Claims (14)
- 熱交換機、特に親水性の表面コーティング(2;12)を有する熱交換機であって、
表面コーティング(2;12)が、酸化物を有する、あるいは酸化物からなるナノ粒子(3)、コーティングされたナノ粒子および/またはグラフトされたナノ粒子(13)を有しており、
ナノ粒子(3)、コーティングされたナノ粒子および/またはグラフトされたナノ粒子(13)が、有機結合剤を含む水性の分散内および/または有機結合剤を含む有機分散剤ないし溶剤ベースの分散内に含まれており、
ナノ粒子(3)が、1から1000nmの平均直径を有していることを特徴とする熱交換機。 - II−主属および/またはIII−主属の元素の酸化物および/またはゲルマニウム、スズ、鉛の酸化物および/または遷移金属の酸化物および/または亜鉛の酸化物および/またはセリウムの酸化物が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換機。
- 表面コーティング(12)が、ナノ粒子、コーティングされたナノ粒子および/または水酸化物および/または窒化物および/または炭化物を有する、あるいはそれからなるグラフトされたナノ粒子(13)を有していることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の熱交換機。
- 水酸化物、窒化物および炭化物が、III−主属および/またはIV−主属の元素から、および/または遷移金属から、および/またはセリウムからなることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の熱交換機。
- 遷移金属が、IV−および/またはV−副族に属し、あるいは亜鉛であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換機。
- 遷移金属が、IV−またはV−副族に属していることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の熱交換機。
- アルコキシ化合物において、加水分解可能なアルコキシ残基がアルキル残基および/またはアリル残基によって置換されており、あるいは
純粋なアルコキシ化合物と、一部アルキル残基および/またはアリル残基を含むアルコキシ化合物とからなる混合物が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の熱交換機。 - 表面コーティング(2;12)が、抗微生物作用する成分を有していることを特徴とする請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機。
- 特に親水性の表面コーティングで熱交換機をコーティングする方法であって、ナノ粒子(3)、コーティングされたナノ粒子および/またはグラフトされたナノ粒子(13)を含む表面コーティング(2;12)が請求項1から8のいずれか1項に従って塗布される、熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
- 表面コーティング(2;12)が、浸漬、注水および/またはスプレイによって塗布されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
- 前処理が、酸洗いまたはアルカリ洗いとそれに続く表面浄化および/または転換処理を用いて行われることを特徴とする請求項9から10のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
- 転換処理において、混合酸化物および/または混合フッ化物が生じることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
- 酸洗いまたはアルカリ洗いとそれに続く表面浄化および/または転換処理により前処理した後に、乾燥プロセスが行われることを特徴とする請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
- 表面コーティング(2;12)を設けるプロセスに、乾燥プロセスが続くことを特徴とする請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換機をコーティングする方法。
