なお、前記脱脂粉乳やカゼインを可溶容易にするため、溶解助剤として塩化カルシウム、クエン酸カルシウム、クエン酸三ナトリウム、炭酸水素ナトリウム、結晶化炭酸ナトリウム、無水炭酸ナトリウム、結晶化ピロリン酸四ナトリウム、無水ピロリン酸四ナトリウム、ポリリン酸カリウム、ポリリン酸ナトリウム、メタリン酸カリウム、メタリン酸ナトリウム、結晶化リン酸水素二ナトリウム、無水リン酸水素二ナトリウム、結晶化リン酸二水素ナトリウム、無水リン酸二水素ナトリウム、結晶化リン酸三ナトリウム、無水リン酸三ナトリウムを更に添加することができる。
