Description

The present invention relates to a water passage covering device for a groove disposed on a groove such as a drainage groove.

A groove constructed using a groove member having a large open upper portion such as a U-shaped groove has conventionally been composed of a grating lid in which strip-shaped metal ridges are assembled in a lattice shape to ensure water permeability. The upper opening was shielded by the water channel lid. However, in recent years, the number of colored paved road surfaces on which decorative tiles and decorative blocks have been laid has increased, and groove covers with excellent design that harmonize with such colored paved road surfaces have been required. Various groove lids that can be filled with pavement materials such as decorative tiles and decorative blocks are provided.

Such a groove lid is provided with a lid body formed in a box frame shape, and the box frame lid body is filled with pavement materials such as decorative tiles and decorative blocks. The extra part of the decorative tile or makeup block that protrudes from the inside of the lid body must be excised so that the decorative tile or makeup block fits in the body, so that it takes time to process and the lid body even after construction. The joints of the lid body and the receiving frame are exposed between the pavement material filled inside and the pavement material laid on the upper surface around the groove, so that the design continuity of the color pavement surface is divided by the joints. There was a problem of being done.

On the other hand, a drainage groove structure having a configuration in which such problems do not occur has also been proposed. As shown in FIG. 28, this includes a horizontal edge c placed on both side walls b, b of the groove member a and extending toward the center of the groove j, and an inner end of the horizontal edge c. And a pair of left and right support frames e, e each having a vertical edge d erected on the portion, and a beam member f connecting the support frames e, e, and the vertical edges of the support frames e, e. A water passage lid g is disposed in a water passage formed between d and d (see Patent Document 1). In such a configuration, a pavement material h such as a decorative tile and a decorative block laid around the groove is continuously extended to the vertical edges d and d on the horizontal edges c and c of both support frames e and e. It is not necessary to cut off the excess part of the decorative tile or decorative block that protrudes from the inside of the lid body, like the groove lid for color paving using the conventional box-frame-like lid body, Since joints of the support frames e and e are not exposed at portions corresponding to the both side walls b and b of the laid pavement h, there is an advantage that the design continuity of the color pavement road surface is not impaired.

Moreover, in the same drainage groove structure, both end portions of the beam members connecting the left and right support frames are respectively placed on L-shaped receiving portions formed on upper inner edges of both side walls of the groove member. The configuration is also known (see Patent Document 2).
JP 2004-169375 A Japanese Patent Laying-Open No. 2004-346701 (FIG. 9)

By the way, in the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1 described above, the beam member f that connects the pair of left and right support frames e and e welds the lower surfaces of the horizontal edges c and c of the support frames e and e. Further, the length of the beam member f is set to be within the opening width of the groove member a. And since the outer edge part of the horizontal edges c and c connected by such a beam member f is mounted on the both side walls b and b of the groove member a, it is on the support frames e and e. When a heavy object such as an automobile passes over the laid pavement h or the water drain cover g, the load concentrates on the portion n near the outer edge of the horizontal edges c and c without the beam member f. Therefore, when the load is received only by the horizontal edges c and c, a predetermined strength that can withstand a large load such as an automobile cannot be obtained. there were. Therefore, in order to deal with such a weak point, the core material k (see FIG. 28) made of reinforcing bars or the like disposed around the upper portion of the groove member a is used as the horizontal edge c of both the support frames e and e. , C is extended to the top edge and welded to the vertical edges d, d, and concrete is cast to fix the cored concrete layer m on the horizontal edges c, c, The strength of the support frames e and e had to be increased. However, it is troublesome and expensive to arrange the core material k composed of reinforcing bars or the like up to the horizontal edges c and c at the construction site, and the construction period becomes long. When a decorative block is used as the material h, sand is laid on the horizontal edges c and c, so that there is a problem that the above-described concrete layer m containing the core material cannot be formed.

In the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 2, both end portions of the beam member connecting the left and right support frames are respectively mounted on the L-shaped receiving portions formed on the upper inner edges of both side walls of the groove member. Therefore, a predetermined strength that can withstand a large load of an automobile or the like can be obtained by the beam member. However, in the U-shaped groove marketed as a groove member, there is no U-shaped groove in which such L-shaped receiving portions are formed on the upper inner edges of both side walls. Therefore, in the implementation, the L-shaped receiving part must be formed and processed for a commercially available U-shaped groove each time. However, the L-shaped receiving part is formed with a great amount of time, labor, and processing. There is a problem that costs are required. Moreover, even when a groove is constructed by placing concrete in the field without using a groove member such as a U-shaped groove, a mold for forming an L-shaped receiving portion is provided in addition to a normal mold. Since it has to be assembled separately, there is a problem that it takes time and effort.

On the other hand, a groove constructed as a side groove of a road or a passage is usually installed so that a groove member a such as a U-shaped groove is brought as close to the end of the road or passage as possible. As described above, a pair of left and right supports in which the outer ends of the horizontal edges c and c are placed on both side walls b and b of the groove member a and the inner ends thereof extend toward the center of the groove j. In the case of having the frames e, e, when laying a pavement material h such as a decorative tile or a decorative block on the horizontal edge c of one support frame e located on the outer end side of a road or the like, The extra part of the decorative tile or decorative block that protrudes from the laying space has to be cut out so that the decorative tile or decorative block fits in the laying space on the horizontal edge c. there were.

