Claims (9)
- 燃料流れと、酸化剤流れと、冷却剤流れとが供給される燃料電池アッセンブリを含む複数の機能的に統合化された構成部品を有する燃料電池発電装置であって、該燃料電池発電装置はさらに、
第1のガス状流れと第2のガス状流れとの間の熱エネルギーおよび水分の移動を促進する物質・熱回収装置と、
前記燃料電池アッセンブリの運転の際、前記燃料電池アッセンブリから排出される前記燃料を処理し、熱エネルギーおよび水分を含む燃焼器ガス状流れを排出する燃焼器と、
前記第1のガス状流れを形成するため、前記燃料電池アッセンブリから排出される前記酸化剤流れが前記燃焼器ガス状流れと合流するハウジングチャンバーと、
前記ハウジングチャンバー内で、かつ燃焼器ガス状流れの入口開口部付近に位置付けられ、運転の際、所定量の水分を前記燃焼器ガス状流れに注入する、ノズルアッセンブリと、
を有することを特徴とする燃料電池発電装置。 - 前記燃料電池アッセンブリから排出された前記冷却剤流れが前記ハウジングチャンバーに供給され、前記燃料電池アッセンブリから排出された前記酸化剤流れが前記燃焼器ガス状流れと、前記排出された冷却剤流れの存在下で、合流することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池発電装置。
- 前記酸化剤流れは、前記燃料電池アッセンブリに供給される前に、前記物質・熱回収装置に供給され、
前記第2のガス状流れは、前記酸化剤流れから成ることを特徴とする、請求項2記載の燃料電池発電装置。 - 前記第1のガス状流れは、前記物質・熱回収装置に前記第2のガス状流れと向流的な方法で供給され、前記第2のガス状流れは、前記第1のガス状流れから熱エネルギーおよび水分を吸収することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の燃料電池発電装置。
- 前記ハウジングチャンバーは、さらに脱気部とアキュムレータ部とを有することを特徴とする、請求項2記載の燃料電池発電。
- 前記脱気部は、前記排出された冷却剤流れを、前記排出された冷却剤流れから汚染物質を取り除くことを促進することによって浄化し、
前記アキュムレータは、前記浄化された冷却剤流れを回収することを特徴とする、請求項5記載の燃料電池発電装置。 - 前記物質・熱回収装置は、細孔を形成して、該細孔を液体移動媒体で満たすように構成された親水性のマトリックスからなり、
前記液体移動媒体は、水性塩溶液、水性酸溶液、有機不凍液溶液および水の内の1つから成ることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池発電装置。 - 前記ノズルアッセンブリによって注入される前記所定量の水分は、前記燃料電池発電装置内の水分検出器および前記燃料電池発電装置の負荷の一方に従って自動的に制御されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池発電装置。
- 前記ノズルアッセンブリによって注入される前記所定量の水分は、実質的に一定の速度で供給されることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の燃料電池発電装置。
