Description
本発明の要旨は、以下のとおりである。
合金No.S7は、Bが高いので粉砕性が不良で歩留まりが悪かった。しかし、比透磁率は1.10μ以下で良好な結果が得られた。
合金No.S8は、Mnが低いので、また合金No.S9はMnが高いので、いずれも粉砕性が不良で歩留まりが悪かった。なお、比透磁率はいずれも1.10μ以下であった。

Claims (4)
- Bが1〜5質量%、Mnが65〜85質量%で残部はFeおよび不可避不純物である鉄系Mn−B合金粉を含むフラックスを鋼製外皮内に充填してなることを特徴とするガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤ。
- 充填フラックスに鉄系Mn−B合金粉を1〜10質量%含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載のガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤ。
- 鉄系Mn−B合金粉中のPは0.40質量%以下、Nは0.20質量%以下、Cは1%以下、Siは1.5%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤ。
- 鉄系Mn−B合金粉の粒径は150μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3の内のいずれか1項に記載のガスシールドアーク溶接用フラックス入りワイヤ。