In the present invention, it is possible to obtain a predetermined strength that can withstand a large load of an automobile or the like, and it is not necessary to perform any processing on a U-shaped groove that is commercially available as a groove member, and the groove is a side groove. It is another object of the present invention to provide a water passage covering device for a groove that can eliminate the need for laying paving material on the outer end side of a road or the like.

The present invention comprises left and right support frames comprising rising edges with at least one horizontal edge coupled to each other, and the rising edges of the both support frames are arranged to face each other at a predetermined interval above the groove. A plurality of beams in which a water flow portion is formed between the edges, the upper part of the remaining groove is covered by the horizontal edge of the support frame, and both support frames are arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the support frame In the water-flow covering device for grooves formed by connecting members,
A horizontal edge of a support frame is mounted on the beam member, and both left and right ends of each beam member are mounted on upper end surfaces of left and right side walls constituting the groove channel. It is a water flow coating device.

Here, when the rising edges of both support frames are opposed to each other at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove, it is preferable to form an insertion port through which the beam member is inserted. Further, when the rising edges of both support frames are opposed to the upper side of the groove at a position biased, at least the other rising edge facing the rising edge located on one side wall constituting the groove is used. It is preferable to form an insertion port through which the beam member is inserted.

Here, it is preferable that the horizontal edge of the support frame mounted on each beam member is joined to the upper surface of each beam member by joining means such as welding. Thereby, the mutual position shift of a beam member and a support frame can be prevented.

Further, in the above-described left and right support frames, in which horizontal edges are coupled to the rising edges, the rising edges of both the supporting frames are opposed to each other at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove, so A configuration is proposed in which the formed water flow portion is positioned at substantially the center of the upper portion of the groove and the upper portion of the remaining groove is covered with the horizontal edges of the left and right support frames.

Further, by allowing the rising edges of both support frames to face each other at a position biased to the side of the upper part of the groove, the water flow part formed between the two rising edges is positioned on the side of the upper part of the groove, And the structure which covered the upper part of the remaining groove with the horizontal edge of one support frame is proposed.

Here, each beam member is preferably joined to the support frame by a welding means such as welding in a state where the beam member is in contact with the upper or lower surface of the horizontal edge of the support frame. Thereby, the mutual position shift of a beam member and a support frame can be prevented.

Further, a configuration is proposed in which the support frame is provided with a pair of left and right shielding edges that hang down along the outer surface or the inner surface of the side wall of the groove. Here, it is preferable that the shielding edge has substantially the same length as the left and right support frames extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove.

Moreover, the structure by which the metal water flow coating | coated member is arrange | positioned by the water flow part formed between the standing edges of both support frames is proposed. Here, the metal water-permeable covering member is for covering the water-permeable portion and for obtaining water permeability of the water-permeable portion, and includes a grating lid and a lid provided with a large number of small holes. The body can be suitably used.

As described above, the metal water-permeable covering member is disposed in the water-permeable portion formed between the rising edges of both the support frames, and is raised above the beam members between the rising edges of the left and right support frames. A member is provided, and the metal water-permeable covering member can be supported by the raising member.

Furthermore, in the above configuration, a configuration is proposed in which the rising edge and the horizontal edge of the support frame are formed of different metal materials, and the material of the rising edge is made to match the material of the metal water-permeable covering member. The Here, it is preferable that the material of the rising edge and the metal water-permeable covering member is a material having excellent aesthetics as compared with the material of the horizontal edge.

Moreover, the structure by which the water flow part formed between the rising edges of both support frames is provided so that the lower opening width may become wider than the upper opening width is proposed. Here, in order to provide the water passing portion so that the lower opening width is wider than the upper opening width, at least one rising edge is inclined to taper the water passing portion, or at least one rising edge is stepped. A mode in which a part is provided and the lower part of the water passage part is widened through the step part can be applied.

In addition, a fixing rod is vertically suspended from both ends of the beam member or the left and right support frames so as to be along the outer surface of the side wall of the groove, and at least one of the fixing rods has a tip at the outer surface of the side wall of the groove. There is proposed a configuration in which a fixing screw that can be pressed against is fixed from the outside.

The present invention mounts the horizontal edge of the support frame on a plurality of beam members connecting the left and right support frames, and the left and right ends of each beam member on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls constituting the groove. Since it is configured to be mounted, even if a heavy load such as an automobile is applied to the water passage covering device for a groove, the load is applied to the load by the beam members passed on the left and right side walls of the groove. A predetermined strength to withstand can be obtained. In addition, since the left and right ends of the beam member are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls of the groove, it is not necessary to form L-shaped receiving portions on the upper inner edges of both side walls as in the prior art, and the cost of forming them. Is no longer necessary.

In addition, in the case where the left and right support frames are formed with horizontal edges at the rising edges, the rising edges of both the support frames are formed at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove, so that they are formed between the rising edges. In the configuration where the water passage is positioned at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove and the upper part of the remaining groove is covered with the horizontal edges of the left and right support frames, A water flow portion narrower than the opening width of the groove can be formed.

