Description

発明の詳細な説明
本発明は、加入者設備の多様な装置の、前記装置が並列に接続され、それを用いて前記装置のそれぞれが、うまく通信線の占有動作を実行した後に順に通信可能にする手段が存在する全く同一の通信線に対する、アクセスを制御することを可能にするように設計された方法と構成に関するものである。この方法とこの構成は、設備の通信線への装置のアクセスに関して、優先度のレベルが提供される設備に適用可能である。
本発明はまた、前述に見られるような構成に関して、共有電話線に対する装置のアクセスを制御することと、結果として本発明による方法の実施を可能にすることとをそれぞれが備えられている通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスに関するものである。
非常に多様な装置が電話線によって通信可能なように設計されており、このことは、全く同一の電話線がそれに接続される多様な装置によって利用される、私的な設備の数の相当な増加をもたらす。多様な装置によって確立される通信は同じ緊急度及び/又は同じ重要度を必ずしも有していないため、いくつかの装置による全く同一の通信線の前記の共有された利用は、実際に特定の数の利用のルールを考えることを必要とする。
設備において通信線に接続された装置による通信線の占有は、従来はこの装置のハンドセットのオフフックを上げることを、後者がそれを有している場合に検出することによって、又は同じ目的に向けられた他の動作、例えば装置のキーパッドの特定のボタンを押すことによって、実行される。装置のための通信線の占有の前記の動作は、一般的に、装置が通信線に接続するインタフェースのレベルで、通信線のワイヤの間で電気的継続の確立を導く閉ループを引き起こす。
異なる装置を用いて異なる目的に同時に通信線を利用することを、この同時の利用が提供されない場合に回避するように協力し、装置及び/又はユーザの間で優先度を固定することが、設備において全く同一の通信線に接続される装置のユーザにとって、時には可能である。しかし、そのような計画は、装置の通信線の最終的な取り組み、又は1つの装置による他に既に利用されている通信線への介入の試みに関する障害のリスクを排除することを可能にしない。
前記のリスクを考慮に入れるために、特定の装置及び特に自動的な通信線占有機能を有する装置は、接続されている電話線の特定の電気的特徴が監視され得る目的の個々の検出器が備えられる。通信線のレベルで監視される特徴が監視の結果を変造する可能性のあるランダムな変形の対象になる場合がある限り、前記の監視と、特に通信線の電流、電圧及び/又はエコーに関するものは、悪化し得る。
更に、前述に考えられたようなユーザ間の協力は、設備内で装置が地理的に分散している場合は特に、必ずしも実用的とは限らず、必ずしも望ましい解決法を構成するとは限らない。
全く同一の電話線の利用を共有する設備の装置の間で確立される通信線へのアクセスに関して、階層の手段がしばしば存在する。このことは、従来は、電話線又は電話線群に設備の装置を連結することを制御する中央ユニットを有する設備において行われる。しかし、前記の解決法は、中央ユニットが備えられていない設備に、特に通信線に装置を連結することが要求に応じて装置毎に実行され、新しい装置の導入とともに発展し得る設備に、直接置換可能ではない。そこで、アクセス管理に関する信頼性が、この設備において依然として必須である。
従って、本発明は、設備の多様な装置の全く同一の通信線へのアクセスを制御することを可能にする方法と、構成と、通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスとを提案し、前記通信線は、電話ネットワークへの設備の取り付けにおける役目を果たし、前記装置は、通信線占有動作をうまく実行した後に通信するように、前記通信線に並列に接続される。前記方法と、前記構成と、前記デバイスは、通信線への装置のアクセスに関して、優先度のレベルを提供する。
本発明による方法の特徴によると、
−通信線占有動作を実行する装置の要求により、要求する装置に割り当てられた優先度のレベルを表すオフフック信号を、このレベルが設備の少なくとも1つの他の装置のレベルより高い場合に、設備の他の装置に送り出し、更に高い優先度のレベルを表す他のオフフック信号が設備の他の装置によって送り出されていない場合に、通信線占有動作の時と、それから続く通信線への装置の接続の持続時間の間に、この信号が送り出されることと、
−前記設備でそれより高い優先度のレベルを割り当てられた装置を表すオフフック信号を受信する前記設備の何らかの装置について、通信線を切断すること、又は、切断された状態で通信線を維持することと
が提供される。
本発明によると、使用を共有する通信線に設備の装置を接続するケーブルを経由して、設備の優先度のある装置のオフフック信号を送信する手段もまた行われ、前記信号は、前記ケーブルによって送信可能な周波数帯内と、通信線を経由して外側の設備の装置の通信に利用される周波数帯又は帯域群の外側とで送り出される。
