Description

The present invention forms a hollow portion (including a hollow portion having an opening) between a plurality of case members, a resin molded product in which the insert member is fixed to the hollow portion, and a fixing method for fixing the insert member to the hollow portion About.

Conventionally, when an insert member such as an electric / electronic circuit board is mounted in a case, a method has been used in which a screw hole having a clearance for absorbing an installation error or thermal displacement is provided in the insert member and fastened with a screw or the like. It has been.
This fastening method has a problem that the fastening portion may be loosened due to creep.
Further, the insert member may be rattled due to the clearance of the screw holes.
In addition, when tightening with screws, the tightening state cannot be visually confirmed as it is, so it is necessary to carry out torque management of screw tightening for quality assurance, and production efficiency is poor.
On the other hand, techniques for continuously forming a hollow body with a set of injection molds are disclosed in JP-A-2-38377, JP-A-5-84711 and the like (die slide injection method).
This die slide injection method is excellent in that a hollow resin molded product can be continuously molded with a pair of opposing molds, but there is no technical idea for fixing an electronic substrate or the like in the hollow portion.
Therefore, as a result of examining in detail whether or not an insert member such as an electronic board can be fixed simultaneously when the divided body divided into two parts disclosed in the publication is integrated by secondary injection molding, the present invention has been achieved. It was.

The present invention can securely fix an insert member such as an electronic substrate in a resin case, and in particular, this insert member can be fixed to the inside of a hollow body (including a hollow body partially having an opening) so as not to loosen. In addition, in the case of a hollow part having no opening part or a hollow part to which an insert member having an external connection part is attached, a method for producing a resin molded product capable of fixing the insert member and simultaneously sealing the hollow part And it aims at provision of the resin molded product which has the hollow part to which the insert member by it was fixed.

The technical gist of the present invention includes a first case member, a second case member, and an electronic board, the electronic board having a connector for external connection, and a fixing hole for the first or / and second case member. has, the first case member and / or the second case member, wherein a position corresponding to the fixing hole has a larger fixing recess of diameter than the fixing hole, the first casing member and the The two-case member has an externally extending portion of the connector , a butting portion for butting the first case member and the second case member while accommodating the electronic board inside , and the connector The connector part is extended to the outside by having a welding groove over the entire circumference of the part in contact with the outer peripheral part of the metal and the entire butted part, and filling the resin with injection molding over the whole circumference of the fixing hole, the fixing concave part and the welding groove. While the electronic substrate is the first and second Characterized in that are sealed in over scan.

Here, the expression of the first case member and the second case member means that, when molding a resin molded product having a hollow portion, at least the hollow portion is divided into a first case member and a second case member, and then butt-matched. The purpose is to form the hollow portion.
Therefore, when a hollow part is partially formed in a resin molded product, the hollow part part should just be divided | segmented.
In the present invention, the hollow portion includes a hollow portion and a sealed hollow portion that are partially opened for the purpose of forming a hollow space by abutting at least two divided bodies.
In addition, the first or / and second case member is provided with a fixing recess at a position corresponding to the fixing hole of the insert member because the fixing recess of the case member and the fixing hole of the insert member are connected. The purpose is to inject molten resin into this space.
Therefore, the insert member may be fixed to either the first case or the second case member, and a fixing recess is formed in both case members so as to sandwich the fixing hole of the insert member from both sides. Also good.
In addition, if a fixing recess larger than the diameter of the fixing hole of the insert member is formed in both case members so as to sandwich the fixing hole of the insert member from both sides, the fixing recess of both case members and the insert member When the fixing holes are connected by injection resin (secondary molding), the fixing resin on both cases can be connected and fixed so as to sandwich the insert member.
When fixed in this way, the resin for fixing the insert member is molded so as to be undercut with respect to the fixing hole of the insert member, so there is no gap between the case member and the fixing portion of the insert member. It becomes difficult to loosen, and the insert member can be fixed to the case side more reliably.

As a fixing method by forming the undercut portion, a method of providing a protrusion on the inner periphery of the fixing hole of the insert member, for example, a stepped fixing hole is conceivable.
In this case, when the fixing recesses of both case members and the fixing holes of the insert members are connected by injection resin (secondary molding), the fixing resin is locked to the protrusions inside the stepped fixing holes. Connect as follows.
The shape of the protrusion provided in the fixing hole is not particularly limited as long as the fixing resin can be locked, and may be a partially raised protrusion in addition to the ring-shaped step.