Further, by allowing the rising edges of both support frames to face each other at a position biased to the side of the upper part of the groove, the water flow part formed between the two rising edges is positioned on the side of the upper part of the groove, In addition, in the configuration in which the upper part of the remaining groove path is covered with the horizontal edge of one of the support frames, a water passage portion narrower than the opening width of the groove path may be formed on the side part of the upper part of the groove path. it can. Here, in the case where the left and right support frames have a horizontal edge coupled to the rising edge, the horizontal edge of one support frame is a wide horizontal edge that substantially covers the upper part of the groove, and the horizontal edge of the other support frame Is a narrow horizontal edge that substantially matches the width of the upper surface of the side wall of the groove, and the outer edge of the wide horizontal edge is positioned on one side wall constituting the groove, and the narrow horizontal edge is A rising edge raised from the outer edge of the narrow horizontal edge and a rising edge raised from the inner edge of the wide horizontal edge are positioned on the other side wall constituting the road, and It is configured to be opposed to the upper side part at a position biased, or one support frame is composed only of a rising edge, and the other support frame is formed by coupling a horizontal edge to the rising edge. The horizontal edge is a wide horizontal edge that substantially covers the top of the groove, and the wide width The outer edge of the flat edge is located on one side wall constituting the groove, and the other support frame consisting of only the rising edge is located on the outer end side on the other side wall constituting the groove, Water flow formed between the rising edges as a configuration in which the rising edge of the support frame and the rising edge raised from the inner edge of the wide horizontal edge are opposed to each other at a position biased to the upper side of the groove. The water flow part is located at the uppermost side part of the upper part of the channel by positioning the part on the side part of the upper part of the channel and covering the upper part of the remaining channel with the wide horizontal edge of one support frame. It can be formed at a biased position. Thus, when the groove is a side groove, the pavement material laid on the road side need only be laid continuously on the wide horizontal edge of the support frame, and the pavement material laying work on the outer edge side of the road can be performed. It can be unnecessary.

In the present invention, a plurality of beam members that connect the left and right support frames are disposed in contact with the lower surface of the horizontal edge of the support frame, and the left and right ends of each beam member are arranged on the left and right sides constituting the groove. Since it is mounted on the upper end surface of the side wall, when a heavy load such as an automobile is applied to the water passage covering device for a groove, the beam member passed over the left and right side walls of the groove Thus, a predetermined strength that can withstand the load can be obtained. In addition, since the left and right end portions of the beam member are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls of the groove, there is no need to form L-shaped receiving portions on the upper inner edges of both side walls as in the prior art. The formation cost is unnecessary. Further, in this configuration, when a gap is provided between the outer edge of the horizontal edge and the inner surface of the side wall of the groove, permeable concrete is laid as a paving material from the periphery of the groove to the horizontal edge. In this case, rainwater that has permeated through the water-permeable concrete can be drained into the groove from the gap.

Further, in the configuration in which the support frame is provided with a pair of left and right shielding edges depending on the outer surface of the side wall or the inner surface of the side wall of the groove, it is constructed with a water gradient using a groove member such as a U-shaped groove. When a waterway covering device for a groove is horizontally disposed on the groove, a gap is gradually formed between the upper surface of the side wall of the groove and the lower surface of the waterway covering device for the groove as the water reaches the bottom. At the time of construction, concrete and sand constituting the pavement material will flow into the groove from this gap, but as described above, a pair of left and right hangs down along the outer surface of the side wall or the inner surface of the side wall of the groove. By providing the shielding edge, the gap is shielded by the shielding edge, and it is possible to prevent inflow of foreign matters such as concrete and sand into the groove.

Further, in the configuration in which the metal water-permeable covering member is disposed in the water-permeable portion formed between the rising edges of the both support frames, the water-permeable portion of the water-permeable portion can be secured and the water-permeable portion It is possible to prevent foreign substances such as trash and leaves from flowing in.

Further, the rising edge and the horizontal edge of the support frame are formed of different metal materials, and the material of the rising edge matches the material of the metal water-permeable covering member. By using inexpensive steel and the material of the rising edge and the metal water-permeable covering member made of stainless steel, the manufacturing cost can be reduced compared to the case where the entire support frame is made of stainless steel. Since the part attached to is stainless steel, it is excellent in aesthetics.

Further, in the configuration in which the water flow portion formed between the rising edges of the both support frames is provided so that the lower opening width is wider than the upper opening width, the water is passed by bringing the rising edges of both the support frames close to each other. In the case where the water passage portion is not covered with a metal water passage covering member, when foreign matter such as pebbles or wood chips enters the water passage portion, the width of the upper opening of the water passage portion is reduced. By providing the lower opening width to be wide, the foreign matter can be smoothly dropped without being held between the rising edges.

In addition, a fixing rod is vertically suspended from both ends of the beam member or the left and right support frames so as to be along the outer surface of the side wall of the groove, and at least one of the fixing rods has a tip at the outer surface of the side wall of the groove. In the configuration in which the fixing screw that can be pressed to the outer side is screwed from the outside, the beam member and the support frame are fixed to the side wall of the groove through the tightening action of the fixing screw by the screwing operation of the fixing screw. Therefore, in the fixed state, the pavement material can be easily laid on the horizontal edge of the support frame, and the construction accuracy can be improved.

A reference first embodiment related to the present invention (an embodiment not included in the technical scope of the present invention is hereinafter referred to as a reference first embodiment) will be described below with reference to FIGS.
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the groove 1 includes a plurality of groove members 2 formed of U-shaped grooves formed in a substantially U-shaped cross section by a bottom wall 3 and left and right side walls 4, 4. It is constructed by embedding in a row at a predetermined depth position.

