Claims (4)
- 回転軸と、前記回転軸の少なくとも一部を取り囲むハウジングとを備え、前記回転軸と前記ハウジングとの間には、前記ハウジングに対して前記回転軸を非接触に軸支する静圧気体軸受が形成された静圧気体軸受スピンドル装置であって、
前記回転軸は、
円柱状のジャーナル軸受部と、
前記ジャーナル軸受部の端面に接合された円盤状のスラスト板部とを含み、
前記ジャーナル軸受部は、鉄系合金からなり、
前記スラスト板部は、軽合金からなり、
前記ジャーナル軸受部と、前記スラスト板部とは、摩擦圧接により一体に接合されており、
前記ジャーナル軸受部の外周面の一部は、前記静圧気体軸受を構成するジャーナル軸受面となっており、
前記ジャーナル軸受部において、前記ジャーナル軸受部と、前記スラスト板部とが接触している部分に隣接する部分の外径は、前記ジャーナル軸受部において、外周面が前記ジャーナル軸受面である部分の直径よりも小さい、静圧気体軸受スピンドル装置。 - 前記スラスト板部において、前記ジャーナル軸受部の端面に対向する面には、前記ジャーナル軸受部の端面に向けて突出する突出部が形成され、
前記突出部の頂面において、前記スラスト板部と前記ジャーナル軸受部の端面とは接合されている、請求項1に記載の静圧気体軸受スピンドル装置。 - 前記スラスト板部は、前記スラスト板部を厚み方向に貫通するスラスト板部貫通孔を有しており、
前記ジャーナル軸受部は、前記スラスト板貫通孔と連通するジャーナル軸受部連通孔を有している、請求項1または2に記載の静圧気体軸受スピンドル装置。 - 前記スラスト板部の外周面には、吹き付けられた気体を受け、前記スラスト板部を周方向に回転させるためのタービン羽根が形成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の静圧気体軸受スピンドル装置。
