2. Description of the Related Art A grease strap is provided in a drainage route of a store that uses a large amount of animal and vegetable oils for cooking, for example, a Chinese restaurant or a ramen restaurant, so that oils and fats that are mixed with the residual rice do not flow into the sewer. Referring to FIG. 12, reference numeral 41 denotes a washing tank (sink) installed in the kitchen, 42 is a grease strap, and the grease strap 42 is connected to the washing tank 41 by a pipe 43.
The grease strap 42 has another lid 44 buried in the soil outside the kitchen (outside the building). Reference numeral 45 denotes the water in the grease strap 42 flowing to a sewer or a septic tank (not shown). It is a pipe for the purpose. This pipe 45 is connected to the bottom of the grease strap 42 as is apparent from the drawing. The pipe 43 is connected to the upper part of the grease strap 42. Washing tank (sink) 4 of Chinese restaurant or ramen shop having such grease strap 42
As shown in the figure, the oil and fat added to 1
Soup or dishwashing detergent. All of these wastewaters such as fats and oils pass through the grease trap, so they are separated into fats and oils and water in the grease trap 42, and only water is drained to the sewer. If the grease trap 42 is not used, or if a large amount of detergent is used, the following problems are likely to occur in the case of the existing grease strap 42 only. For example, oils and fats adhere to the inner walls of the pipes 43 and 45 and eventually cause clogging with the oils. Further, separation of the oils and fats by the grease strap does not work well, and the oils and fats are mixed with the sewage to flow. It contaminates rivers. Alternatively, unless the grease trapped in the upper part of the grease strap is opened and removed periodically with human power, the odor goes out and deteriorates the surrounding environment. Further, there is another problem that even if an attempt is made to periodically remove the oils and fats, a large amount of water is taken, and it is difficult to treat the collected oils and fats. Among these problems, there is a proposal to automate the work of periodically opening the lid of the grease collected on the upper part of the grease strap and manually removing the grease with human power. Hereinafter, this proposal will be described with reference to FIG.
Is a washing tank (sink) installed in the kitchen.
, The water containing the liquid residue and soup described in FIG. 47 is a grease strap (interceptor), and the grease strap 47 has a separation tank 48. The grease strap 47 is buried in the soil outside the kitchen as shown in the figure. Thus, the fats and oils flowing together with the water (for cleaning) into the cleaning tank 46 enter the separation tank 48 from the inlet 50 of the green strap 47 via the conduit 39. The oil or fat containing water is first separated into solid and liquid by the filter 51. Then, in the separation tank 48, it is separated into water and oil and fat, and the oil and fat accumulate above the separation tank 48, and the water accumulates below it. The water accumulated below is drained to the sewer through the drain 52. At this time, the proposed grease trap 4
Numeral 7 is for pumping the oil and fat floating above the separation tank 48 using a pump 53 instead of human power. Pump 5
The fats and oils pumped by 3 are collected in a fat and oil collecting section 54. In addition, FIG.
As an example of a grease removal system or apparatus provided with grease straps 42 and 47 shown in FIG.
