Claims (6)
- ICGが注入された生体に一定波長の光を照射する発光装置と、外部光の透過を遮断するように形成された漏光防止ハウジングを含む漏光防止部、
前記ICG及び発光装置によって発散される蛍光信号の中で近赤外線波長のみを通過させる帯域通過フィルターと、近赤外線領域を撮影することができるCCDカメラを含むデータ獲得部、
該データ獲得部に接続されたデータケーブルを通じて近赤外線波長領域のデータで生体の潅流量を算出するデータ処理部、
該データ処理部の潅流量によって既決定された色を指定して領域別に彩色して潅流量を映像的に出力するデータ出力部、
を含む下肢潅流量測定装置。 - 前記漏光防止ハウジングが、生体の下肢を固定することができる構造物である下肢固定部をさらに含み得ることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下肢潅流量測定装置。
- 前記固定部が、生体の両下肢を固定することができる一定幅及び一定高さを有する下肢固定台及び生体の足を乗せられる足板を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下肢潅流量測定装置。
- 前記発光装置が、750〜780nmの波長を有するレーザーまたは前記波長領域の帯域通過フィルターを有する白色光源及び発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下肢潅流量測定装置。
- 前記発光装置は、一つ以上多数個具備することができ、強度の調節が可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下肢潅流量測定装置。
- 前記データ処理部が、
前記データケーブルを通じて入力されるデータを関心地域で時間による部位別蛍光強度に処理するための数値化手段、
前記処理された時間による蛍光強度から各部位別虚血パターン認識と隣接部位との相関係数を算出する決定手段、
該決定手段から入力したデータで潅流量を算出する潅流量演算手段、
を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の下肢潅流量測定装置。
