Description
a)少なくとも脱NOx活性を持つ光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子、
b)脱HNO3活性を持つ粒子、および
c)当該粒子がその中に分散されているところの、ケイ素に基づいた物質
を含み、ここで当該光触媒性粒子が1〜50nmの範囲の結晶サイズを持ち、かつ粒子a)およびb)が当該組成物の全重量の20重量%未満の量で存在している、上記のNOx除去性組成物に関する。
− 材料の表面上に本発明に従う組成物を施与すること、および
− 当該組成物を乾燥または硬化して、半透明コーティング系を付与すること
の段階を含む、上記方法に関する。

− Foamaster NXZ:Cognis社からの消泡剤、
− Wacker BS45:Wacker Chemie社からのポリシロキサン重合体ラテックス、
− Texanol:Eastman Chemical社からの2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオールモノイソブチレート。

1.分析器および排気ポンプのスイッチを入れる。排気管が大気に通じていることを確かめる。
2.放置暖機する。分析器が作動を開始する前に、いくつかの内部部品は作動温度に達する必要がある。この工程は典型的には周囲温度でのスタートから60分間かかり、そして作動条件が満たされるまでには「開始手順中」とのメッセージが表示されるだろう。
3.暖機後に、ガス混合器への空気および試験用ガスの供給を開始する。
4.メーカーの指示に従って、試験用ガスの供給のみに基づいて(ガス混合器への空気流路を閉じて)、分析器を較正する。
5.較正後に、ガス混合器への試験用ガスの供給を閉じる。
6.試験サンプルを試験室に入れ、そして試験室を密閉する。
7.空気および試験用ガスの両方を開き、そして分析器の出力によって示されるように、試験用ガスの所要のレベルに達するまでそれぞれを調節する。該レベルを記録する。
8.試験用ガスのレベルが所望の点になったときに、紫外線ランプを点ける。
9.照射されたサンプルの値が平衡に達するように、典型的には5分間まで放置する。
10.分析器に示された値を記録する。
11.「初期値」、すなわち紫外線なし、設定された期間の紫外線露光後の「最終値」、Δ値、すなわち初期値引く最終値、および削減率%、すなわち(Δ値/初期値)×100を報告する。
Claims (14)
- 建設材料表面への半透明コーティングとして使用されるNOx除去性組成物であって、該NOx除去性組成物が、少なくとも
a)少なくとも脱NOx活性を持つ光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子、
b)脱HNO3活性を持つ粒子、および
c)当該粒子がその中に分散されているところの、ケイ素に基づいた物質
を含み、ここで当該光触媒性粒子が1〜50nmの範囲の結晶サイズを持ち、かつa)およびb)の粒子が当該組成物の全重量の20重量%未満の量で存在している、上記のNOx除去性組成物。 - 光触媒性粒子が、アナターゼ型の酸化チタン、ルチル型の酸化チタンまたはこれらの混合物を少なくとも含んでいる、請求項1に従う組成物。
- 二酸化チタン粒子が、主としてアナターゼ結晶型である、請求項1又は2に従う組成物。
- 結晶性二酸化チタン粒子が、1〜50nmの平均サイズを示す、請求項3に従う組成物。
- 光触媒性粒子が、30m2/g超のグラム当たり表面積を持っている、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- 光触媒性粒子が、当該組成物の全重量の0.1〜15重量%の(乾燥物で表現された)量で存在している、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- 脱HNO3粒子が、塩基性化合物を含んでいる、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- 脱HNO3粒子が、炭酸カルシウム、炭酸亜鉛またはこれらの混合物を含んでいる、請求項7に従う組成物。
- 脱HNO3粒子が、当該組成物の全重量の0.05〜15重量%の量で存在している、請求項8に従う組成物。
- 光触媒性二酸化チタン粒子および脱HNO3粒子を、0.05〜1.2の範囲の脱HNO3粒子/光触媒性粒子の比で含んでいる、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- ケイ素に基づいた物質が、ポリシロキサン膜を与える、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- ケイ素に基づいた物質が、少なくともポリシロキサン重合体を含んでいる、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- さらに溶媒を含んでいる、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に従う組成物。
- 材料の表面に大気汚染物質に対する自己浄化特性を与える方法において、少なくとも
− 材料の表面上に請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に従う組成物を施与すること、および
− 該組成物を乾燥または硬化して、材料上に透明コーティングを得ること
の段階を含む、上記方法。