The hollow portion for fixing the insert member may partially have an opening, but at the same time as fixing the insert member in the hollow portion formed by the first case member and the second case member, If a welding groove is formed in the butt portion of the first case member and the second case member so as to be sealed, it is possible not only to fix the insert member in the hollow portion but also to seal and seal at the same time.

Further, the insert member has an external connection portion with the outside, and a welding groove is formed between the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion and the first case member and the second case member. 2 When the resin molded product is filled with resin by injection molding at the same time as the welding groove at the butt portion with the case member, not only the insert member is fixed to the hollow portion but also the connection portion can be connected to the outside of the case so that the hollow portion Seal sealed.

For example, when the insert member has a connector as an external connection portion on the board, an opening is provided between the edges of the first case member and the second case member, and a fitting portion for fitting the outer peripheral portion of the connector is provided. A welding groove surrounding the outer periphery of the connector is formed at the boundary between the fitting portion and the outer periphery of the connector.
The welding groove that surrounds the outer periphery of the external connection portion may be formed on either the fitting portion side or the external connection portion side. You may form partially in the connection part side, respectively.
The welding groove surrounding the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion is continued with the welding groove formed between the butted portions.
When the resin is injected into the welding groove, the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion and the joints of the first case member and the second case member are integrated and sealed, and the hollow portion is sealed.

If at least one of the first case member and the second case member is made of transparent resin and the resin filled in the fixing hole of the insert member is colored differently from the case member, the insert from the outside of the case The fixed state of the member can be confirmed.
Alternatively, if the fixing recess of the first and / or second case member is a through-hole, when the fixing recess is filled with resin, the filling resin can be visually observed through the case outer opening of the fixing recess. The fixed state of the insert member can be confirmed from the outside.

The following method is suitable as a method of manufacturing a resin molded product in which an insert member is fixed or sealed in such a hollow portion.
A slide part is provided on the fixed side or the movable side of an injection molding die composed of a fixed side and a movable side, and one of the first and second case members is formed on the movable side, and the other is formed on the slide part. Then, the step of primary injection molding simultaneously by injecting molten resin and the case member held on the slide portion side are moved to face the case member held on the movable side or the fixed side. And a step of filling the melted resin into the welding groove and the fixing hole of the insert member and the fixing recess of the first or second case member by secondary injection molding. It is characterized by that.
Here, the cavity portion means the female mold side that holds the product when the mold is opened. However, when the female mold of the first case member is formed on the movable side, the second case member becomes a male mold. Since the male mold of the first case member and the female mold of the second case member are formed on the slide portion so as to face each other, the side that holds the product portion when the mold is opened is defined as the cavity portion for convenience.

In the present invention, it is preferable to mold the first case member and the second case member simultaneously by primary injection molding.
Then, the insert member is mounted in the hollow portion formed between the first case member and the second case member.
At the time of the next secondary injection molding, the molten resin is injected into the welding groove of the butt portion formed on the first case member and the second case member, and the first case member and the second case member are integrated at the butt portion. In addition, a hollow portion is formed, and in addition, a molten resin is injected into a space formed by the fixing recess of the case member and the fixing hole of the insert member, and the insert member is fixed to the case side.
When the insert member has an external connection part for relaying the inside and outside of the hollow part, it melts in the welding groove surrounding the outer connection part in addition to the welding groove in the butt part during the secondary injection molding. Resin is injected to integrate the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion with the fitting portion formed by the first and second case members.