本発明による構成の特徴によると、通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、アクセス制御の目的のために設備の各装置に関連付けられ、前記デバイスは、それが関連付けられ、それが通信線への接続を保証する装置に割り当てられた優先度のレベルの機能として構成される。
設備で最高の優先度が割り当てられた装置のインタフェースデバイスは、最高の優先度を表すオフフック信号を送り出すことが可能なように、通信線に接続された送出手段と、通信線を介して占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、装置によって実行された通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、前記検出手段と前記送出手段に関連付けられ、関連付けられた装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットする管理ロジックとを有する。
優先度のない装置のインタフェースデバイスは、設備で作られたオフフック信号を受け取るように、通信線に接続された受信手段と、通信線に装置を接続することを可能にする切り替え手段と、オフフック信号が受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、通信線から装置が切断されるように、前記切り替え手段を制御するように、前記受信手段と前記切り替え手段に関連付けられた管理ロジックとを有する。
中間の優先度が割り当てられた装置に提供される通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、
−設備で作られたオフフック信号を受け取るように、通信線に接続された受信手段と、
−割り当てられた中間の優先度を備えた装置を接続し、切断し、及び通信線から切断され続けることを可能にする切り替え手段と、
−装置に割り当てられた中間の優先度のレベルを表すオフフック信号を送り出すことができるように、通信線に接続された送出手段と、
−通信線を介して占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、装置によって実行された通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、
−一方で、設備で更に高い優先度のレベルが割り当てられた他の装置を表すオフフック信号が受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、通信線から装置が切断されるように、前記切り替え手段を制御するように、前記受信手段と前記切り替え手段に関連付けられ、他方で、前記検出手段と前記送出手段に関連付けられ、前記切り替え手段がこの通信線への装置の接続を保証した場合に、通信線を介して中間の優先度を備えた装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットする管理ロジックと
を有する。
通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、前述に記載された構成について、それに指示された特徴を基本的に示す。
以下に述べられる図面とともに以下の説明において、本発明とその特徴とその利点が記載される。
一例として図1に描かれる電話設備1は、設備を電話ネットワーク3、例えば公衆交換回線網に接続する電話線2によって取り扱われることを仮定する。このため、設備は、4A、4B、...、4Gのような多様な装置を有し、それらは通信のために通信線を利用可能であり、それ故に例えばケーブル2’を接続することによって前記通信線2に接続され、前記ケーブルを通じて通信線が設備に分配される。
通信のために通信線を順に占有可能な手段が各装置に存在し、簡易化のため、ここでは2つの異なる通信のために通信線を同時に利用する手段が存在しないことを仮定する。周知の通り、特定の場合に適切なハードウェアでそのような同時利用が可能であり、それ故に、本発明による通信線へのアクセスを制御する方法は、この場合について場合によって適用され得る。
ここで、例えば多様な装置によってそれぞれ確立された通信の性質、緊急度又は重要度の関数として、通信線への装置のアクセスに関する優先度のレベルについて提供が行われることを仮定する。提示された例において、例えば、装置4Aは、他の電話線にネットワーク3を経由して接続された他のコンピュータと、通信線2を経由して通信することを可能にする内部モデムを備えたコンピュータであると考えられる。装置4Bは、例えばコンピュータ4Aと同様に、電話線2を経由してコンピュータ5が通信可能にするようにコンピュータ5に外部に関連付けられたモデムである。装置4Cは、例えばネットワーク3を通じて遠隔のファクシミリ機と通信するために通信線2を用いるファクシミリ機であり、そのような装置は、例えば第1の呼出しの時に通信線が使用中であったファクシミリ機に電話をかけ直す自動通信線占有機能を通常有する。装置4Dは、例えばモデムを組み込んだテレビであり、それを経由して、遠隔の支払いと制御の目的で、通信線2を経由してネットワーク3のサービスプロバイダの装置に接続され得る。装置4Eは、例えばモデムを組み込んだTVデコーダのような機能的筐体であり、テレビ6に関連付けられ、前述のようにそれを通じて通信線2とネットワーク3を介して、サービスプロバイダの装置とコマンドで又は自動的に通信が確立され得る。装置4Fと4Gは、例えば電話セットであり、一方は補助的であり他方は主である。
