Claims (6)
- 圧電振動基板と、前記圧電振動基板の両主面に対向配置される対向配置基板と、が設けられ、前記圧電振動基板と前記対向配置基板とにより前記圧電振動基板の両主面上それぞれに真空又は不活性雰囲気による内部空間が形成され、前記内部空間における対向配置基板にそれぞれ1つの励振電極が対向して形成され、前記励振電極間に前記圧電振動基板が配された圧電振動デバイスにおいて、
前記内部空間内の前記圧電振動基板の少なくとも一方の主面上であって、対向する前記励振電極の間の位置に、前記励振電極と非接触状態の金属材料が形成されたことを特徴とする圧電振動デバイス。 - 前記圧電振動基板は、X軸方向に対してZ’軸方向が長くなるように外形設計されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の圧電振動デバイス。
- 前記圧電振動基板の両主面に形成された前記金属材料は、離間して形成された金属材料群であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の圧電振動デバイス。
- 前記圧電振動基板もしくは前記対向配置基板の少なくとも一方の主面は逆メサ形成され、前記圧電振動基板の主面に前記金属材料もしくは前記対向配置基板の主面に前記励振電極が形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1つに記載の圧電振動デバイス。
- 前記金属材料の厚さが約20nm以上であって約50nm以下に設定され、前記励振電極の厚さが約100nm以上に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1つに記載の圧電振動デバイス。
- 前記内部空間であって、それぞれ対向する前記金属材料と前記励振電極との距離が、約2μm以下に設定されたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1つに記載の圧電振動デバイス。
