Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a wall finishing base panel and a wall structure using the wall finishing base panel.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
For example, for finishing a wall of a wooden building, a method is generally employed in which the surface of a base component attached along the wall is covered with a surface finishing material such as mortar, siding, or plaster or earthen. Conventionally, as a base constituent material used in such a method, a wood-sliding base, a face material-clad bearing base made of plywood or the like has been used, and it has been used by being attached between pillars partitioned on both sides by pillars, studs or the like.
[0003]
However, according to the former wood shaving base, since the narrow boards are provided by nailing horizontally one by one, it takes a lot of labor and time for installation work, and ventilation inside the wall It was difficult to expect strength to obtain wall strength. On the other hand, according to the latter, plywood, etc., the surface strength is sufficient, but sufficient strength is obtained, but it is difficult to ventilate and the moisture permeability resistance is high due to the presence of the adhesive layer, etc., ensuring the durability of the wall It was difficult.
[0004]
On the other hand, a wall finishing base panel capable of obtaining sufficient strength and ventilation is described in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 61-71730 and Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-160732. The base panel for wall finishing described in these publications inclines a plurality of strip-shaped narrow plates constituting the front side surface and a plurality of strip-shaped narrow plates constituting the back side surface in opposite directions so as to cross each other. In addition, it was joined and integrated in a state of being arranged in parallel with an interval, and sufficient ventilation could be secured by raising the air through the interval between the strip-shaped narrow plates, and it was inclined in the opposite direction. The strip-shaped narrow plate is made to function like a brace so that a desired strength as a structural strength member can be obtained.
[0005]
According to a conventional wall finishing base panel that is formed by joining and integrating a plurality of strip-shaped narrow plates, a nailing operation and a siding mounting bracket installation operation are performed to provide a waterproof sheet, a lath, a siding, etc. on the surface side of the base panel. Is applied to a strip-shaped narrow plate that extends in an oblique direction and is provided at intervals. Therefore, when the wall finishing base panel is covered with a waterproof sheet or the like, the nail is driven into the desired position avoiding the gap between the strip-shaped narrow plates, or the siding mounting bracket is fixed with high accuracy. Therefore, it takes a lot of labor and skill for positioning, and the wall construction cannot be carried out smoothly.
[0006]
The present invention has been made paying attention to such a conventional problem, and after attaching between the pillars, it is possible to easily and accurately carry out the work of attaching the structural member of the wall to the surface side, and sufficiently An object of the present invention is to provide a wall finishing base panel and a wall structure capable of obtaining sufficient ventilation and strength.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is used by attaching between columns as a base material for finishing a wall of a building, and a plurality of front side belt-like narrow plates arranged in parallel at intervals, and a plurality arranged in parallel at intervals. A plurality of front side belt-like narrow plates installed in a horizontal direction, and the plurality of back side belt-like small plates. By providing a base panel for wall finishing characterized in that the width plate is installed between the pillars in a state where the width plate is inclined and installed at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the front belt-shaped small width plate, The object has been achieved (the invention according to claim 1).
[0008]
Further, the present invention provides a plurality of front side strip-shaped narrow plates arranged in parallel with a space between them and used in parallel as a base material for finishing a wall of a building. A plurality of backside belt-like narrow plates that are joined and integrated in a state of crossing each other, wherein the plurality of front-side beltlike narrow plates are installed in a vertical direction, and the plurality of backsides To provide a ground panel for finishing a wall, wherein the strip-shaped narrow plate is installed between the columns in a state where it is installed at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the front strip-shaped narrow plate. Thus, the above object is achieved (the invention according to claim 2).
[0009]
Further, the present invention provides a wall structure using the wall finishing foundation panel according to any one of the above, wherein a waterproof sheet is attached to cover the surface of the wall finishing foundation panel attached between the columns, and The above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a wall structure characterized in that it is configured by installing a mortar and applying mortar (the invention according to claim 3).
[0010]
Furthermore, the present invention is a wall structure using the wall finishing foundation panel according to any one of the above, wherein a waterproof sheet is attached to cover the surface of the wall finishing foundation panel attached between the columns, The above-mentioned object is achieved by providing a wall structure characterized in that it is constructed by installing a mounting bracket and attaching a siding (the invention according to claim 4).
[0011]
According to the base panel for wall finishing of the present invention, it is provided with, for example, a vertically long rectangular shape along the shape between the columns, and the side ends are fixed to, for example, the columns and the studs using fixing nails or the like. When attached to the front side, the plurality of front side belt-like narrow plates are respectively installed extending in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. Accordingly, at the predetermined height position or the predetermined width direction position, each front side strip-shaped narrow plate is continuous without gaps in the horizontal direction or the vertical direction. Even when the front side of the cover is covered with a waterproof sheet or the like, the nail driving position and the mounting position of the siding mounting bracket can be positioned easily and accurately along the continuous horizontal or vertical belt-like line. Is possible. By being able to accurately position in the horizontal or vertical direction in this way, wall components such as waterproof sheets, laths, and siding can be smoothly placed on the surface side of the wall finishing base panel without much labor and skill. It becomes possible to go to the construction.
[0012]
Further, according to the wall finishing foundation panel of the present invention, the plurality of backside strip-shaped narrow plates are inclined at an angle of 30 to 60 degrees with respect to the horizontal direction or the vertical direction, respectively, when attached between the columns. It will be installed extending in the direction. Therefore, the back-side belt-like narrow board is installed obliquely and functions like a brace, and it is possible to exert strength as a structural load-bearing member on the wall finishing base panel attached between the columns.
[0013]
Furthermore, according to the wall finishing foundation panel of the present invention, the air can be raised through a gap extending diagonally between the back side belt-like narrow plates installed obliquely, and the front side belt shape intersecting with this can be raised. The air can move smoothly through the gap extending horizontally or vertically between the narrow plates and obliquely extending upward, thereby facilitating the entire ventilation of the wall finishing base panel. It becomes possible.
[0014]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, a preferred first embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The base panel 10 for wall finishing according to the first embodiment is a base constituent material that is used by being attached between columns as a base material for wall finishing of a building (see FIG. 2).
