Claims (4)
- 並列に配置された複数のバッテリの電極側の端部に装着され、各バッテリを接続する導電金属製の接続板を覆ったり、両端末の各バッテリに接続される総出力用の+極と−極の各バスバーを覆ったりするバッテリ用樹脂カバーであって、一方の分割カバーと他方の分割カバーとで構成され、該一方の分割カバーが一端部に複数の突板部を互い違いに有し、該他方の分割カバーが一端部と長手方向中間部とに、該複数の突板部に対する複数の凹部を並列に有し、一端部の該凹部と該突板部とが係止手段で相互に係止されることを特徴とするバッテリ用樹脂カバー。
- 前記他方の分割カバーが前記バッテリの数に応じて長手方向中間部の凹部からカバー長手直交方向に切断して使用されることを特徴とする請求項1記載のバッテリ用樹脂カバー。
- 前記各分割カバーに電圧検出端子が装着され、前記各バッテリが前記接続板で直列に接続され、該電圧検出端子が該接続板に接続されたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のバッテリ用樹脂カバー。
- 並列に配置された複数のバッテリの電極側の端部に装着し、各バッテリを接続する導電金属製の接続板を覆ったり、両端末の各バッテリに接続される総出力用の+極と−極の各バスバーを覆ったりするバッテリ用樹脂カバーの形成方法であって、一方の分割カバーの一端部に、係止手段を有する複数の突板部を互い違いに設け、他方の分割カバーの一端部と長手方向中間部とに、該複数の突板部に対応して係止手段を有する複数の凹部を並列に形成し、前記バッテリの数に応じて該他方の分割カバーを長手方向中間部の所要の列の凹部から切断し、切断した該凹部に該突板部を係合させて樹脂カバーを形成することを特徴とするバッテリ用樹脂カバーの形成方法。
