Description
超伝導部材とそれと接続する装置との間の大きな温度差、即ち、常温と低温との約200℃の温度差のゆえに、超伝導部材と装置との間に接続構造体を配置して、熱損失を最小化しながら、且つ、ケーブルが関係する高電圧等の電気的な制約に従い、温度を変化させる。この接続構造体は、電気ブッシングを備え、電気ブッシングは中央導体およびそれを囲む絶縁性シースによって形成され、超伝導ケーブルから常温の外部接続に電気を送る。この接続構造体は、所望の長さにわたって温度を変化させる必要があり、一方で、熱伝導による損失を低くして、ケーブルを冷却する低温液体が沸騰しないように、および/または、ケーブルの冷却に伴うコストの増加を避けなければならない。
好ましい態様において、中間エンクロージャに安全バルブが備えられ、常温のエンクロージャが電気絶縁性液体で少なくとも部分的に充填されている。常温エンクロージャの外壁は電気絶縁性の材料で作製されている。前記液体がオイルである。
常温でのエンクロージャは、オイルが充填される2つの接続バルブ59および60を備えており、バルブ58はポリエチレンのディップ管61に接続されてエンクロージャ内のオイルのレベルをモニタする。

Claims (10)
- 低温液体(31)によって冷却され、常温と低温液体の温度との間の中間温度のエンクロージャ(12、45)と、常温のエンクロージャ(10、39)とを順次通過し、常温のエンクロージャ内に突出する電気ブッシング(10、39)に接続される超伝導部材用の電気接続構造体であって、
前記中間エンクロージャ(12、45)が低熱伝導性の固体材料によって少なくとも部分的に充填される電気接続構造体。 - 前記材料がフォーム系である、請求項1に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記材料がセルラーガラスフォームまたはポリウレタンフォームである、請求項1または2に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記中間エンクロージャ(12、45)の側壁(18、34−35)は低温の壁で形成されている、請求項1から3の何れか1項に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記中間エンクロージャ(12、45)に安全バルブ(19、62)が備えられている、請求項1から4の何れか1項に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記常温のエンクロージャ(15、48)が電気絶縁性液体(54)で少なくとも部分的に充填され、前記エンクロージャの外壁は電気絶縁性の材料で作製されている、請求項1から5の何れか1項に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記液体(54)がオイルである、請求項6に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記電気ブッシング(10、39)は電気絶縁性のシース(41)によって囲まれた中央導体(41)からなっており、前記電気絶縁性のシースが前記低温液体(31)内に突き出すバルブ形の2つの端部の1つで終っている、請求項1から7の何れか1項に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記バルブ(42)は、前記バルブを前記中間エンクロージャに固定するためのシールされた締め付けフランジ(43)を備えている、請求項8に記載の電気接続構造体。
- 前記超伝導部材はケーブル(30)である、請求項1から9の何れか1項に記載の電気接続構造体。
