Claims (7)
- サイクロンプレヒータ(1)における、セメント原粉を予熱する方法であって、該方法は、少なくとも2つのサイクロンステージを備え、該ステージ其々に立上りダクト(2a、2b、2c、2d)とサイクロン(1a、1b、1c、1d)を備えること、
少なくとも1つのサイクロンステージに供給する原料の一部を、立上りダクトへ第一のダクト(15a)を経由して導入し、最高450°Cから少なくとも550°Cの温度まで加熱すること、及び
同じサイクロンステージに供給する残りの原料を前記立上りダクトへ第二のダクト(15b)を経由して導入し、ここで第一のダクト(15a)は第二のダクト(15b)よりも排ガスの移動方向から見て上流にあることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記立上りダクトの第1部分に導入される、一部の原料を温度300〜450°Cから温度550〜700°Cまで加熱し、その後残りの原料を前記立上りダクトの最後部分に導入すること、を特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第1サイクロン(1a)から排出された原料を少なくとも2つの副流に分割し、その内の1つの副流を、ダクト(15a)を通して立上りダクト(2b)に、第3サイクロン(1c)の排ガス出口の直上にて、案内して導入し、一方で2つ目の副流を、ダクト(15b)を通して立上りダクト(2b)に第2サイクロン(1b)のガス入口の直前の位置で導入すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- サイクロンプレヒータ(1)に供給する原料を少なくとも2つの副流に分割し、その内の1つの副流を、ダクト(16a)を通して第1立上りダクト(2a)に導入して予熱し、その後サイクロン(1a)を経由して、立上りダクト(2b)に、第3サイクロン(1c)の排ガス出口の直上にて、案内して導入し、一方で2つ目の副流を、ダクト(16b)を通して第1サイクロンステージの回りに迂回させ、第2立上りダクト(2b)に第2サイクロン(1b)のガス入口の直前で導入すること、を特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも2つのサイクロンステージを有するサイクロンプレヒータ(1)を備え、該ステージ其々に立上りダクト(2a、2b、2c、2d)及びサイクロン(1a、1b、1c、1d)を備えるような設備であって、
前記設備は1つのサイクロンステージ内の1つの同じ処理段階において、最高450°Cから少なくとも550°Cの温度まで、一部の原料を加熱する手段を含むこと、
を特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか1つに記載の方法を実施する設備。 - 前記手段は分割ゲート(15、16)を備えること、を特徴とする請求項5に記載の設備。
- 前記ダクト(2b)を、上向きの第1区分、湾曲部、サイクロン(1b)に連結する下向きの第2区分から成るスワンネック状に構成すること、を特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の設備。
