Description

The present invention relates to a vehicular rear luggage compartment structure including a rear seat in which a seat back can be laid down and a rear cargo compartment provided behind the rear seat.

Conventionally, in a rear seat having a seat cushion and a seat back, the seat cushion is configured to be movable forward of the vehicle via a pair of links independently of the seat back, and the seat cushion seat surface that has moved forward is provided. Above, the seat back is configured to be tilted forward almost horizontally with the reclining shaft as a fulcrum, and when the seat back is tilted down, the rear luggage compartment behind the rear seat communicates with the cabin to expand the cargo compartment space. (See Patent Document 1).

On the other hand, a tonneau cover is provided at the rear part of the rear seat via a case extending in the vehicle width direction, and a sheet-like member is provided between the hook on the back of the rear seat and the case. The member is bent in a U-shape, and when the seat back is tilted forward, a sheet-like member is stretched between the fallen seat back and the case, and the cargo compartment (rear cargo compartment) is moved up and down by the sheet-like member. A structure for partitioning is disclosed (see Patent Document 2).

Although what was disclosed by this patent document 2 is a structure which a sheet-like member partitions a rear luggage compartment in conjunction with a sheet | seat, a load cannot be mounted in the upper part of the above-mentioned sheet-like member.

By the way, when the seat back of the rear seat is laid down on the seat cushion, it is required to form a load room that is as flat as possible, but between the load room floor and the upper surface of the seat back that has been brought forward. In general, a step is formed, and it is difficult to improve the usability of the luggage compartment while eliminating the step of the seat back when the seat back is overlaid.

Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 6-270745

Accordingly, the present invention covers the cargo floor that forms the bottom surface of the rear cargo compartment and extends forward and backward, and extends along the cargo compartment floor when the seat back stands up, and moves upward by a predetermined height when the seat back falls down. By providing a movable tray member that divides the rear cargo compartment up and down while forming a continuous surface with the rear surface of the seat back, both the elimination of the step difference of the seat back when the seat back is collapsed and the convenience of the cargo compartment are achieved. An object of the present invention is to provide a rear cargo compartment structure for a vehicle.

A vehicle rear cargo compartment structure according to the present invention is a vehicle rear cargo compartment structure including a rear seat provided with a seat back so as to be able to fall down, and a rear cargo compartment provided behind the rear seat. Covers the cargo floor that forms the bottom of the cargo compartment and extends back and forth, and moves up and down in conjunction with the fall and standing movement of the seat back. When the seat back stands up , it moves downward to the cargo compartment floor. positioned along, at the time of the seat back lodging a movable tray member which partitions the rear baggage compartment in the vertical while forming a continuous surface with the rear surface of the seat back moves upward a predetermined height, the movable tray member, load A movable tray main body extending along the chamber floor, and a movable rear wall pivotally attached to the rear end of the movable tray main body. The movable tray member includes a front end of the movable tray main body and a seat bag. Of the the lower part it is intended with each concatenated movable end member.

According to the above configuration, when the seat back of the rear seat is raised, the movable tray member extends along the cargo floor, while when the seat back of the rear seat is laid down, the movable tray member moves upward by a predetermined height. Thus, the rear luggage compartment is partitioned vertically while forming a rear surface and a continuous surface of the seat back. For this reason, it is possible to achieve both the elimination of the level difference of the seat back when the seat back is overlaid and the usability of the luggage compartment.

Further, the movable tray member includes a movable tray main body portion extending along the cargo compartment floor, and a movable rear wall portion pivotally attached to the rear end of the movable tray main body portion. Since the movable rear wall is provided at the rear end of the movable tray main body, the rigidity of the movable tray member can be ensured. In particular, when the seat back is laid down and the rear cargo compartment is partitioned up and down by the movable tray member, the rear end of the movable tray main body can be supported by the movable rear wall, so that the rigidity of the movable tray member can be ensured. In addition, it is possible to achieve a balance with the storage space.

Furthermore, the movable tray member includes a movable end member connected to the front end portion of the movable tray main body portion and the lower end portion of the seat back, and thus, the movable end member and the seat back lower end portion are connected to each other. Since the front end of the movable tray main body is connected, the movement of the seat back can be reliably transmitted to the movable tray main body via the movable end member, and the movable tray member can be reliably moved while having a simple structure. In addition, even if dirt is stored on the movable tray member with the seat back standing upright, dirt on the sheet can be prevented by the movable end member.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the seat back forms a step with the cargo floor when lying down, and the upper surface of the movable tray body when lying down is substantially flush with the back surface of the seat back. Is provided with a lock mechanism.