本発明によると、各装置に7Aのような通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスを関連付ける手段もまた存在し、2のような通信線への4Aのような装置のアクセスの制御を保証する。多様な装置に関連付けられたインタフェースデバイスの集合は、加入者の要求と要望の関数として、設備の装置にそれぞれ割り当てられた優先度のレベルを考慮に入れて、通信線への装置のアクセスの制御を可能にする構成を構成する。
例えば、装置の設備が、要求に応じて、未使用であっても、既に他の装置によって占有されていても、前記他の装置を切断することによって、いつ何時でも通信線を占有することを可能にするように、最高の優先度のレベルが提供される。その後、設備の他の装置によって中断されるように実行される占有を可能にしない手段が存在する。このような高い優先度のレベルは、特に緊急時に通信線2を占有可能なように、例えば図1の装置4Gによって表されるような主の電話セットに割り当てられる。
更に高い優先度のレベルを有する装置が既に通信線上にない場合にのみ、通信線の占有が許可され、優先度のレベルが更に高い装置によって、通信線を保持することが場合によって中断され得る装置について、優先度のないレベルも考えられる。優先度のない装置は、例えば図1の装置4Eによって表されるモデムを備えたテレビコーダのような、自動の通信線占有を有する装置である。
同じ又は更に高い優先度のレベルの装置が通信線上にない場合にのみ、通信線の占有が許可され、通信線を保持することが更に高い優先度のレベルが割り当てられた装置によって中断され得る装置について、1つ以上の中間の優先度のレベルも考えられる。そのような中間の優先度を備えた装置は、例えば4Fのような補助的な電話セットや、4Cのようなファクシミリ機や、4Aのようなコンピュータや、4Bのようなモデム等である。
本発明によると、2のような電話線に接続された設備における前記優先度の管理は、装置4Aから4Gのための通信線/装置インタフェースデバイス7Aから7Gのような、設備の装置にそれぞれ関連付けられたアクセス制御デバイスによって形成されたアクセス制御構成によって保証される。従って、このように備えられた設備は、それを取り扱う電話線へのアクセスを制御する構成を有し、複数の分散化されたデバイスによって構成されることを特徴とする。
図1に示す例において、デバイス7Aから7Gは、一方は電話線2に、他方は装置に接続されるように設計された独立の筐体の形式で具体化されると仮定される。設備の電話線への接続は、ここでは従来の方法で電話線2を設備に伸ばすケーブル2’を経由して、多様な装置がそれに接続されることを可能にするように、完成されていると仮定される。既知の通り、前記のケーブルへの装置の接続は、プラグインの接続手段を経由して一般に実行され、ソケットのケーブルの端点は、装置が並列に接続されるプラグを受け入れるように設計される。1つの実施例において、通信線/装置インタフェースデバイス7Aから7Gを構成する筐体が、ケーブルのソケットに差し込まれ、装置に属するプラグを受け入れるようにそれぞれ意図された筐体である手段が存在する。既知の通り、前記のプラグは、取り扱う装置に接続されたコードの終端に取り付けられる場合があり、それはまた、装置の一部に組み込まれ、又はそれを形成する場合もある。当然に他の形式の実施例も考えられ、デバイスの筐体は、例えば、特に取り扱う装置に不可欠である場合に、個々のコードによってケーブルのソケットに接続される場合がある。
実際的な観点から、各通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスが、その動作に必要な少なくとも一部のエネルギーを電話線から取得可能な手段もまた存在する。しかし、デバイスに必要なエネルギーの少なくとも一部は、有利には補助的な供給によって提供され得る。このエネルギーは、この装置のレベルでそのような機能が提供されている場合に、デバイスが割り当てられる装置によって提供され得る。それはまた、デバイスの筐体に含まれる電池若しくはセルによって、又は設備のレベルで存在するエネルギーの供給源若しくは分配にデバイスを接続することによって提供され得る。
本発明によると、2のような電話線への設備の装置のアクセスの制御は、前記装置が通信線占有動作を実行する場合に、装置に割り当てられた通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスによるオフフック信号の送出を提供する。この送出は、設備の少なくとも1つの他の装置より高い優先度のレベルを有する何らかの装置に関して、それ故に、最高の優先度又は中間の優先度のいずれかが割り当てられる装置によって提供され、前記装置は設備の優先度のない装置より高い優先度を全て有する。同じ又は更に高いレベルの特徴を示す他のオフフック信号が設備の他の装置の開始で送出されない場合に、通信線占有動作を実行する時と、それから続く通信線への前記装置の接続の持続時間の間に、装置によって前記の送出が実行される。