The water passage covering device 5 for grooves according to the present invention covers the upper opening of the groove 1 so as to allow water to pass therethrough. In the water passage covering device 5 for grooves of the first embodiment, A pair of left and right support frames 8, 8 each having a horizontal edge 7 coupled to a vertical rising edge 6 are provided. The support frames 8, 8 have their rising edges 6, 6 facing each other at a predetermined interval in the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1, and a water passage 9 is formed between the rising edges 6, 6. ing. Further, the upper opening of the groove 1 other than the water flow portion 9 is shielded by the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the both support frames 8 and 8. Both support frames 8 and 8 are made of a plate-like metal material made of steel or stainless steel, and the length thereof is a plurality of groove members 2 in a single row as shown in FIG. It is a predetermined length in the longitudinal direction. The rising edge 6 and the horizontal edge 7 of each support frame 8 may be formed by bending a single metal plate into an L-shaped cross section as shown in FIG. 1, or as shown in FIG. It is also possible to join and form two metal plates so as to have an L-shaped cross section by welding.

As shown in FIG. 2, the left and right support frames 8, 8 are connected by a plurality of beam members 10 arranged at predetermined intervals in the longitudinal direction of the support frames 8, 8. Each beam member 10 is made of a metal square pipe having excellent strength, and the length thereof is a predetermined length that protrudes slightly outward from the outer surfaces 11, 11 of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1. It has become. Each beam member 10 is disposed in contact with the upper surfaces of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8, and is inserted into insertion holes 12 and 12 formed in the rising edges 6 and 6 of the support frames 8 and 8. In this state, the horizontal edges 7 and 7 or the horizontal edges 7 and 7 and the edges of the insertion openings 12 and 12 are joined by welding. Then, the left and right ends of each beam member 10, in which the left and right support frames 8, 8 are immovably connected, are formed on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1. It is mounted via 8 horizontal edges 7 and 7.

Further, a metal water-permeable covering member 13 is disposed in the water-permeable portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6. The metal water passage covering member 13 is made of a steel, stainless steel or cast iron grating lid, and is detachably mounted on the upper surface of each beam member 10 exposed to the water passage portion 9. In addition to the grating lid, the metal water-permeable covering member 13 uses, for example, a cover having a U-shaped cross section provided with a top plate portion 15 having a large number of small holes 14 as shown in FIG. May be. In addition, the lid body may be a belt plate shape only for the top plate portion 15, and may be joined and welded to the inner surface upper ends of the left and right rising edges 6 and 6, as shown in FIG. It is also possible to integrally form the top plate portion 15 and the left and right rising edges 6 and 6. Alternatively, the metal water-permeable covering member 13 may be formed in a grating shape and integrated with the two rising edges 6 and 6 by welding in a state where the metal water-permeable covering member 13 is disposed between the left and right rising edges 6 and 6.

At both ends of each beam member 10, fixing rods 16 joined by welding are suspended downward along the outer surfaces 11, 11 of the side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1. A fixing screw 17 whose tip is press-contactable with the outer surfaces 11 and 11 of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 is screwed from the outside. Then, the fixing screw 17 is screwed in the tightening direction so that the tip of each fixing screw 17 is brought into pressure contact with the outer surfaces 11 and 11 of the side walls 4 and 4. The support frames 8 and 8 are fixed to the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. And in such a fixed state, the pavement material 20 which consists of the concrete 18 and the decorative tile 19 which are laid in the upper periphery periphery of the groove 1 on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8 is continuous. It is laid.

Therefore, in construction, after placing the water passage covering device 5 for the groove on the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1, the beam member 10 and the support are supported through the tightening action by the screwing operation of each fixing screw 17. Since the frames 8 and 8 can be fixed to the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1, in the fixed state, the laying work of the pavement material 20 on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 can be easily performed. Can do. In addition, by fixing the fixing screws 17 from both the left and right sides, even if the linearity in the arrangement state of the plurality of groove members 2 constituting the groove 1 is somewhat poor, the deviation is absorbed. Therefore, construction accuracy can be improved.

In this configuration, the left and right ends of each beam member 10 are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1 via the horizontal edges 7, 7 of the support frames 8, 8. Therefore, even if a heavy load such as an automobile is applied on the water passage covering device 5 for a groove, the beam member 10 passed over the left and right side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 A predetermined strength that can withstand the load can be obtained. Moreover, since the part which mounts the right and left both ends of the beam member 10 is made into the upper end surface of the left and right side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1, it is L-shaped in the upper inner edge of the both side walls 4 and 4 like the past. Since it is not necessary to form the receiving portion, the formation cost is unnecessary, and the beam member 10 is disposed in contact with the upper surfaces of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 and will be described later. Compared to the case where the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 are mounted on the beam member 10 as in the eighth embodiment (see FIG. 12), the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 from the ground surface. The depth to the upper end surface of the beam member 10 can be reduced by the height dimension of the beam member 10, thereby reducing the amount of excavation for lowering the upper end surface of the side walls 4, 4 when embedding the groove member 2. Can do.

Further, the left and right support frames 8 and 8 are assumed to have horizontal edges 7 and 7 coupled to the rising edges 6 and 6, respectively, and the rising edges 6 and 6 of both the support frames 8 and 8 are connected to the upper part of the groove 1. By facing each other substantially at the center, the water flow portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 is positioned at the approximate center of the upper portion of the groove 1 and the upper portion of the remaining groove 1 is supported on the left and right support frames. Since it is covered with the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of 8 and 8, the water flow part 9 narrower than the opening width of the groove 1 can be formed at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1.

In the first embodiment described above, the rising edges are suitable so that the pavement material 20 comprising the concrete 18 and the decorative tiles 19 is laid on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8. Although the rising heights 6 and 6 are set low, when the pavement 20 (see FIG. 10) composed of the sand 26 and the decorative block 27 is laid, the rising heights of the rising edges 6 and 6 are further increased. Set to be higher.

