Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is for efficiently discharging and collecting fats and oils contained in the mixed oil waste water and washing waste water, and by removing the fats and oils accumulated in the upper part of the waste water, the fats and oils can be removed from the sink wall surface. Provide a overflow weir or overflow box in the sink and tank to prevent water from re-adhering to the tank wall, hands, tableware, etc. It relates to the invention as described above.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Individuals and businesses that use a lot of animal and vegetable oil for cooking, such as household or commercial kitchens, food factories, etc., when washing kitchen utensils, tableware, etc., store water in a sink, etc. A large amount of oil and fat will float. For this reason, the oil that has once adhered to the tableware by the water or hot water in the sink will be peeled off and floated and separated, but when removing the tableware from the sink again, the oil accumulated on the upper surface of the water will adhere to the tableware again and be washed. Time and effort will increase. Also, when the oil and fat that floats and separates in the sink and tank are discharged together with a large amount of washing wastewater that does not contain much of the stored oil and fat, a small amount of oil and fat that floats on the top surface is separated from each oil and fat. For example, in a grease trap (oil interceptor), agitation due to water flow and drainage residence time are shortened, and oil and the like cannot be sufficiently separated and intercepted, causing oil to flow out. In addition, since a large amount of waste water that does not contain much oil and fat is discharged together in order to treat the oil and fat that has floated and separated, the apparatus may be larger than necessary. Further, there is a skimmer pump or the like as a method for efficiently draining oil floating on the surface, but since the space is taken up as a device, it is limited to a grease trap or the like that can secure a place for installation. Further, when a belt skimmer using an adhesion action is used, it cannot be used because it takes a long time to recover.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
As explained above, in the conventional method of discharging mixed oil wastewater, it was necessary to discharge the thick and thin portions of oil and fat together. In some cases, the processing apparatus becomes large. For this reason, it was necessary to efficiently discharge the oil / fat portion to be treated to the treatment apparatus only for drainage.
In addition, when the oil and fat floating in the tank and the sink cannot be removed, it reattaches to the tableware from which oil has been removed, which is inefficient. For this reason, since oil cannot be removed cleanly from tableware and the like, there is a vicious cycle of using more water and dropping the oil, increasing the total amount of drainage. In addition, it was necessary to remove and discharge pollutants such as floating oils and fats in order to save the amount of water used for washing the kitchen.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. That is, an overflow overflow weir or an overflow box may be provided on the sink and tank wall surface, and a strainer for removing floating solid waste may be provided therein. A drainage pipe, a hose and the like are attached to the overflow box, and connected to a processing device such as an oil catcher, an oil remover, an oil decomposition processor, and a water treatment unit. For this reason, the oil and fat components floating on the upper surface of the sink and the tank, the floating solids, etc. can be guided to each processing device together with a small amount of waste water, so the total amount of waste water to be treated can be reduced. It can be downsized. In addition, since less pollutants such as oil and fat are present on the surface of the drainage water in the sink and tank, the amount of water used is also reduced, leading to a water-saving effect and a reduction in the amount of wastewater.

Further, FIG. 3 shows a drainage system according to the present invention. Wastewater that contains a lot of oil in the wastewater can enter the oil interceptor as a minimum amount of wastewater, so that the processing capacity is easily demonstrated, and the treatment device such as an oil interceptor that is larger than necessary. The need for is gone. Moreover, since the waste water which does not contain much oil does not enter into the apparatus which should take oil, stirring of waste water decreases. Drainage that does not contain much oil has a low load, so it is sufficiently purified by existing water treatment equipment.
FIG. 4 shows an existing drainage system for sinks and tanks, where wastewater containing a large amount of oil and wastewater containing little oil are discharged together. Since a large amount of wastewater flows into the oil interceptor etc. at a stretch, there is no sufficient residence time for the oil to rise, and there is agitation due to the large amount of wastewater.
