Claims (10)
- フェルール本体(34)と単体構造スワーラ本体(50)とを含み、
前記フェルール本体(34)が、
1)上面(63)及び下面(65)を有し、対向する第1(46)及び第2(47)の側端縁を有し、かつ中央に位置する開口部(42)が形成された4つのコーナ部(88)を有する方形の基板(62)と、
2)前記上面(63)及び中央開口部(42)から延びるフェルール(48)と、
3)前記各コーナ部に設けられ、各側端縁(46、47)の上面(63)に沿った4つの突出部(70)と、を含み、
前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)が、
1)複数の斜めに向いた主通路(38)を有する第1のスワールセクション(36)と、
2)ベンチュリ(54)と前記ベンチュリ(54)の周りに同軸に配置された複数の反対方向に斜めに向いた二次通路(58)とを含む第2のスワールセクション(56)と、
3)各々が前記ベンチュリ(54)の両側に形成された内向きに延びるフランジ(78)を各々が含む一対のレール(76)と、を含み、
前記レール(76)が、前記フェルール本体(34)の対向する側端縁(46、47)に沿った前記突出部(70)に係合して、該フェルール本体と前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)とが分離するのを制限する、
スワーラ組立体(30)。 - 前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)に形成された止めタブ(82)をさらに含む、請求項1記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記止めタブ(82)が、前記単体構造スワーラ本体の外端縁に形成されている、請求項2記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記止めタブ(82)が、前記レール(76)に対して垂直な平らな面を画成している、請求項3記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)に施工されたタック溶接部(86)をさらに含み、前記タック溶接部(86)が、前記止めタブ(82)から間隔を置いて配置されて、前記フェルール本体(34)の前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)に対する制限された横方向の動きを可能にするようになっている、請求項3記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)に形成された溶接タブ(84)をさらに含み、前記タック溶接部(86)が、前記溶接タブ(84)に施工されている、請求項5記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記一対のレール(76)が互いに平行である、請求項1記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記一対のレール(76)が、間隔を置いて配置されて、前記フェルール本体(34)の前記単体構造スワーラ本体(50)に対する制限された横方向の動きを可能にするようになっている、請求項1記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記フェルール本体(34)が、前記フェルール(34)の中心線(32)を通りかつ第1の軸線X又は第2の軸線Yのいずれかを通る平面に対して対称である、請求項1記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
- 前記フランジ(78)の端部は、湾曲した切欠き部(80)を備える請求項1乃至の9いずれか1項に記載のスワーラ組立体(30)。