Further, in the first embodiment described above, each fixing rod suspended downward from both ends of each beam member 10 along the outer surfaces 11 and 11 of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 respectively. The fixing screw 17 is screwed to the fixing screw 17, but the fixing screw 17 may be screwed only to the fixing rod 16 on either the left or right side. Even in such a configuration, the beam member 10 and the support frames 8 and 8 can be fixed to the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 through the tightening action by the screwing operation of each fixing screw 17 at the time of construction. The laying work of the paving material 20 on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 can be performed easily.

FIG. 5 shows a reference second embodiment, in which the rising edges 6 and 6 and the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 in the first embodiment are made of different metal materials. While forming, the material of the rising edges 6 and 6 is made to correspond to the material of the metal water-permeable covering member 13. Here, steel is used for the material of the horizontal edges 7, 7, and stainless steel is used for the material of the rising edges 6, 6 and the metal water-permeable covering member 13. Further, the rising edges 6 and 6 are respectively connected to the lower ends thereof with the horizontal portions 21 extending outward, and the outer ends of the horizontal portions 21 and the inner ends of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 are welded. Are joined together. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, the horizontal edges 7 and 7 are made of inexpensive steel, and the rising edges 6 and 6 and the metal water-permeable covering member 13 are made of stainless steel, so that the entire support frames 8 and 8 are made. Compared to the case of using stainless steel, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the portion that is noticeable is stainless steel, so that it has excellent aesthetics.

FIG. 6 shows a reference third embodiment. In the third embodiment, the water flow portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 of the both support frames 8 and 8 in the first embodiment is shown in FIG. It is formed so as to be narrower than that of the embodiment, and the lower opening width 22b is wider than the upper opening width 22a. Here, joint members 23, 23 having an L-shaped cross section made of a metal material such as steel or stainless steel are fixed to the upper ends of both rising edges 6, 6 so as to face each other by joining means such as welding or screwing. The upper opening width 22a of the water flow portion 9 is narrowed by the distance between the inner edges of the joint members 23, 23. In addition, instead of the configuration using the joint members 23 and 23 as described above, as shown in FIG. 7A, at least one rising edge 6 is inclined to make the water passage portion 9 tapered, or FIG. As shown in (b), it is also possible to provide a step portion 24 on at least one rising edge 6 and to widen the lower portion of the water flow portion 9 through the step portion 24. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, it is not necessary to use the metal water-permeable covering member 13 described above by narrowing the water-permeable portion 9 by bringing the rising edges 6 and 6 of the support frames 8 and 8 close to each other, In addition, when foreign matter such as pebbles or wood pieces enters the water flow portion 9, the lower opening width 22b is wider than the upper opening width 22a of the water flow portion 9, so that these foreign matters are provided. Can fall smoothly without being caught between the rising edges 6 and 6 and staying there.

FIG. 8 shows a reference fourth embodiment. In the fourth embodiment, the rising edges 6 and 6 of the support frames 8 and 8 in the first embodiment are biased to the upper side portion of the groove 1. By facing each other, the water flow portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 is positioned on the side portion of the upper portion of the groove 1, and the upper portion of the remaining groove 1 is horizontally disposed on one support frame 8. Covered with an edge 7. Here, the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is a wide horizontal edge substantially covering the upper part of the groove 1, and the horizontal edge 7 of the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is the groove 1. A narrow horizontal edge substantially matching the width of the upper surface of the side wall 4, the outer edge of the wide horizontal edge being positioned on one side wall 4 constituting the groove 1, and the narrow horizontal edge being a groove A rising edge 6 located on the other side wall 4 constituting the path 1 and raised from the outer edge of the narrow horizontal edge; and a rising edge 6 raised from the inner edge of the wide horizontal edge; Is opposed to the side of the upper part of the groove 1 at a position biased. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, the water flow portion 9 can be formed at a position biased to the most side portion of the upper portion of the groove 1. Thereby, when the groove 1 is a side groove, or when there is a rising portion 25 such as a wall or a ridge on the outer end side of the groove 1, the pavement 20 laid on the road side is widened horizontally by the support frame 8. Since it suffices to lay it continuously on the edge, the work of laying the paving material 20 on the outer end side of the road can be made unnecessary, and the construction becomes easy.

In the fourth embodiment described above, the horizontal edge 7 of the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is a narrow horizontal edge that substantially matches the width of the upper surface of the side wall 4 of the groove 1. Instead, as in the fifth embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is only the rising edge 6, and the left and right ends of each beam member 10 constitute the groove 1. The left and right side walls 4, 4 may be mounted on the upper end surfaces via the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 and the rising edge 6 of the other support frame 8.

FIG. 10 shows a reference sixth embodiment, and this sixth embodiment is suitable for the construction of laying the pavement material 20 composed of the sand 26 and the decorative block 27 in the configuration of the above-described fourth embodiment (see FIG. 8). Thus, the rising edges 6 and 6 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8 are set high. In this case, the metal water-permeable covering member 13 such as a grating lid disposed in the water flow portion 9 between the two rising edges 6 and 6 is placed on the raising rod 28 that is laid across between the two rising edges 6 and 6. Will be on board.

FIG. 11 shows a reference seventh embodiment, and this seventh embodiment is suitable for the construction of laying the pavement material 20 made of the water-permeable concrete 29 in the configuration of the fourth embodiment (see FIG. 8) described above. A plurality of through holes 30 are formed in one horizontal edge 7 (the right side in the figure) as a wide horizontal edge. Thereby, the rainwater which permeate | transmitted the pavement material 20 which consists of water-permeable concrete 29 can be drained in the groove 1 from the said through-hole 30 at the time of raining. During construction, the water-permeable concrete 29 is prevented from flowing out of the through holes 30 by laying a water-permeable sheet (not shown) on one horizontal edge 7 (right side in the figure).

