Claims (16)
- 固体液浸ミラー平面導波路と、
第1の電磁波を前記固体液浸ミラー平面導波路内に導入するための第1の回折格子と、
第2の電磁波を前記固体液浸ミラー平面導波路内に導入するための第2の回折格子と、を含む装置であって、
第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子は互いに対し傾斜されて電磁波が入らないデッドゾーンエリアを平面導波路に画定する装置。 - 請求項1に記載の装置であって、平面導波路は第1のエッジおよび第2のエッジを含み、第1および第2のエッジは第1および第2の電磁波を、それぞれ、予め定められたポイントに指向させるように整形されている装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置であって、第1および第2のエッジは放物面形状を形成する装置。
- 請求項2に記載の装置であって、第1および第2のエッジは、第1および第2の回折格子の少なくとも1つの格子角度の関数である形状を形成している装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、第1の回折格子は0°から20°の範囲内の格子角度で位置決めされる装置。
- 請求項5に記載の装置であって、第2の回折格子は0°よりも大きい角度から20°の範囲内の格子角度で位置決めされる装置。
- 請求項1に記載の装置であって、第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子は第1の電磁波および第2の電磁波を平面導波路のデッドゾーンエリア周りに指向させる装置。
- 固体液浸ミラー平面導波路と、
第1の電磁波を前記固体液浸ミラー平面導波路内に導入するための第1の回折格子と、
第2の電磁波を前記固体液浸ミラー平面導波路内に導入するための第2の回折格子と、を含む装置であって、
第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子はその間にギャップを形成するように間隔がとられて電磁波が入らないデッドゾーンエリアを平面導波路に画定する装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置であって、平面導波路は切頭端部を含み、切頭端部は第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子間のギャップの幅に等しい幅を有する装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置であって、第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子は互いに対し傾斜されている装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置であって、平面導波路は第1のエッジおよび第2のエッジを含み、第1および第2のエッジは第1および第2の電磁波を、それぞれ、予め定められたポイントに指向させるように整形されている装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置であって、第1および第2のエッジは放物面形状を形成する装置。
- 請求項11に記載の装置であって、第1および第2のエッジは、第1および第2の回折格子の少なくとも1つの格子角度の関数である形状を形成している装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置であって、第1の回折格子は0°から20°の範囲内の格子角度で位置決めされる装置。
- 請求項14に記載の装置であって、第2の回折格子は0°から20°の範囲内の格子角度で位置決めされる装置。
- 請求項8に記載の装置であって、第1の回折格子および第2の回折格子は第1の電磁波および第2の電磁波を平面導波路のデッドゾーンエリア周りに指向させる装置。
