Description

The present invention relates to an electronic component transport tray used for transporting an electronic component having a plurality of lead terminals, and more particularly to an electronic component transport tray that prevents rotation of the terminal of the electronic component during transport and electric shock when the component is taken out. It is about.

Conventionally, a tray for transporting electronic components having a plurality of lead terminals has a shape that matches the product shape as shown in FIG. 9, and prevents damage due to terminal deformation and contact between components ( For example, see Patent Document 1).

Further, even if an electronic component such as an electrolytic capacitor is discharged once, residual charges may be accumulated to generate a regenerative voltage. For this reason, when an operator touches between terminals when taking out a product from a storage case such as a tray for transporting electronic components, the residual charges are discharged and an electric shock is caused, or other components are damaged. In particular, an electric shock from a person may cause a serious safety problem.
Therefore, in general, a transport tray for electronic components having a plurality of lead terminals is provided with a conductive layer as a countermeasure against discharge of accumulated charges, and the terminals are discharged (for example, see Patent Documents 2 and 3).
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the other electronic component transport tray uses the first and second trays, the insertion pocket for placing the component main body, and the first and second supports for supporting the lead wires. 11 and a lead insertion portion, and when taking out a component, as shown in FIG. 11, the first tray is removed upside down (see, for example, Patent Document 4). .
JP-A-11-263387 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 7-240352 Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-20095 JP 2005-138873 A

However, the methods of Patent Documents 1 and 3 have a problem that electronic components having a complicated terminal shape such as an L shape cannot be accommodated.
Further, in the method of Patent Document 2, it is difficult to take measures against discharge depending on the shape and packaging form of the extraction terminal. Further, in an electronic component having a plurality of extraction terminals, the electronic component is affected by vibration or impact during transportation. Therefore, there is a problem that the terminal is bent due to contact between the terminal and the electronic component carrying tray or contact between the electronic components.
Furthermore, the method of Patent Document 4 requires the use of two trays and the height of the lead insertion portion, which increases the overall height of the electronic component transport tray.
Due to the problems described above, even electronic parts having complicated terminal shapes such as L-shapes can be stored, the height is low, and movement such as rotation of electronic parts due to vibration or impact during transportation is suppressed. Therefore, there is a need for a tray for transporting electronic components that has a structure for preventing the discharge and that has taken measures against electric discharge.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-described problem, and stores a main body storage portion that stores a main body of an electronic component having a plurality of lead terminals in a horizontal position, and a terminal that is drawn out of the electronic component main body and processed in an L shape. and a terminal accommodating portion, and have a projection to prevent rotation of the pin, the shape of the projections, is an electronic component carrying tray which is a columnar like quadrangular prism, a triangular prism or a cylinder.

Furthermore, the electronic component carrying tray is characterized in that a conductive sheet is provided on the side surface of the terminal storage portion to bring the terminals into a conductive state.

The electronic component transport tray of the present invention includes a terminal storage portion that stores an L-shaped and complicatedly processed lead terminal in a lateral direction in an electronic component having a plurality of lead terminals, and the electronic component transport tray. By providing a protrusion for preventing terminal rotation in the terminal accommodating portion, the rotational movement of the product due to vibration or impact during transportation is prevented, and the terminal can always be maintained in the same direction. Therefore, when the electronic component carrying tray is packed, the operator does not need to correct the upward direction of the terminal due to the rotation of the product, so that the work efficiency is improved.
Furthermore, it is possible to prevent electric shock by constructing a conductive part formed by applying a conductive material to the surface that contacts the terminal, bringing the terminal into contact with the conductive part, and short-circuiting the product, and the product during transportation. Vibration and shock applied to the can be reduced.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[Example 1]
1 is a plan view showing a state where an electrolytic capacitor as an electronic component is housed in the electronic component carrying tray of the embodiment, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA ′ of FIG. 1, and FIG. It is sectional drawing by the BB 'line | wire.
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, between the terminals, a main body storage portion for horizontally storing the main body of the electronic component having a plurality of lead terminals, and a terminal storage portion for storing the terminals drawn out from the main body and processed into an L shape In the electronic component carrying tray provided with a conductive sheet for conducting discharge between the projections having a quadrangular prism shape for preventing rotation and the side surface portion of the tray in contact with the above-mentioned lead terminals and discharging them. Thirty electronic parts having character-shaped lead terminals were accommodated.

[Example 2]
As shown in FIG. 4, the same method as in Example 1 was used except that the shape of the protrusion was a triangular prism.

[Example 3]
As shown in FIG. 5, the method was the same as in Example 1 except that the shape of the protrusion was a cylinder.

(Conventional example)
The method was the same as in Example 1 except that no protrusion was provided.

About the electronic component conveyance tray of the said Examples 1-3 and a prior art example, the terminal rotation incidence after product conveyance and the terminal bending incidence were investigated. The results are shown in Table 1.

Figure 0004641487

As is clear from Table 1, Examples 1 to 3 are improved in that there is no terminal rotation occurrence rate and terminal bending occurrence rate after conveyance, as compared with the conventional example, even if the protrusions have different shapes. The effect was seen.
Further, by disposing the conductive sheet on the surface in contact with the terminals, it is possible to short-circuit between the terminals and discharge the residual charges, so that the regenerated voltage can be eliminated.

In the embodiment, the shape of the protrusion is a quadrangular prism, a triangular prism, or a cylinder. However, the same effect can be obtained even if the projection is a polygonal prism.

Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 8, the protrusions that are quadrangular prisms in the embodiment can be easily put in and out of the electronic components by being inclined, and the same effects as the present application can be obtained.