本発明によると、設備で更に高い優先度のレベルを割り当てられた端末によって送り出されたことを特徴が示すオフフック信号を受信する設備の何らかの装置について、通信線からの切断のための、又は通信線を切断された状態に保つための切断手段が存在する。指定の優先度のレベルの特徴を示すオフフック信号の受信のための手段が更に行われる場合があり、前記優先度のレベルは、それを受信する装置に割り当てられたものに対応し、後者による占有動作の処理を回避し、前記通信線が同じ優先度のレベルの装置のために予約された状態にあり、その後に接続される。
ここで、設備の優先度のある装置のオフフック信号の送信は、共有している電話線2に設備の装置を接続するケーブル2’を経由して実行されると仮定される。前記信号は、例えばこのケーブルを経由して送信可能な周波数帯で、例えば200kHzを超えて送り出される。それらはまた、通信線2を経由した設備の外部の通信であり、電話ネットワーク3の装置によって利用される帯域又は帯域群の外に位置するべきである。前記信号によって使用される帯域は、好ましくは、通信線2によって可能にされ得る何らかのADSL、VDSL又はHPNAモードの送信を妨害することを回避するように、できるだけ狭くするべきである。従って、通信線がADSLモードで利用されるように設計される場合は、オフフック信号に使用される帯域は、例えば140kHzを超え、前記周波数はADSLの上流チャネルと下流チャネルの間の中心の周波数に対応する。最高のDMTの搬送波の1.1MHzの周波数より少し高い周波数の使用を提供することもまた可能である。
例示的な実施例によると、1.2MHzの周波数が、オフフック信号の搬送波に提供され、前記装置がうまく通信線占有動作を実行したときに、又は通信との関連で通信線に接続されたときに、優先度のレベルに応じて異なって変調される。一例として、1Hzの搬送波で変調することが、最高の優先度を有する端末又は端末群によって利用される可能性があり、0.5Hzの搬送波で変調することが、中間の優先度の端末で利用される可能性があり、ここでは、単一の中間の優先度のレベルが考えられると仮定される。通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスのレベルで、0.5Hzの変調より高い合成的な変調周波数の生成のために、異なる優先度のレベルを有する2つの端末によって試みられた同時の出を検出することが可能である。
前記に示された通り、本発明によるアクセス制御構成は、装置によって選択された優先度の関数として、設備の装置にそれぞれ割り当てられた通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスによって形成された集合物によって構成される。前記多様なデバイスは、連結のために割り当てられた装置に関して、通信線へのアクセスの制御をそれぞれが保証することを可能にする。
図2は、設備において最高の優先度が割り当てられた装置の電話線へのアクセスの制御のためのデバイスの説明図を描いたものである。
このデバイスは、図1の7Gに参照されるデバイスに対応し、設備のケーブル2’を経由して、電話線2の線に接続されると仮定される。次に、設備で最高の優先度が割り当てられた4Gのような装置の通信線2に接続することを保証するように設計される。前述のオフフック信号を設備の他の装置の通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスに送り出すことを可能にするように、デバイス7Gに送出装置8が提供され、それ故に、それは、このために前述で考えられた条件のもとに、デバイス7Gが接続されたケーブル2’の線を経由して通信線2に接続される。前記送出装置は、装置4Gから発する通信線占有要求の関数として、送出モードにおいて管理ロジック9により制御され、前記要求は、検出装置10を経由して合図される。検出装置10は、例えば、装置の通信線のループの接触(図示なし)の閉じることを引き起こす電流の通過を検出するように、装置4Gの2つの対応する線に電話線2の2つの線を連結するケーブル2’の2つの線のうちの1つに挿入されたループ電流検出装置である。通常は、この閉じることは、装置が有するハンドセットのオフフックを上げる際に、装置の制御キーパッドが有する通信線占有ボタンを押す際に、又は、装置の制御ロジックからのコマンドの際に生じる。それは、電話ネットワーク3のレベルに位置する通信線2の終端で検出され、装置が通信線を通じて遠隔の装置と通信するようにセットされることを可能にする。供給回路11はデバイスのレベルで供給され、ここではケーブル2’を経由して通信線2に接続されるように示され、前述で考えられたとおり、それは他のエネルギー源に接続される場合もあることがわかる。
図3は、優先度が設備において割り当てられない装置の電話線へのアクセスの制御のためのデバイスの説明図を描いたものである。
