Description
Claims (49)
- 埋没可能ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングの第1の端部に貼り付けられた埋没可能先端部と、
前記埋没可能ハウジング内に配設され、患者内のパラメータを検出する複数の埋没可能センサと、を含み、
前記複数の埋没可能センサは、前記ハウジングの延びる方向に沿って一列で、隣接する前記各埋没可能センサの各表面が互いに横向きで、前記各表面が互いに交差する方向となるように配置され、
前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つが乳酸塩に応答する多パラメータ検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置において、
前記各埋没可能センサは、隣接する前記各埋没可能センサの各表面が互いに直交するように配置されていること、
を特徴とする多パラメータ検出装置。 - 請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置において、
前記複数の埋没可能センサは、グルコースセンサ、乳酸塩センサ、カリウムセンサ、pHセンサ、血中酸素飽和度センサを含むこと、
を特徴とする多パラメータ検出装置。 - 前記複数の埋没可能センサは、患者内の複数の異なるパラメータを検出できる、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは生物パラメータセンサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは生理パラメータセンサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは電気化学センサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは電位差センサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは電流センサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは光センサである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つはアナログ出力を生成する、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つはデジタル出力を生成する、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサは、デイジーチェーン構造に一括して配線される、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサは、互いに独立して配線される、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも2つは、デイジーチェーン構造に一括して配線される、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも2つは、互いに独立して配線される、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは体温に反応する、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の埋没可能センサの少なくとも1つは電極を含む、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の異なるパラメータの少なくとも1つは生物パラメータである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の異なるパラメータの少なくとも1つは生理パラメータである、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記複数の異なるパラメータの少なくとも1つは分析物である、請求項2に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記先端部はオジーブ形先端である、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記ハウジングはシリコンである、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記ハウジングはカテーテルである、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。
- 前記ハウジングは多管腔カテーテルである、請求項1に記載の多パラメータ検出装置。

前記埋没可能ハウジング内に配設され、患者内のパラメータを検出する複数の埋没可能検出要素と、
前記埋没可能ハウジング内で前記複数の埋没可能検出要素に隣接して設けられた、注入物を送る注入管路と、を含む埋没可能センサであって、
前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、前記ハウジングの延びる方向に沿って一列で、隣接する前記各埋没可能検出要素の各表面が互いに横向きで、前記各表面が互いに交差する方向となるように配置されていること、
を特徴とする埋没可能センサ。 - 請求項27に記載の埋没可能センサにおいて、
前記各埋没可能検出要素は、隣接する前記各埋没可能検出要素の各表面が互いに直交するように配置されていること、
を特徴とする埋没可能センサ。 - 請求項27に記載の埋没可能センサにおいて、
前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、グルコース検出要素、乳酸塩検出要素、カリウム検出要素、pH検出要素、血中酸素飽和度検出要素を含むこと、
を特徴とする埋没可能センサ。 - 前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、生物パラメータ検出要素である、請求項27に記載のセンサ。
- 前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、生理パラメータ検出要素である、請求項27に記載のセンサ。
- 前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、分析物検出要素である、請求項27に記載のセンサ。
- 前記複数の埋没可能検出要素は、基板に設けられた電極である、請求項27に記載のセンサ。
- 前記電極のうちの1つはグルコース電極である、請求項33に記載のセンサ。

前記複数の埋没可能センサを前記ハウジングの延びる方向に沿って一列で、隣接する前記各埋没可能センサの各表面が互いに横向きで、前記各表面が互いに交差する方向となるように配置すること、

前記各埋没可能センサは、隣接する前記各埋没可能センサの各表面が互いに直交するように配置すること、

前記複数の埋没可能センサは、グルコースセンサ、乳酸塩センサ、カリウムセンサ、pHセンサ、血中酸素飽和度センサを含むこと、
