Claims (17)
- 表面に細長い構造体を備えている物体を造形する方法であって、
プレフォームが、表面(13)に、一方向に沿って延びている構造体(2から11,2A,11A,2B,11B,41から50,52から64,66から72)を設けられ、
構造体を設けられたプレフォームが、少なくとも1つの領域(14)において加熱され、そして、
該プレフォームの少なくとも一部は、所望されている断面形状又は最終的な断面形状に対応する断面を採るまで、該構造体が設けられているプレフォームを加熱された状態で引き出す工程を備え、
該工程では、該プレフォームは、105デシパスカル秒から1010デシパスカル秒の範囲内の粘度で引き出し、
該プレフォームを、該プレフォームを介して単一のパスの間でパワーの高々半分が吸収されるようなスペクトル分布を有している放射線によって加熱して、放射線が反射または散乱した後に少なくとも一の領域上に影響を及ぼし、
これにより、吸収されることなく加熱されるべき領域を既に通過した放射線の要素は、反射または散乱によって材料の背面に導かれて加熱に寄与し、それにより少なくとも一の領域において断面に沿った最大の温度差が0.5未満となることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
放射線のパワーの30%未満が、材料を通過する単一のパスの間に吸収されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
短波長赤外領域にパワー密度の重心を備えている赤外線が、使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
1500°K超の色温度を備えている熱放射線が、加熱に使用されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォームには、凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォームの表面は、
研削と、
プレス金型内での熱成形と、
打抜プレスと、
処理されるべき表面の所望されている形状のネガを表しているスタンプによる熱押型と、
少なくとも1本の異形ストランドの融着と、
のいずれか少なくとも1つの工程によって造形されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォームが、100℃から2000℃の範囲内の温度での加熱状態で引き出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォームが、850℃の温度での加熱状態で引き出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォームが、108デシパスカル秒の粘度での加熱状態で引き出されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該造形物体は、刻みを付けて折ることにより、所定の長さに切断され及び/又は個々の物体に分割されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項10に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該物体は、それらの表面において面研削されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォーム及び該引出された物体は、ガラスから成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該プレフォーム及び該引出された物体は、ガラス−セラミックから成ることを特徴とする方法。 - 物体(15)であって、この物体の一方向に沿って少なくとも延びている構造体(2から11,2A,11A,2B,11B,41から50,52から64,66から72)を備えているものを作製する請求項1に記載の方法であって、出発物体(1)が、少なくとも2つの側部(12,13)に、一方向に沿って延びている構造体(2から11,2A,11A,2B,11B,41から50,52から64,66から72)を設けられている方法。
- 請求項14に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
前記少なくとも2つの側部(12,13)は、互いに反対の位置にある側部であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項14に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該出発物体は、断面において、作製されるべき物体の正確で細長い複製であることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物体を造形する方法であって、
該加熱されるべき領域は、空間に関する所定の場所に保持されると共に、該プレフォームが、前進させられることを特徴とする方法。
