The blade-shaped intermediate web 16 and rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 that are adjacent to each other in the bending direction of the intermediate web 16 are formed.

The lengths of the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 are made equal to the length of the flat surface 16S of the intermediate web 16, and a through hole 15 is formed near the center of each rectangular parallelepiped block. A counterbore 15 </ b> A is formed at one end of the through hole 15.

Based on the features of the present invention, one side edge 16E of each flat surface 16S of the intermediate web 16 is offset inward from the side edges of the upper panel 12 and the lower panel 14 to provide a recess 60. Yes. Since the lengths of the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 are made equal to the length of the flat surface 16S of the intermediate web 16, the right sides of the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 similarly provide the recesses 60.

On the other hand, the other side edge (opposite side) of each flat surface 16S of the intermediate web 16 is offset outward from each side edge of the upper layer panel 12 and the lower layer panel 14 to provide a convex portion 62. . Since the lengths of the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 are made equal to the length of the flat surface 16S of the intermediate web 16, the left sides of the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 similarly provide the convex portions 62.

As shown in FIG. 2, in order to connect and fix the two truss panel cores 71 and 72, a rod 17 with male and female threads is used. The rod 17 has a hexagonal cross section high nut (tapped block) 17A having a female thread inside fixed to one end of a commercially available threaded rod with a male thread cut over the entire length by welding, brazing, pressure welding, etc. The male screw and the female screw have the same size and can be tightened with a nut 17B.

In accordance with the present invention, the two truss panel cores 71 and 72 can be fitted to the concave portion 60 and the convex portion 62, and the concave and convex portions of both are fitted with the threaded rod 17 inserted. When the male thread portion of the threaded rod 17 is engaged with the female thread portion of the high nut 17A and tightened, and further the nut 17B is tightened, the two truss panel cores are connected and firmly fixed.

As is apparent from the figure, it is also possible to connect and fix other truss panel cores adjacent to the truss panel cores 71 and 72, and according to the present invention, the truss having a very high degree of freedom can be obtained. It should be understood that a panel-type core is provided. It is also possible to manufacture the threaded rod 17 twice as long and connect the two truss panel cores with one threaded rod.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the truss panel type core material according to the present invention is basically of a type having a concave portion on one side and a convex portion on the other side. You can also use types. 3A to E show those modified types, A is a basic type having a concave portion and a convex portion as described above, B is a type having a concave portion and a flat portion, C is a type having a concave portion and a concave portion, D is a type having a convex part and a flat part, and E is a type having a convex part and a convex part. It should be understood that the truss panel core according to the present invention encompasses all these types.

4 to 7 show the detailed structure and manufacturing method of the truss panel type core material. These drawings are the same as those described in Japanese Patent No. 3340533. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the intermediate web 16 is composed of a large number of strip-shaped sheet materials 21 to 24... And an adhesive member such as an adhesive tape or an adhesive. Each of the sheet-like plate materials 21 to 24... Is cut off obliquely at the front and back of the edges, the sharply-cut tapered portions are butted against each other, and an adhesive tape is attached to the back side of each tapered portion. 31-34 are stuck. Both end edges 16A and 16B of the intermediate web 16 are directly bonded to the panel 14 without using an adhesive tape.

In the manufacturing process, first, as shown in FIG. 5A, a sheet-like plate material 16 extending in the longitudinal direction is prepared. Next, the adhesive tapes 31 to 35 are alternately stuck in the transverse direction on the front side and the back side of the sheet-like plate material 16 at predetermined intervals.

Next, as shown in FIG. 5B, the back side of the substantially central portion of each adhesive tape is cut into a V-shaped cross section with a cutter, leaving only the thickness of the adhesive tape, thereby alternately extending the V-shaped grooves extending in the transverse direction. An intermediate web 16 having 41 to 45 is formed. At this time, the edge 16A of the sheet-like plate material 16 is also cut off obliquely at the same angle.

Next, as shown in FIGS. 5C to 6, the intermediate web 16 is bent to the side of the adhesive tape at the positions of the V-shaped grooves 41 to 45 and bent into a saw blade shape to form a lower layer panel made of a single sheet-like plate material. 14, and the position of the substantially horizontal portion 50 is temporarily fixed with a molten adhesive. Subsequently, the upper panel 12 made of a single sheet-like plate material is placed on the saw blade-like intermediate web 16, and the position of the substantially horizontal portion 50 is temporarily fixed with a molten adhesive.

Next, as shown in FIG. 7, pressure is applied between the upper layer panel 12 and the lower layer panel 14 and from the side of the intermediate web 16 using stoppers 52 and 54 and an appropriate tool, so that a predetermined truss shape is obtained. Adjust so that is formed. The stoppers 52 and 54 are removed, and the rectangular parallelepiped blocks 18 and 19 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are attached and fixed with an adhesive. Finally, if each adhesive part is fixed in earnest by naturally leaving or heating the adhesive, a single unit of the truss panel type core material 10 is completed.

The connected truss panel type core material according to the present invention can be attached to a side surface, or can be attached with a reinforcing member or a decorative material, as necessary.

As described above in detail, according to the present invention, there is provided a core material for building materials having sufficient bending strength and compressive strength by combining wooden veneers, plywood, various boards, boards made of non-wood materials, and the like. It can contribute to weight reduction of buildings. In addition, according to the present invention, a building material having a large area can be obtained with a high degree of freedom by connecting a plurality. Since the size of a single unit is small, it is convenient for transportation, and a plurality of such technical effects can be connected on site.