According to the above configuration, a step is formed between the cargo floor and the upper surface of the seat back when the seat back is lying down, but the movable tray member is positioned at substantially the same height as the back surface when the seat back is lying down. Therefore, the upper surface of the seat back and the movable tray member that are laid down are completely flat, the step difference of the seat back is completely eliminated, and the convenience of the luggage compartment is further improved .

According to another embodiment of the present invention, when the movable tray member is moved upwardly, the movable tray body portion and forming an upper luggage storage compartment above the rear face of the seat back, the movable tray main body and the luggage compartment floor A lower luggage storage portion is formed between the two.
According to the above arrangement, Ru can be improved luggage storability.

According to another embodiment of the present invention, the above-mentioned movable rear wall portion, access to the lower side of the luggage storage compartment between the movable tray movable tray main body partitioned up and down by the main body portion and the luggage compartment floor Possible openings are formed.

According to the above arrangement, Ru can be secured luggage storage against the lower side of the luggage storage compartment partitioned by the movable tray body portion.

According to the present invention, the luggage compartment floor that forms the bottom surface of the rear cargo compartment is covered and extends in the front-rear direction. The seat back extends along the cargo compartment floor, and when the seat back falls down, it moves upward by a predetermined height. The movable tray member that divides the rear cargo compartment up and down while forming the rear surface and the continuous surface of the seat back is provided, so that both the elimination of the step difference of the seat back when the seat back is collapsed and the usability of the cargo compartment are achieved. There is an effect that can.

A rear seat provided with a seat back so that the seat back can fall down and a rear luggage compartment provided behind the rear seat for the purpose of achieving both the elimination of the difference in level of the seat back when the seat back is lying down and the convenience of the luggage compartment in the rear cargo room structure for a vehicle equipped with a preparative, it extends back and forth over the luggage compartment floor to form a bottom surface of the rear luggage compartment, and movable up and down in conjunction with the lodging mobile and upright movement of the seat back, the seat When the back stands , it moves downward and is placed along the cargo floor, and when the seat back falls, it moves upward by a predetermined height to form a continuous surface with the rear surface of the seat back while raising and lowering the rear cargo room a movable tray member for partitioning, the movable tray member comprises a movable tray body portion extending along the luggage compartment floor, and a movable tray body portion movable rear wall portion which is pivotally connected to the rear end of the upper Movable tray member was achieved by construction that comprises a respective linked movable end member and a lower end of the front end portion and the seat back of the movable tray body portion.

The shaft 43 is provided with a spring 44 as urging means. One end 44a of the spring 44 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the movable rear wall 27, and the other end 44b of the spring 44 is brought into contact with the inner surface of the lid member 42. The notch convex part 45 at the lower part of 42 is always in pressure contact with a stopper 46 protruding upward from the lower edge of the opening 41, and the opening 41 is configured to have a normally closed structure by the lid member 42.

When storing a long article, a dirty article or other luggage in the lower luggage storage section 30 (so-called secret box), if the luggage itself presses the lower side of the lid member 42 forward of the vehicle, the spring 44 is attached. Since the lid member 42 is opened inward (in front of the vehicle) against the force, the occupant stores the luggage in the storage portion 30 by the pushing force of the luggage even if the lid member 42 is not manually opened once. Or can be stored. Each of the openings 40 and 41 in FIGS. 7, 8, and 9 is formed so as to be accessible to the lower luggage storage portion 30 partitioned vertically by the movable tray member 25.

By the way, as shown in FIG. 4, when the seat back 18 is tilted forward on the seat cushion 17 with the seat back rotation shaft 21 as a fulcrum, the rear surface of the seat back 18 (the seat back 18 A step S shown in FIG. 4 is formed between the upper surface) and the rear floor 4.

As shown in the figure, the movable tray member 25 connected to the rear end portion of the seat back 18 is configured to move up and down in conjunction with the fall movement of the seat back 18 . The movable tray main body 26 of the movable tray member 25 is configured to be fixed at the height position of the step S.

Hereinafter, referring to FIGS. 4, 10, and 11 to 14, the lock for fixing the movable tray member 25 to the luggage compartment side wall 47 (see FIG. 10) at a predetermined height corresponding to the step S is described. The structure of the mechanism will be described.

