Claims (9)
- 光を照射するための複数のランプを含むランプアレイと、
前記ランプアレイを収納するカバーボトムと、
前記ランプアレイの上部に配置されて、前記複数のランプから照射される光を拡散させる拡散板と、
前記拡散板の上部に配置されて、前記拡散板を経由して入射される光の進行方向を前記拡散板に垂直になるように変換する光学フィルムと、
前記カバーボトムと前記ランプアレイの間に配置されて、前記複数のランプそれぞれに対向するように形成された複数の抵抗体を含み、
前記複数の抵抗体は、前記複数のランプから照射される光を前記拡散板の方へ反射させる反射フィルム内に形成され、
前記複数の抵抗体は前記反射フィルム内で前記ランプアレイの配列方向に関し部分的に配置されることを特徴とする液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。 - 前記抵抗体の体積抵抗率は、1010Ωm〜1019Ωmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記抵抗体の幅(B)と前記複数のランプそれぞれの間隔(A)との比(B/A)は、0.3以上1未満であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記抵抗体の厚さ(C)と前記反射フィルムの厚さ(D)との比(C/D)は、0.05〜0.5であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記抵抗体は、メラミン、フェノール、アセタール共重合体、アクリル、エポキシ樹脂、ポリスチレン、スチレン−アクリロニトリル、アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン、ポリカーボネート、ポリ塩化ビニル、ナイロン、6,6−ナイロン、アセタール−ホモポリマー、ポリエチレン、熱可塑性ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、ポリ酸化フェニレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、フルオロ−エチレン−プロピレンのうち何れか少なくとも1つからなることを特徴とする請求項2記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記複数のランプは、冷陰極管または外部電極蛍光ランプであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記複数のランプは、冷陰極管と発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記複数のランプは、外部電極蛍光ランプと発光ダイオードであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
- 前記抵抗体は前記ランプと最短距離で対向することを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示装置用バックライトユニット。