In the present invention, in order to form the insert fixing portion by filling the resin into the fixing hole portion provided in advance in the insert member incorporated in the case and the fixing concave portion on the case member side during the secondary injection molding, Integrate with the case.
The molding of the insert fixing portion may be performed at the same time as filling the welding groove formed in the butt portion of the first case member and the second case member during the secondary injection molding and connecting the butt portion. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently manufacture a hollow body having an insert member therein.
As a result, there is no gap between the fixing hole portion of the insert member and the case, and there is no fear of positional deviation or rattling.
The hollow portion formed by combining the first case member and the second case member is formed by forming a butt portion where a welding groove is formed in at least one of the case members so as to surround the hollow portion in an annular shape, and this welding groove It is possible to seal the resin by filling it with molten resin and welding the butt portion, and it is possible to efficiently manufacture a resin molded product in which the insert member is sealed in the hollow portion.
In the case of providing an external connection portion such as a connector for connecting to the outside of the resin molded product on the insert member, an external connection portion that opens to fit the external connection portion between the first case member and the second case member. A fitting part is formed so that the outer peripheral part of an external connection part may be surrounded by the edge part of a 1st case member and a 2nd case member.
A welding groove is formed between the fitting portion and the external connection portion so as to continuously surround the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion in the circumferential direction.
The welding groove surrounding the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion is connected and continued at the boundary between the welding groove, the fitting portion, and the butting portion formed in the butting portion of the first case member and the second case member.
Thus, by filling the welding groove with the resin, a resin molded product in which the boundary portion between the first case member, the second case member, and the outer peripheral portion of the external connection portion is sealed with the welding portion is obtained.
If at least a part of the case is made of transparent resin, or is visible through the fixing recessed through hole of the case, the fixing state of the insert member can be easily confirmed visually or by image processing, and torque at the time of screw or bolt fastening Management becomes unnecessary.
Further, since no fastening member such as a screw is used, there is no fear of loosening due to creep.
In the resin molded product in which the insert member is fixed to the hollow portion in the present invention, the case and the insert member are securely fixed, and it is effective to be applied to transportation equipment and automobile parts with large vibration, and the hollow portion is sealed. Therefore, it has an excellent effect for fixing an electronic board or the like that is not suitable for dust and moisture.

FIG. 5 shows the closed state.
In this state, molten resin is injected from the molding machine nozzle 1a into the cavity portions 11e and 12e through the sprue runners 7a and 7b.
FIG. 6 shows a state in which the first case member 11 and the second case member 12 are simultaneously molded and opened by primary injection molding.
When the mold is opened, the insert member 30 is temporarily attached to the first case member 11 with a robot arm or the like.
The temporary attachment of the insert member 30 may be performed by positioning the insert member 30 on the case with a light locking force, and the method is not particularly limited. For example, there is a method of providing a positioning guide or protrusion on the case side. Conceivable.
Then, as shown in FIG. 7, when the insert member 30 is temporarily attached to the first case member 11, the second case member 12 is opposed to the first case member 11 by sliding the slide portion 3 b by driving the cylinder 5. Move to position.
The temporary attachment of the insert member 30 may be on either the first case member 11 or the second case member 12 and is not limited.
And as shown in FIG. 8, the 1st case member 11 and the 2nd case member 12 are faced | matched by mold closing.
FIG. 3 (a) is an enlarged view of the first and second case members 11 and 12 in FIG. 8, and the first and second case members are rotated in the vertical direction.
At this time, the opening edge 11b of the first case member-side fixing recess 11a is in close contact with the insert member first case member-side surface 31 around the fixing hole 33, and the opening edge 12b of the second case member-side fixing recess 12a. Closely contacts the insert member second case member side surface 32 around the fixing hole 33.
Since the second case member-side fixing recess 12a, the fixing hole 33, and the first case member-side fixing recess 11a communicate with each other, secondary injection molding is performed with a molten resin 51 as shown in FIG. Filled to form a fixing portion 20 including a first case member side fixing portion 21, an insert fixing portion connecting portion 22, and a second case member side fixing portion 23.
The fixing portion 20 is connected to the first case member 11 and the second case member 12 by welding, and since the diameters of the fixing portions 21 and 23 are larger than the diameter of the fixing hole 33, the fixing hole 33 portion of the insert member 30. Pinch.
On the other hand, the weld groove 16 between the weld groove forming walls 11d and 12d shown in FIG. 3 (a) has a weld portion 17 shown in FIG. 3 (b) and FIG. Mold.
As a result, the first case member 11 and the second case member 12 are fused.
FIG. 9 shows a state where the mold is opened and the resin molded product 10 is taken out by the ejector pins 6.

A method for confirming the fixed state of the insert member of the finished product will be described with reference to FIG.
The resin forming the fixing portion 20 is filled with resin so as to fill the outer opening portion 11c so that it can be visually confirmed from the outer opening portion 11c of the fixing concave portion 11a.
In this way, by forming the fixing portion 20 so that a part thereof is exposed to the outside of the case, the fixing state of the insert member 30 can be easily confirmed visually.
Alternatively, for example, when the first case member 11 or the second case member 12 is made of a transparent resin, and the fixing portion 20 is formed by filling the fixing hole 33 of the insert member 30 with a colored resin different from the case member, Even when viewed from an oblique direction, the fixed state can be visually confirmed.