As shown in FIG. 10 , the hinge shaft 33 protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction from both sides of the movable tray member 25, and the hinge shaft 33 moves along the movement locus α with the seat back rotation shaft 21 as a fulcrum. It moves along an arc along (see FIG. 4).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 11 which is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 10, a guide rail 48 having a rigid and cross-sectional hat shape corresponding to the movement locus α described above is used. The protruding portion of the hinge shaft 33 is configured to move along the concave guide groove 48a of the guide rail 48.

The hinge shaft 33 of FIG. 4 the movable tray member 25 under the state shown in (seat back 18 lodging movable tray member 25 at the time), as shown in FIG. 11, since the position at the upper end portion of the guide groove 48a, the position Thus, a lock mechanism 49 for preventing the hinge shaft 33 from moving downward is provided.

The locking mechanism 49 includes a bracket 50 fixed to the vehicle exterior side luggage compartment side wall 47, the tube holder 51 attached to the bracket 50, the outer tube 52 held by the tube holder 51, the outer tube 52 An inner wire 53 that moves within the inner wire 53, a lock member 54 that is attached to the tip of the inner wire 53, and a return spring 55 that is stretched between the lock member 54 and the tube holder 51.

In addition, an opening 48b through which the lock member 54 is inserted is formed at the lock position of the hinge shaft 33 in the guide rail 48 described above (a position directly below the hinge shaft 33), and a retainer 48c and a stopper 48d are provided from the opening 48b. The lock member 54 is formed so as to be cut and raised, and the lock member 54 can be moved forward and backward by both of them 48c and 48d, and the load of the movable tray member 25 and the load loaded thereon is received.

An operation lever is provided at the other end (not shown) of the inner wire 53 described above, and when the operation lever is pulled, the lock member 54 retreats from the lower portion of the hinge shaft 33 to the outside of the guide groove 48a, and the lock shown in FIG. From the state, the unlocked state shown in FIG.

On the other hand, the above-described hinge shaft 35 protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction from both sides of the movable tray member 25 as shown in FIG. 10, and the hinge shaft 35 has a support shaft 38 (see FIG. 16) as a fulcrum. It moves in an arc along the movement locus β (see FIG. 4).

Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13 which is a cross-sectional view taken along line B-B in FIG. 10, a guide rail 56 having a rigid and cross-sectional hat shape corresponding to the movement trajectory β described above is used. The protruding portion of the hinge shaft 35 is configured to move along the concave guide groove 56 a of the guide rail 56.

The hinge shaft 35 of the movable tray member 25 (movable tray member 25 when the seat back 18 is lying down) in the state shown in FIG. 4 is located at the rear end portion of the guide groove 56a as shown in FIG. A lock mechanism 57 for preventing the forward movement of the hinge shaft 35 is provided.

The lock mechanism 57 includes a bracket 58 fixed to the vehicle exterior side of the cargo compartment side wall 47, a tube holder 59 attached to the bracket 58, an outer tube 60 held by the tube holder 59, and the outer tube 60. An inner wire 61 that moves inside the inner wire 61, a lock member 62 attached to the tip of the inner wire 61, and a return spring 63 stretched between the lock member 62 and the tube holder 59.

In addition, an opening 56b through which the lock member 62 is inserted is formed at the locking position of the hinge shaft 35 in the guide rail 56 described above (a position immediately before the hinge shaft 35), and a retainer 56c and a stopper 56d are provided from the opening 56b. The lock member 62 is cut and raised to hold the lock member 62 so that the lock member 62 can be advanced and retracted, and the load of the movable tray member 25 and the load loaded thereon is received.

An operation lever is provided at the other end (not shown) of the inner wire 61 described above, and when the operation lever is pulled, the lock member 62 is retracted from the front portion of the hinge shaft 35 to the outside of the guide groove 56a, and the lock shown in FIG. From the state, the unlocked state shown in FIG. 14 is obtained.

Here, the above-described guide rails 48 and 56 and the lock mechanisms 49 and 57 are provided on both the left and right sides of the hinge shafts 33 and 35, respectively. Further , it is desirable that the other end portions of the inner wires 53 and 61 of the lock mechanisms 49 and 57 are integrated so that the lock mechanisms 49 and 57 are unlocked by a single operation lever. In the figure, arrow F indicates the front of the vehicle.

In the vehicular rear luggage compartment structure configured as described above, the movable tray main body 26 and the movable rear wall 27 of the movable tray member 25 are placed on the upper surface of the rear floor 4 when the seat back 18 shown in FIGS. It covers and extends horizontally in the front-rear direction.