FIG. 12 shows an eighth embodiment according to the present invention. In the eighth embodiment, the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8 are mounted on each beam member 10, and each beam member 10. Are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1. Here, as in the first embodiment, both the support frames 8 and 8 are configured such that a horizontal edge 7 is coupled to a vertical rising edge 6, and the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 are combined with each other. Each beam member 10 is joined by welding. The rising edges 6, 6 of the support frames 8, 8 are arranged to face each other at a predetermined interval in the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1, and to the water passing portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6, 6. Is provided with a metal water-permeable covering member 13. The metal water-permeable covering member 13 is composed of a grating lid, and is detachably mounted on a raised ridge 28 that is horizontally placed between both rising edges 6 and 6. The metal water-permeable covering member 13 may be, for example, a lid having a U-shaped cross section (see FIG. 3) provided with a top plate portion 15 having a large number of small holes 14 formed in addition to the grating lid. Good. In addition, the lid body may be formed as a band plate having only the top plate portion 15 and may be joined to the upper end of the inner surface of the left and right rising edges 6 and 6 by welding to be horizontally mounted. It is also possible to integrally form the rising edges 6 and 6 (see FIG. 4). Alternatively, the metal water-permeable covering member 13 may be formed in a grating shape and integrated with the two rising edges 6 and 6 by welding in a state where the metal water-permeable covering member 13 is disposed between the left and right rising edges 6 and 6. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same portions, and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, the left and right end portions of each beam member 10 are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the left and right side walls 4, 4 constituting the groove 1, so that Even when a heavy load such as an automobile is applied, the beam member 10 passed over the left and right side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 can obtain a predetermined strength that can withstand the load. Moreover, since the part which mounts the right and left both ends of the beam member 10 is made into the upper end surface of the left and right side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1, it is L-shaped in the upper inner edge of the both side walls 4 and 4 like the past. Since it is not necessary to form a receiving part, the formation cost becomes unnecessary.

FIG. 13 shows a ninth embodiment according to the present invention, which is the rising edges 6 and 6 and the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 in the eighth embodiment (see FIG. 12). Are made of different metal materials, and the materials of the rising edges 6 and 6 are made to coincide with the material of the metal water-permeable covering member 13. Other configurations are the same as those of the eighth embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

FIG. 14 shows a tenth embodiment according to the present invention. This tenth embodiment is arranged so that the rising edges 6 and 6 of both support frames 8 and 8 in the eighth embodiment (see FIG. 12) are arranged above the groove 1. The water flow portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 is positioned on the side portion of the upper portion of the groove path 1 and the upper portion of the remaining groove path 1 Is covered with the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8. Further, the metal water-permeable covering member 13 such as a grating lid disposed in the water-permeable portion 9 between the two rising edges 6 and 6 is placed on the raising rod 28 horizontally placed between the two rising edges 6 and 6. It is listed. Other configurations are the same as those of the eighth embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In the tenth embodiment described above, the horizontal edge 7 of the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is a narrow horizontal edge that substantially matches the width of the upper surface of the side wall 4 of the groove 1. Instead, as in the eleventh embodiment according to the present invention shown in FIG. 15, the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) may be only the rising edge 6.

FIG. 16 shows a twelfth embodiment according to the present invention. In the twelfth embodiment, a pavement material 20 composed of sand 26 and a decorative block 27 is laid in the configuration of the tenth embodiment described above (see FIG. 14). The rising edges 6 and 6 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8 are set high so as to be suitable for construction.

FIG. 17 shows a thirteenth embodiment according to the present invention. This thirteenth embodiment is used for constructing a pavement material 20 made of permeable concrete 29 in the configuration of the tenth embodiment described above (see FIG. 14). A plurality of through holes 30 are formed in one horizontal edge 7 (the right side in the figure) as a wide horizontal edge so as to be suitable.

FIG. 18 shows a fourteenth embodiment according to the present invention. This fourteenth embodiment is a passage formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 of both support frames 8 and 8 in the eleventh embodiment (see FIG. 15). The water portion 9 is formed to be narrower than that of the eleventh embodiment, and the lower opening width 22b is wider than the upper opening width 22a. Here, the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is a wide horizontal edge that substantially covers the upper portion of the groove 1, and the rising edge 6 raised from the inner edge of the wide horizontal edge is inclined. Thus, the lower opening width 22b is made wider than the upper opening width 22a by tapering the water passing portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 of the support frames 8 and 8. In this case, instead of the configuration in which the rising edge 6 is inclined, the joint members 23 and 23 (see FIG. 6) are used, or the step portion 24 (see FIG. 7B) is provided on at least one rising edge 6. It is also possible to widen the lower part of the water flow part 9 through the step part 24. Other configurations are the same as those of the eleventh embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