JP-A-35-776 and JP-A-7-284767. However, even in this case, a large amount of dirty water other than oil and fat is pumped to the recovery section, so that the only option is to dispose of the waste. Next, referring to FIGS. 9 to 11, individuals and businesses that frequently use animal and vegetable oils for cooking, store water in a sink or the like when washing kitchen utensils, tableware, and food, and wash them. In this case, a large amount of fats and oils will float on the upper surface of the sink. For this reason, when the tableware once washed with water or hot water in the sink is to be taken out of the sink again, as shown in FIG. 11, the oil accumulated on the upper surface of the water is reattached to the washed tableware and the like, and the time and effort for cleaning is reduced. Will increase. In addition, when draining the oils and fats floating and separated in the sink 55 and the tank, the drainage port at the bottom of the sink 55 is unplugged and drained. Will be lost. At this time, a small amount of the oil and fat floating on the upper surface of the sink flows into each oil and fat processing device (for example, grease trap) together with a large amount of drainage, so that stirring is caused by the water flow. This, combined with the shortened drainage residence time, prevented the oil and the like from separating and blocking sufficiently, resulting in the oil spilling into sewage and the like. Also, even if you try to treat the oil and fat separated by flotation, a large amount of wastewater that does not contain much oil and fat is also discharged together,
The above grease trap has a problem that it becomes an unnecessarily large device. There is a skimmer pump or the like as a method for efficiently discharging the oil floating on the surface, but since it requires a space as a device, it is limited to a grease strap or the like which can secure an installation place. The overflow outlet 56 of the dishwashing tank (sink) 55 is provided at a position as shown in FIGS. The drain port 56 is provided on the same plane as the peripheral wall 55a forming the sink 55 as can be seen from the drawing. The drain 56 is provided with a filter 57 for preventing the flow of solids. In the case of the filter 57, as shown in FIG. 10, the leftovers put into the sink 55 together with the tableware gather around the filter 57 with the flow of water. (Of course, at this time, tap water is supplied in the sink 55, though not shown in the figure.) The collected sewage obstructs the flow of the oil and fat flowing from the drain port 56. I was Therefore, even if the fats and oils attached to the tableware 58 are cleanly dropped in the dishwashing tank (sink) 55, the tableware 58 is transferred to the sink 5 as shown in FIG.
There is a problem that the oils and fats floating on the surface adhere to the tableware 58 again when it is pulled up from 5.

As described above, according to the conventional grease trap oil / fat separation system, the oil / fat mixed with the sewage would flow, resulting in the contamination of rivers and the like. Also, unless the grease trapped in the upper part of the grease strap is opened and regularly removed with human power, the odor goes out to cause a deterioration in the surrounding environment. Furthermore, there is also a problem that even if an attempt is made to periodically remove the fats and oils with human power, a large amount of water is collected, so that it is difficult to treat the collected fats and oils. or,
In the case where the oil and fat in the grease trap is pumped up by a pump, a large amount of dirty water other than the oil and fat is pumped to the collecting section, so there is no other way than to make the waste. Further, the conventionally used dishwashing tank has a configuration in which the oil and fat floating on the surface is allowed to flow to the outside from the drain port, but since the drain wall is provided on the same plane as the peripheral wall of the tank, There is also a problem that even when washing dishes in the square dishwashing tank, the grease will adhere to the dishes again when they are taken out, because the drainage port will be clogged immediately with garbage etc. and the function of the drainage port will not be fulfilled. Was.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS The details of the present invention will be described below with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a view for explaining a fat and oil removing system including the fat and oil removing apparatus of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a fat and oil collecting apparatus having a food washing tank and the like provided with the present invention, and FIG. FIG. 4 is an explanatory view of the operation of the oil and fat content recovery apparatus, FIG. 4 is an enlarged explanatory view of the heat conductive plate in FIG. 3, and FIG. 5 is a view showing an embodiment different from FIG. FIG. 6, FIG. 6 is a diagram for explaining oil and fat recovery in the auxiliary separator, FIG. 7 is a perspective view of a dish washing tank constituting the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the operation of the dish washing tank shown in FIG. is there. First, an oil / fat removal system (overall configuration) will be described with reference to FIG. 1. First, 1 is a washing tank (sink) dedicated to oil and fat installed in a kitchen, and this washing tank (sink) 1 has a ramen soup. Liquid soup such as ordinary soups, sauces, and dressings are washed away. Of course, there is a sonoco (filter) for this purpose. Reference numeral 2 denotes an oil / fat removing device, and the residue left in the washing tank (sink) 1 dedicated to the oil / fat flows into the oil / fat removing device 2 via a pipe 3. In addition to the liquid waste, drainage containing grease from tableware and cooking utensils flows through the dedicated grease tank via the pipe 3. Reference numeral 4 denotes a washing tank (sink) in the kitchen. Tableware, soaking water for cooking utensils,
Drainage from a dishwasher, vegetable-washing water or other oil-free wastewater is supplied and sent to a grease trap (interceptor) 6 via a pipe 5. The grease strap (interceptor) 6 is generally employed. The grease strap 6 stores the grease in the grease strap 6 except for the grease. The drainage from which most of the oil and fat has been removed by the oil and fat removal device 2 described above is introduced through the pipe 5 in the middle of the pipe 5, in other words, after the washing tank 4 and before the grease trap 6. In addition, the cleaning tank 1 dedicated to fats and oils is integrally formed in the fat and oil removing device 2, and is normally provided along with the cleaning tank 4 in the kitchen in a normal state. By doing so, the people working in Chinese restaurants usually select and drain the liquid residue containing oils and fats into the tank 1 exclusively for fats and oils, and the drainage not containing oils and fats to the washing tank 4 as normal work. Can be done.
