Description
図1は、本発明の記録再生装置の一実施の形態のブロック図、図2は、図1の媒体欠陥検出による信頼度情報訂正の動作説明図、図3及び図4は、図1及び図2のスケーリング補正による信頼度情報の説明図である。図1は、磁気ディスク装置の反復復号方式の記録再生装置を示す。
次に、図1の欠陥検出器230の構成を説明する。図5は、図1の欠陥検出器230のブロック図である。
図6は、図1の欠陥補正復号器(SISO復号器)の第1の実施の形態のブロック図、図7は、図6の詳細ブロック図、図8は、図6の説明のための状態遷移図、図9は、図6の復号器のトレリス線図、図10は、図6のSOVA法の説明図である。
図11は、図1の欠陥補正復号器(SISO復号器)の第2の実施の形態のブロック図ある。図11において、図6で示したものと同一のものは、同一の記号で示してあり、SISO復号器234として、SOVA法を使用した復号器を示す。
図12は、図1の欠陥補正復号器(SISO復号器)の第3の実施の形態のブロック図ある。図12において、図6で示したものと同一のものは、同一の記号で示してあり、SISO復号器234として、SOVA法を使用した復号器を示す。
図13は、図1の欠陥補正復号器(SISO復号器)の第4の実施の形態のブロック図ある。図13において、図6で示したものと同一のものは、同一の記号で示してあり、SISO復号器234として、SOVA法を使用した復号器を示す。
次に、図1の欠陥検出器230の他の構成を説明する。図14は、図1の欠陥検出器230の他の実施の形態のブロック図である。
図15は、本発明の記録再生装置の他の実施の形態のブロック図であり、磁気ディスク装置の反復復号方式の記録再生装置を例に示す。図15において、図1で示したものと同一のものは、同一の記号で示してある。
前述の実施の形態の他に、欠陥補正復号器の第1の実施の形態と、第3の実施の形態とを組み合わせることもできる。又、磁気ディスク装置の記録再生装置の適用の例で説明したが、光ディスク装置、テープ装置等の他の媒体記憶装置にも適用できる。
(付記12)前記重み付け演算器は、前記軟入力信号を振幅中心値で折り返す処理を行う絶対値信号化部と、所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う移動平均演算部と、前記移動平均値を全絶対値信号の平均値により除算する規格化演算部と、前記規格化演算値が「1」以上の場合は「1」の、「1」を越えない場合には、前記規格化演算値を前記重み付け値として、生成する重み付け生成部とからなることを特徴とする付記11の再生装置。

Claims (8)
- 符号間干渉を持つチャネル再生信号を復号する軟入力軟出力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の出力に対して復号する軟入力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟入力信号の両側振幅変動を検出し、振幅低下に応じた重み付け値を出力する重み付け演算器とを有し、
前記重み付け値により前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟出力値を小さくするとともに、前記軟入力軟出力復号器と前記軟入力復号器との間で、信頼度情報の伝播により復号する復号器であって、
前記重み付け演算器は、
前記軟入力信号を振幅中心値で折り返す処理を行う絶対値信号化部と、
所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う移動平均演算部と、
前記移動平均値を全絶対値信号の平均値により除算する規格化演算部と、
前記規格化演算値が「1」以上の場合は「1」の、「1」を越えない場合には、前記規格化演算値を前記重み付け値として、生成する重み付け生成部とからなる
ことを特徴とする復号器。 - 前記重み付け生成部は、
前記規格化演算値が、しきい値T以下の場合には、「0」以上T未満の重み付け値を更に生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項1の復号器。 - 符号間干渉を持つチャネル再生信号を復号する軟入力軟出力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の出力に対して復号する軟入力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟入力信号の両側振幅変動を検出し、振幅低下に応じた重み付け値を出力する重み付け演算器とを有し、
前記重み付け値により前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟出力値を小さくするとともに、前記軟入力軟出力復号器と前記軟入力復号器との間で、信頼度情報の伝播により復号する復号器であって、
