Claims (9)
- 入射するX線を受ける上面を備え、セル配列された複数のシンチレータ(57)を有し、半導体基板(61)の上面側に配列されたシンチレータ・アレイ(56)と、
前記半導体基板(61)で作られた複数の光ダイオード(60)を有し、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)の照度を検出するように構成され、前記半導体基板(61)の底面の側に配列された光ダイオード・アレイ(52)と、
光吸収材料で作成され、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)と光ダイオード・アレイ(52)との間に、前記半導体基板(61)の前記上面の側に配置され、前記シンチレータ(57)とこれに対応する光ダイオード(60)と間の光伝達を低減するように構成された光マスク(88)であって、予め準備された前記光マスク(88)が、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)と前記半導体基板(61)との間に挟まれる、前記光マスク(88)と、
を含み、
前記光マスク(88)は、前記複数の光ダイオード(60)よりも前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)の近くに配置され、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)に隣接している、
CT検出器。 - 前記光マスク(88)が、光阻止要素(90)のグリッドを含む、請求項1記載のCT検出器。
- 前記光マスク(88)が、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)の前記上面に沿って延びる光吸収阻止要素のグリッドを形成し、該光吸収阻止要素の寸法が、前記シンチレータ・アレイ(56)及び前記光ダイオード・アレイ(52)の寸法と等しい、請求項1記載のCT検出器。
- 前記複数の光阻止要素(90)が隣接するシンチレータ間の間隔と等しくなるように構成される、請求項3記載のCT検出器。
- 各シンチレータ/光ダイオードの組合せが検出器セルを形成し、前記光マスク(88)が隣接するセル間の漏話を低減するように構成されている、請求項1記載のCT検出器。
- その中央に配置されたボアを有する回転可能なガントリと、
前記ボアの中を前後に移動可能であり、CTデータ収集のために被検体を位置決めするように構成されたテーブルと、
前記ガントリ内に配置され、前記被検体に向かって高周波電磁エネルギーのファンビームを投射するように構成された高周波電磁エネルギー投射源と、
前記ガントリ内に配置され、投射源によって投射されかつ被検体に入射する高周波電磁エネルギーを検出するように構成された請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のCT検出器と、
を含む、CTシステム。 - CT検出器の製造方法であって、
入射するX線を受ける上面を備えるセル配列のシンチレータを準備する段階と、
半導体基板(61)の上面の側にセル配列の光ダイオードを準備する段階と、
光吸収材料で作成された光漏話マスクを準備する段階と、
前記セル配列のシンチレータと前記セル配列の光ダイオードの間に前記光漏話マスクが挟まれ、前記光漏話マスクが、前記セル配列の光ダイオードよりも前記セル配列のシンチレータの近くなるように、前記半導体基板(61)の底面の側に準備した前記光漏話マスクを付着させる段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記光漏話マスクが前記セル配列のシンチレータに隣接する、セル配列のマスク要素を含む、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記光漏話マスクが、黒色ポリアミド、金属、ドープ処理シリコン及び不透明材料の1つで形成されている、請求項7記載の方法。