通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、図1の7Eに参照されるデバイスに対応し、設備のケーブル2’を経由して、電話線2の線に接続されると仮定される。4Eのような設備で優先度のない装置の通信線2への接続を保証するように設計される。装置4Eから発する通信線占有要求を検出するデバイスで検出装置10’が提供される。この検出装置は、高い優先度の装置のためのデバイス7Gで提供されたものと同じ方法で具体化され、組み込まれ得る。設備においてそれぞれ優先度が割り当てられた装置によって送り出され得るオフフック信号を受け取るため、デバイス7Eに受信装置12’が提供され、前記オフフック信号は前記に考えられたように仮定される。従って、前記受信装置は、通信線2の線に接続された装置4Eを経由してケーブルの線2’に接続される。受信装置12’によるオフフック信号の受け取りは、装置4Eを通信線から切断し、信号が受け取られる限り切断し続けるスイッチ13’を制御することに責任がある管理ロジック9’に対して後者によって合図される。ここで、このスイッチは、装置に通信線を接続する線のうちの1つのレベルで動作する。
供給回路11’は、7Eのような通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスを完全にし、ここでは、デバイス7Gに提供されたものと同じ形式のものであると仮定される。
図4は、設備で中間の優先度が割り当てられた装置の電話線へのアクセスの制御のためのデバイスの説明図を描いたものである。
この通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、図1の7Fに参照されるデバイスに対応する。設備で中間の優先度を割り当てられた4Fのような装置の接続を保証するように、設備のケーブル2”を経由して、電話線2の線に接続されると仮定される。
前記のデバイス7Fは、優先度のない装置と高い優先度の装置についてそれぞれ提供される通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスに特徴付けられる多様な要素と結合する。従って、それは、
−デバイスによって取り扱われる装置、すなわちここでは4Fに割り当てられた優先度のレベルの特徴を示すオフフック信号を、送り出すことを可能にする送出装置8”と、
−装置4Fの通信線占有要求を検出することを可能にする検出装置10”と、
−ケーブル2’を通じて、少なくとも同じ優先度を有する設備の他の装置によって送り出されたオフフック信号を受け取ることを可能にする受信装置12”と、
−−一方で、受信されたオフフック信号が、装置4Fに割り当てられたものと少なくとも同じ及び更に特に大きい優先度のレベルを有する装置の特徴を表す場合に、受信装置12’によって配信されたオフフック信号の受け取りの特徴を表す信号と、
−−他方で、装置4Gに関して述べられた条件に対応する条件のもとで、装置4Fから発する要求の検出により、検出装置10”によって配信された通信線占有要求の指示と
−を受信する管理ロジック9”と、
−管理ロジックにより制御され、通信線から装置を接続し、切断することを可能にする切り替え機能13”と
を有する。
切り替え機能13”は、好ましくは、オフフック信号が受信されないときに、装置4Eに関する切り替え機能13’のように、通信線の線2と対応する装置4Fの線との間のリンクを維持するように設計され
装置4Fが通信しているときに、装置4Fに割り当てられたものより高い優先度のレベルを有する装置の特徴を表すオフフック信号が受信されたときに、装置4Fを切断するように、管理ロジック9”は切り替え機能13”の作用をする。それはまた、同じ優先度のレベル又は更に高い優先度のレベルを有する装置から発するオフフック信号が受信されたときに、装置4Fによる通信線占有を回避するように設計される。
中間の優先度のレベルを割り当てられた装置に提供されるものと同様の、通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、設備が更に高い優先度を割り当てられたいくつかの装置を有する場合に提供され得る。このデバイスは、図4に関連して説明されたデバイスと同じ方法で構成され得る。それは、同じ高い優先度を有する装置によって送り出されたことを特徴が示すオフフック信号が受信される限り、割り当てられた高い優先度の装置が通信線から切断され続けるような、デバイスの切り替え手段を制御するように構成された管理ロジックを有する。前記管理ロジックはまた、切り替え手段が装置の接続を保証する場合、装置から発する通信線占有要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、通信線を介してデバイスの送出手段の作動を制御するように構成される。

Claims (7)

  1. 設備の様々な優先度のレベルの装置の同一の通信線へのアクセスを制御する方法であって、
    前記装置は、通信線占有動作の実行が成功した後に通信するように、前記通信線に並列に接続され、