FIG. 19 shows a fifteenth embodiment according to the present invention. This fifteenth embodiment shows the rising edges 6, 6 of the left and right support frames 8, 8 in which the horizontal edge 7 is coupled to the vertical rising edge 6. Is positioned at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1 so that the water passage portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 is positioned at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1. The beam members 10 that connect the frames 8 and 8 are disposed in contact with the upper surfaces of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the left and right support frames 8 and 8, and the outer ends of both the horizontal edges 7 and 7 and the groove 1. The gaps 32 and 32 are provided between the inner surfaces 31 and 31 of the side walls 4 and 4, and both left and right ends of each beam member 10 are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. . Further, on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8, a pavement material 20 made of permeable concrete 29 laid on the upper periphery of the groove 1 is laid continuously. During construction, the gaps 32, 32 are shielded by a water-permeable sheet (not shown) laid over the horizontal edges 7, 7 and the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1; The permeable concrete 29 is prevented from flowing out of the gaps 32, 32. Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, rain water that has permeated through the pavement material 20 made of the water-permeable concrete 29 can be drained into the groove 1 from the gaps 32 and 32 during the rain. Further, in addition to the above-described effect of improving the load bearing strength, the water passage portion 9 narrower than the opening width of the groove 1 can be formed at the approximate center of the upper portion of the groove 1. In the fifteenth embodiment, in addition to the gaps 32, 32, drainage through holes 30 (see FIG. 11) can be formed in the horizontal edges 7, 7.

FIG. 20 shows a sixteenth embodiment according to the present invention. In the sixteenth embodiment, the rising edges 6, 6 of the left and right support frames 8, 8 in which the horizontal edge 7 is coupled to the vertical rising edge 6 are shown. Is positioned at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1 so that the water passage portion 9 formed between the rising edges 6 and 6 is positioned at the approximate center of the upper part of the groove 1. The horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8 are mounted on the beam members 10 that connect the frames 8 and 8, and the outer ends of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 and the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. The gaps 32 and 32 are provided between the inner surfaces 31 and 31 and the left and right ends of each beam member 10 are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. Further, on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of the support frames 8 and 8, a pavement material 20 composed of a permeable concrete 29 and a permeable decorative tile 19 laid in the upper periphery of the groove 1 is continuously laid. Yes. Note that the outer edges of the left and right horizontal edges 7 and 7 are bent downward, and the lower ends thereof extend to a height position substantially coinciding with the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4. 32 and 32 are prevented from opening more than necessary. In construction, the gaps 32, 32 are shielded by a water-permeable sheet (not shown) laid over the horizontal edges 7, 7 and the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1. The permeable concrete 29 is prevented from flowing out of the gaps 32, 32. Other configurations are the same as those of the eighth embodiment (see FIG. 12), and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, rain water that has permeated through the permeable concrete 29 can be drained into the groove 1 from the gaps 32 and 32 during rain. Further, in addition to the above-described effect of improving the load bearing strength, the water passage portion 9 narrower than the opening width of the groove 1 can be formed at the approximate center of the upper portion of the groove 1. In the sixteenth embodiment, in addition to the gaps 32, 32, the horizontal edges 7, 7 can be provided with drainage through holes 30 (see FIG. 17).

FIG. 21 shows a reference seventeenth embodiment. In the seventeenth embodiment, the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is a wide horizontal edge that substantially covers the upper part of the groove 1 and the other support frame is shown. 8 (left side in the figure) is the rising edge 6 only, and the rising edges 6 and 6 of both support frames 8 and 8 are opposed to the upper side of the groove 1 at a position biased to the both rising edges 6 and 6. The water flow portion 9 formed between the upper and lower sides of the groove 1 is positioned on the side of the groove 1 and the upper portion of the remaining groove 1 is covered with the horizontal edge 7 of one of the support frames 8. Each beam member 10 that connects the frames 8 and 8 is disposed in contact with the upper surface of the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure), and the outer end of the horizontal edge 7 and the groove 1 A gap 32 is provided between the inner surface 31 of the side wall 4 and the left and right ends of each beam member 10 are mounted on the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. It is. Here, the rising edge 6 of the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is suspended downward along the outer surface 11 of the side wall 4, and the tip of the side wall 4 of the groove 1 is at the lower end. A fixing screw 17 that can be press-contacted to the outer surface 11 is screwed from the outside. That is, the hanging portion of the rising edge 6 is the fixing rod 16 described above. Further, on the horizontal edge 7 of the support frame 8, a pavement material 20 composed of a permeable concrete 29 and a permeable decorative tile 19 laid in the upper part of the periphery of the groove 1 is laid continuously. During construction, the gap 32 is shielded by a water-permeable sheet (not shown) laid across the horizontal edge 7 and the upper end surface of the side wall 4 of the groove 1, so that the water permeability from the gap 32 is blocked. The outflow of the concrete 29 is prevented. Other configurations are the same as those of the fourth embodiment (see FIG. 8), and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In such a configuration, it is possible to drain rainwater that has permeated through the water-permeable concrete 29 into the groove 1 from the gap 32 during rainfall. Further, in addition to the above-described effect of improving the load bearing strength, a water passage portion 9 narrower than the opening width of the groove 1 can be formed at a position biased to the most side portion of the upper portion of the groove 1. In the seventeenth embodiment, in addition to the gap 32, a drainage through hole 30 (see FIG. 11) can be formed in the horizontal edge 7.

