(8)前記レドックスポリマーが、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)にフェロセンカルボキシアルデヒドをグラフトすることによって合成されたものである、実施態様1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
(9)前記レドックスポリマーが、10kg/mol(10,000ダルトン)を超える分子量を有する、実施態様1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
(10)酸化還元酵素が、5kg/mol(5,000ダルトン)を超える分子量を有する、実施態様1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。

Claims (9)
- 電気化学に基づくセンサーであって、
少なくとも1つの電極表面を有する電極と、
当該電極表面上に載置したフィルムであって、酸化還元酵素と親水性レドックスポリマーとを含むフィルムと、
当該フィルム上に載置した透析膜と
を含んでなり、
当該透析膜が、水溶液と接触するとヒドロゲル層を形成する架橋ポリマー透析膜であり、当該透析膜が、当該電極近傍のレドックスポリマーをトラップする役目を果たす、
電気化学に基づくセンサー。 - 前記酸化還元酵素がグルコースオキシダーゼである、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 前記レドックスポリマーが、N−ビニルピロリジノンとビニルフェロセンとの共重合によって合成されたものである、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 前記レドックスポリマーが、ポリエチレングリコールにビニルフェロセンをグラフトすることによって合成されたものである、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 前記レドックスポリマーが、ポリエチレンイミン(PEI)にフェロセンカルボキシアルデヒドをグラフトすることによって合成されたものである、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 前記レドックスポリマーが、10kg/mol(10,000ダルトン)を超える分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 酸化還元酵素が、5kg/mol(5,000ダルトン)を超える分子量を有する、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- 前記電極が作用電極である、請求項1に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
- さらに参照電極を含んでなる、請求項8に記載の電気化学に基づくセンサー。