    −通信線占有動作を実行する装置の要求により、前記要求する装置に割り当てられた優先度のレベルを表すオフフック信号を、前記レベルが前記設備の少なくとも1つの他の装置のレベルより高い場合に、前記設備の他の装置に対して送り出し、前記要求する装置に割り当てられた前記優先度のレベルより高い優先度のレベルを表す他のオフフック信号が前記設備の他の装置によって送り出されていない場合に、前記通信線占有動作の時と、それから続く前記通信線への前記装置の接続の持続時間の間に、前記信号が送り出されることと、
    −前記装置のいずれかの優先度のレベルより高い優先度のレベルが割り当てられた装置を表すオフフック信号を受信する前記設備の前記装置のいずれかについて、通信線を切断すること、又は、切断された状態で通信線を維持することと
    を有することを特徴とする方法。
  2. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
    使用を共有する通信線に前記設備の装置を接続するケーブルを経由して、設備の優先度のある装置のオフフック信号を送信し、
    前記信号は、前記通信線の外側で前記設備の装置の通信に利用される周波数帯の外側で送り出される方法。
  3. 請求項1に記載の方法であって、
    前記オフフック信号の搬送波は、優先度のレベルに応じて異なって変調されることを特徴とする方法。
  4. 設備の様々な優先度のレベルの装置の同一の通信線へのアクセスの制御を可能にするために提供される構成であって、
    前記装置は、通信線占有動作の実行が成功した後に通信するように、前記通信線に並列に接続され、
    前記構成は、アクセス制御の目的のために前記設備の各装置に関連付けられた通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスを有し、
    前記通信線/装置インタフェースデバイスは、前記装置に割り当てられた優先度のレベルの関数として構成され、
    −前記設備で最高の優先度が割り当てられた装置のインタフェースデバイスは、
    最高の優先度を表すオフフック信号を送り出すように、前記通信線に接続された送出手段と、
    前記通信線を介して前記占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、前記装置によって実行された通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、
    前記検出手段及び前記送出手段に接続され、関連付けられた装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記オフフック信号を送り出すために、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットする管理ロジックと
    を有し、
    −優先度のない装置のインタフェースデバイスは、
    前記設備で最高の優先度の装置及び中間の優先度の装置により作られたオフフック信号を受け取るように、前記通信線に接続された受信手段と、
    前記通信線に前記装置を接続する切り替え手段と、
    前記受信手段及び前記切り替え手段に接続され、オフフック信号が受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から装置が切断されるように、前記切り替え手段を制御する管理ロジックと
    を有し、
    中間の優先度の装置のインタフェースデバイスは、
    −前記設備で作られた前記オフフック信号を受け取るように、前記通信線に接続された受信手段と、
    −割り当てられた中間の優先度を備えた前記装置を接続する、切断する、又は前記通信線から切断し続ける切り替え手段と、
    −前記装置に割り当てられた前記中間の優先度のレベルを表すオフフック信号を送り出すことができるように、前記通信線に接続された送出手段と、
    −前記通信線を介して前記占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、前記装置によって実行された前記通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、
    −一方で、前記受信手段及び前記切り替え手段に接続され、前記設備で前記装置の優先度のレベルより高い優先度のレベルが割り当てられた他の装置を表すオフフック信号が受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から前記装置が切断されるように、前記切り替え手段を制御する管理ロジックであり、他方で、前記検出手段及び前記送出手段に接続され、前記通信線を介して中間の優先度を備えた前記装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記オフフック信号を送り出すために、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットし、前記切り替え手段が前記通信線への前記装置の接続を可能にする管理ロジックと