FIG. 22 shows an eighteenth embodiment according to the present invention. In the eighteenth embodiment, the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is a wide horizontal edge substantially covering the upper part of the groove 1 and the other. The support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is the only rising edge 6 and the rising edges 6 and 6 of both the support frames 8 and 8 are opposed to the upper side of the groove 1 at a position biased to the both rising edges. The water flow portion 9 formed between the edges 6 and 6 is positioned on the side of the upper portion of the groove 1 and the upper portion of the remaining groove 1 is covered with the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8. The horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is mounted on each beam member 10 connecting the support frames 8, 8, and the outer end of the horizontal edge 7 and the side wall of the groove 1. 4 is provided with a gap 32 between the inner surface 31 and the left and right ends of each beam member 10 mounted on the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. That. The outer edge of the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure) is bent downward, and its lower end extends to a height position that substantially coincides with the upper end surface of the side wall 4. This prevents the gap 32 from opening more than necessary. At the time of construction, the gap 32 is shielded by a water-permeable sheet (not shown) laid over the horizontal edge 7 and the upper end surface of the side wall 4 of the groove 1, thereby permeable concrete 29 from the gap 32. Is prevented from flowing out. Other configurations are the same as those of the tenth embodiment (see FIG. 14), and the same portions are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

In the eighteenth embodiment, in addition to the gap 32, a drainage through hole 30 (see FIG. 17) can be formed in the horizontal edge 7.

FIGS. 23 and 24 show a reference nineteenth embodiment. This nineteenth embodiment is the same as that of the fifteenth embodiment (see FIG. 19), but the outer ends of both horizontal edges 7 and 7 and the side walls of the groove 1. The gaps 32 and 32 are provided between the inner surfaces 31 and 31 of the side walls 4 and 4, and the shielding edges 33 and 33 hang along the inner surfaces 31 and 31 of the side walls 4 and 4 at the outer ends of the horizontal edges 7 and 7. Are coupled. Here, the shielding edges 33 and 33 are provided with the same length as the left and right support frames 8 and 8 extending along the longitudinal direction of the groove 1. Further, on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 of both the support frames 8 and 8, a pavement material 20 made of concrete 18 and decorative tiles 19 laid in the upper periphery of the groove 1 is laid continuously. Further, in the construction, in order to hold the water passage covering device 5 for the groove horizontally, as shown in FIG. 24, the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 and the left and right ends of each beam member 10 are arranged. A spacer 34 having a gradually increased thickness is interposed between the lower surfaces. Instead of the spacers 34, screw rods that can be screwed up and down may be screwed to the left and right ends of each beam member 10. In addition, after the water passage covering device 5 for grooves is held horizontally, a gap 32 is provided between the outer ends of both horizontal edges 7 and 7 and the inner surfaces 31 and 31 of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1. , 32 are shielded by filling, for example, solid concrete. The other configuration is the same as that of the fifteenth embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given to the same portions, and the duplicate description is omitted.

In such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 24, the waterway covering device 5 for the groove is horizontally disposed on the groove 1 constructed with a water gradient using a groove member 2 such as a U-shaped groove. When arranged, the gaps in the vertical direction that gradually occur between the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4, 4 of the groove 1 and the outer ends of the horizontal edges 7, 7 are shielded by the shielding edges 33, 33 as they reach the water. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent a problem that the concrete 18 or sand 26 laid on the horizontal edges 7 and 7 flows into the groove 1 from the gap. The gaps 32, 32 are not shielded with a filler such as solidified concrete, and the concrete 18 is made of water permeable concrete, so that the permeated water at the time of rainfall is drained from the gaps 32, 32 into the groove 1. It becomes possible.

In the nineteenth embodiment (see FIG. 23), each beam member 10 is disposed in contact with the upper surfaces of the left and right horizontal edges 7 and 7, but instead of this, FIG. As in the twentieth embodiment according to the present invention, left and right horizontal edges 7 and 7 may be mounted on each beam member 10.

FIG. 26 shows a reference twenty-first embodiment. This twenty-first embodiment has the same structure as that of the seventeenth embodiment (see FIG. 21), and the outer end of the horizontal edge 7 of one support frame 8 (right side in the figure). A gap 32 is provided between the groove 1 and the inner surface 31 of the side wall 4, and a shielding edge 33 that hangs along the inner surface 31 of the side wall 4 is coupled to the outer end of the horizontal edge 7. The rising edge 6 of the other support frame 8 (left side in the figure) is suspended downward along the outer surface 11 of the side wall 4, and the suspended portion of the rising edge 6 is the other shielding edge 33. It has become. Other configurations are the same as those in the seventeenth embodiment, and the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and redundant description is omitted.

Even in such a configuration, as in the case of the nineteenth embodiment, when the water passage covering device 5 for a groove is disposed horizontally on the groove 1 constructed with a water gradient, the water reaches the bottom. Accordingly, the gap in the vertical direction that gradually occurs between the upper end surfaces of the side walls 4 and 4 of the groove 1 and the outer ends of the horizontal edges 7 and 7 can be shielded by the shielding edges 33 and 33. 7 can prevent a problem that concrete 18, sand 26, and the like laid on 7 flow into the groove 1 from the gap. In addition, by making the concrete 18 permeable concrete, it becomes possible to drain the permeated water during the rain from the gap 32 into the groove 1.

In the twenty-first embodiment (see FIG. 26), the structure in which each beam member 10 is disposed in contact with the upper surface of the horizontal edge 7 is shown. Instead, the present invention shown in FIG. As in the twenty-second embodiment, the horizontal edge 7 may be mounted on each beam member 10.

The present invention is not limited to the configurations of the above-described embodiments, and various modifications are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, the fixing rod 16 is suspended from the support frames 8 and 8. Alternatively, the shield edges 33 and 33 may be joined to the beam members 10 and suspended. Furthermore, the fixing rod 16 may be installed over the entire length of the support frame so that the functions of the shielding edges 33 and 33 can be obtained. Further, the groove 1 may be constructed by placing concrete on site without using a groove member 2 such as a U-shaped groove.