When the seat back 18 of the rear seat 20 is tilted forward with the pivot shaft 21 as a fulcrum, a movable end member 28 is connected and fixed to the seat back 18, so that the intermediate state shown in FIGS. through it, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 7, and the movable upward movable tray member 25 in conjunction with the lodging movement of the seat back 18, in particular, as shown in FIG. 4, the movable tray main body 26 is stepped S Can be stored above and below the movable tray member 25 while forming a substantially flat surface with the rear surface of the seat back 18 (the upper surface of the seat back 18 lying down). When the upper and lower luggage storage portions 29 and 30 are formed and the front and rear hinge shafts 33 and 35 at the positions shown in FIG. 4 are locked by the lock mechanisms 49 and 57 shown in FIGS. 5 to lock fixed to the luggage compartment side wall 47 (see FIG. 10) under the state shown in the figure, it can be held in this state.

As described above, the vehicle rear luggage compartment structure of the above embodiment includes a rear seat 20 in which the seat back 18 can be laid down and a rear cargo compartment 24 provided behind the rear seat 20. The luggage compartment structure extends in the front-rear direction so as to cover the rear floor 4 forming the bottom surface of the rear luggage compartment 24, extends along the rear floor 4 when the seat back 18 stands up, and rises a predetermined height when the seat back 18 falls down. And a movable tray member 25 that divides the rear luggage compartment 24 up and down while forming a rear surface and a continuous surface.

According to this configuration, when the seat back 18 of the rear seat 20 is raised, the movable tray member 25 extends along the rear floor 4, while when the seat back 18 of the rear seat 20 is laid down, the movable tray member 25 has a predetermined height. The rear luggage compartment 24 is partitioned up and down while forming a continuous surface with the rear surface of the seat back 18. For this reason, it is possible to achieve both the elimination of the step S of the seat back 18 when the seat back 18 is lying down and the usability of the luggage compartment 24.

Further, the seat back 18 is configured to form a step S with the rear floor 4 when lying down, and the movable tray member 25 can be fixed at a height position of the step S.

According to this configuration, a step S is formed between the rear floor 4 and the upper surface of the seatback 18 that has been laid down when the seatback 18 is lying down, but the movable tray member 25 has a predetermined height when the seatback 18 is lying down. Since it moves upward and is held at the height position of the above-described step S, the upper surface of the seat back 18 and the movable tray member 25 are flattened, and the step S of the seat back 18 is completely eliminated. As a result, the convenience of the luggage compartment 24 is further improved.

Further, the movable tray member 25 is connected to the rear end portion of the seat back 18 and is configured to move up and down in conjunction with the falling movement of the seat back 18.

According to this configuration, since the movable tray member 25 is interlocked with the seat back 18, it is easy to use, and another means for driving the movable tray member 25 is not required, so that the structure can be simplified.

In addition, when the movable tray member 25 is moved upward, the luggage can be stored above and below the movable tray member 25 (see the upper and lower luggage storage portions 29 and 30).

According to this configuration, the luggage can be stored in at least one of the upper side and the lower side of the movable tray member 25 according to needs, so that the luggage storage property can be improved.

The movable tray member 25 includes a movable tray main body portion 26 extending along the rear floor 4 and a movable rear wall portion 27 pivotally attached to the rear end of the movable tray main body portion 26.

According to this configuration, since the movable rear wall 27 is provided at the rear end of the movable tray main body 26, the rigidity of the movable tray member 25 can be ensured. In particular, when the seat back 18 is laid down and the rear cargo compartment 24 is partitioned up and down by the movable tray member 25, the rear end of the movable tray body 26 can be supported by the movable rear wall 27. It is possible to achieve both of ensuring the rigidity of the member 25 and holding the storage space (see the upper and lower cargo compartment storage portions 29 and 30).

Further, the movable rear wall portion 27 is formed with an opening (see openings 40 and 41) that is accessible to the lower luggage storage portion 30 that is partitioned vertically by the movable tray member 25. .

According to this configuration, it is possible to ensure luggage storage performance in the lower luggage storage section 30 partitioned by the movable tray member 25.

Moreover, the movable tray member 25 includes a movable end member 28 connected to the front end portion of the movable tray main body portion 26 and the lower end portion of the seat back 18.

According to this configuration, since the lower end portion of the seat back 18 and the front end portion of the movable tray main body portion 26 are connected by the movable end member 28, the movement of the seat back 18 can be reliably performed via the movable end member 28. 26, the movable tray member 25 can be surely moved while having a simple structure, and the dirt on the movable tray member 25 in the state shown in FIGS. Even if stored, the movable end member 28 can prevent the sheet 20 from being soiled.