    を有することを特徴とする構成。
  5. 設備の最高の優先度の装置の通信線へのアクセスを制御するデバイスであって、
    複数の装置が同一の通信線に接続され、
    前記通信線を経由して前記複数の装置のそれぞれが通信可能であり、
    前記通信線への前記装置のアクセスに関して優先度のレベルが提供され、
    最高の優先度を表すオフフック信号を送り出すことが可能なように、前記通信線に接続された送出手段と、
    前記通信線を介して前記占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、前記装置によって実行された通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、
    前記検出手段に接続され、関連付けられた装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記オフフック信号を送り出すために、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットする管理ロジックと
    を有し、
    前記最高の優先度の装置より低い優先度のレベルを備えた前記複数の装置のいずれかと、優先度のない装置である前記複数の装置のいずれかは、前記送り出されたオフフック信号が前記複数の装置のいずれかにより受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から切断する、又は切断状態に前記通信線を保持することを特徴とするデバイス。
  6. 設備の中間の優先度を備えた装置の通信線へのアクセスを制御するデバイスであって、
    複数の装置が同一の通信線に接続され、
    前記通信線を経由して前記複数の装置のそれぞれが通信可能であり、
    前記通信線への前記装置のアクセスに関して優先度のレベルが提供され、
    −優先度のレベルが割り当てられた、同じ設備の装置によって作られたオフフック信号を受け取るように、前記通信線に接続された受信手段と、
    −割り当てられた中間の優先度を備えた装置を接続する、切断する、又は前記通信線から切断し続ける切り替え手段と、
    −前記装置に割り当てられた前記中間の優先度のレベルを表すオフフック信号を送り出すように、前記通信線に接続された送出手段と、
    −前記通信線を介して前記占有の要求からそれから続く通信の終わりまで、前記装置によって実行された前記通信線占有の処理を監視する検出手段と、
    −一方で、前記受信手段及び前記切り替え手段に接続され、前記設備で前記装置の優先度のレベルより高い優先度のレベルが割り当てられた他の装置を表すオフフック信号が受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から前記装置が切断されるように、前記切り替え手段を制御する管理ロジックであり、他方で、前記検出手段及び前記送出手段に接続され、前記通信線を介して中間の優先度を備えた装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記オフフック信号を送り出すために、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットし、前記切り替え手段が前記通信線への前記装置の接続を可能にする管理ロジックと
    を有し、
    前記複数の装置のうちいずれかの優先度のない装置は、前記送り出されたオフフック信号が前記いずれかの優先度のない装置により受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から切断する、又は切断状態に前記通信線を保持することを特徴とするデバイス。
  7. 設備の最高の優先度の装置の通信線へのアクセスを制御するデバイスであって、
    複数の装置が同一の通信線に接続され、
    前記通信線を経由して前記複数の装置のそれぞれが通信可能であり、
    前記通信線への前記装置のアクセスに関して優先度のレベルが提供され、
    一方で、受信手段及び切り替え手段に接続され、最高の優先度の装置と同じ優先度を有する装置を表すオフフック信号が受信される限り、前記通信線から最高の優先度の装置が切断され続けるように、前記デバイスの切り替え手段を制御する管理ロジックであり、他方で、検出手段及び送出手段に接続され、前記通信線を介して前記最高の優先度の装置から発する通信線占有の要求の検出時と、結果として確立された通信の持続時間の間に、前記オフフック信号を送り出すために、前記送出手段を送出モードにセットし、前記切り替え手段が前記通信線への前記最高の優先度の装置の接続を可能にする管理ロジックを有し、
    前記最高の優先度の装置より低い優先度のレベルを備えた前記複数の装置のいずれかと、優先度のない装置である前記複数の装置のいずれかは、前記送り出されたオフフック信号が前記複数の装置のいずれかにより受信されるとすぐに、及びそれが続く限り、前記通信線から切断する、又は切断状態に前記通信線を保持するデバイス。