前記重み付け演算部は、
前記軟入力信号の振幅中心値を0とし、0以上の信号を上側信号、0未満の信号を下側信号として分離する分離部と、
前記上側信号を所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う上側信号移動平均演算部と、
前記下側信号を所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う下側信号移動平均演算部と、
前記上側移動平均値を、全上側信号の平均値により除算する上側規格化演算部と、
前記下側移動平均値を、全下側信号の平均値により除算する下側規格化演算部と、
前記上側及び下側規格化演算値を合成する合成演算部と、
前記合成演算値が「1」以上の場合は「1」の、「1」を越えない場合には、前記規格化演算値を前記重み付け値として、生成する重み付け生成部とからなる
ことを特徴とする復号器。 - 前記軟入力軟出力復号器は、
前記軟出力信号である信頼度情報に、前記重み付け演算部から出力された重み付け値をn乗(nは1以上)したn乗重み付け値を掛けた重み付け信頼度情報を生成する信頼度重み付け部を備えた
ことを特徴とする請求項1の復号器。 - 再生波形を等化し、符号間干渉を持つチャネル再生信号に等化する波形等化器と、
前記チャネル再生信号を復号する軟入力軟出力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の出力に対して復号する軟入力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟入力信号の両側振幅変動を検出し、振幅低下に応じた重み付け値を出力する重み付け演算器とを有し、
前記重み付け値により前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟出力値を小さくするとともに、前記軟入力軟出力復号器と前記軟入力復号器との間で、信頼度情報の伝播により復号する再生装置であって、
前記重み付け演算器は、
前記軟入力信号を振幅中心値で折り返す処理を行う絶対値信号化部と、所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う移動平均演算部と、
前記移動平均値を全絶対値信号の平均値により除算する規格化演算部と、
前記規格化演算値が「1」以上の場合は「1」の、「1」を越えない場合には、前記規格化演算値を前記重み付け値として、生成する重み付け生成部とからなる
ことを特徴とする再生装置。 - 前記重み付け生成部は、
前記規格化演算値が、しきい値T以下の場合には、「0」以上T未満の重み付け値を更に生成する
ことを特徴とする請求項5の再生装置。 - 再生波形を等化し、符号間干渉を持つチャネル再生信号に等化する波形等化器と、
前記チャネル再生信号を復号する軟入力軟出力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の出力に対して復号する軟入力復号器と、
前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟入力信号の両側振幅変動を検出し、振幅低下に応じた重み付け値を出力する重み付け演算器とを有し、
前記重み付け値により前記軟入力軟出力復号器の軟出力値を小さくするとともに、前記軟入力軟出力復号器と前記軟入力復号器との間で、信頼度情報の伝播により復号する再生装置であって、
前記重み付け演算部は、
前記軟入力信号の振幅中心値を0とし、0以上の信号を上側信号、0未満の信号を下側信号として分離する分離部と、
前記上側信号を所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う上側信号移動平均演算部と、
前記下側信号を所定の範囲の移動平均演算を行う下側信号移動平均演算部と、
前記上側移動平均値を、全上側信号の平均値により除算する上側規格化演算部と、
前記下側移動平均値を、全下側信号の平均値により除算する下側規格化演算部と、
前記上側及び下側規格化演算値を合成する合成演算部と、
前記合成演算値が「1」以上の場合は「1」の、「1」を越えない場合には、前記規格化演算値を前記重み付け値として、生成する重み付け生成部とからなる
ことを特徴とする再生装置。 - 前記軟入力軟出力復号器は、
前記軟入力信号と軟入力期待値とのユークリッド距離を元に信頼度情報を生成するブランチメトリック演算部と、
前記軟入力期待値に、前記重み付け演算部から出力した重み付け値を掛ける重み付け軟入力期待値演算部とを有する
ことを特徴とする請求項5の再生装置。