As described above, the liquid waste containing oils and fats is drained to the sewer via the oil and grease removing device 2 and the existing grease strap 6 and the like. As a result, the sewage system is not contaminated as in the prior art, and the frequency of cleaning the grease strap itself can be greatly reduced.

Next, referring to FIG. 2, a description will be given of an overall configuration in which a cleaning tank 1 dedicated to fats and oils and a fat and oil removing device 2 are combined.
The grease removing device 2 is preferably installed in a kitchen, but there is no problem even outside the kitchen (outside the building). The height of the grease removing device 2 is (800 to 850 mm)
It is made in. 1 is a washing tank dedicated to fats and oils
"a" indicates the tank, and the tank 1a exclusively for fats and oils is used for cleaning dirt of liquid residue, tableware and cooking utensils. The tank 1a and the grease removing device 2 are connected by a pipe 3 as shown in the figure. Numeral 8 denotes an oil skimmer provided in the oil / fat removing device 2, which causes the oil / fat to adhere to a metal belt described later (adsorption by hydrophobic interaction), and pumps the oil / fat from the separation tank. Reference numeral 9 denotes an oil tank where the oil and fat pumped by the oil skimmer 8 is temporarily stored. This oil tank 9
The fats and oils that accumulate in the water are oils and fats that do not contain much water, and therefore, can sufficiently withstand recycling. As described above, in addition to the liquid waste and the like, tableware contaminated with oils and fats is charged into the tank 1a of the cleaning tank 1 dedicated to fats and oils, and is washed here. A water tap 10 corresponds to the tank 1a as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, and fresh water is supplied as needed. Further, a drain port 12 for draining water from the tank 1a is provided. Reference numeral 11 denotes a drain port of the tank 1a. When tap water is supplied from the faucet 10, the amount of the supplied water is supplied from the drain port 11 to the oil / fat removing device 2 through the pipe 3 through the drain port 3. At this time, what flows from the drain port 11 to the oil / fat removing device 2 side is mainly animal and vegetable oil floating on the upper surface of the tank 1a. That is, the liquid slag (ramen soup, ordinary soup, sauce, dressing, etc.) put into the tank 1a is supplied to the tank 1a.
The water is separated into water and oil by the difference in specific gravity, and the oil floats on the upper surface of the tank 1a. Floating oils and fats are supplied through a pipe 3 from a drain port 11 when new washing water is supplied from a faucet 10, and the oil and fats removing device 2
Flowing to the side. At this time, the drain port 11 of the present invention is configured as follows. That is, the drain port 11 of the present invention is provided adjacent to the weir 13 formed by processing a part of the peripheral wall forming the tank 1a. Reference numeral 14 denotes a filter provided at the drain port 11 part. Thus, the fats and oils put into the tank 1a and attached to the tableware 15 are separated from the tableware 15 by the action of the detergent or the like put in the tank 1a, and as shown by the item 16 in FIG.
Floats on. The oil 16 floating on the upper surface falls from the weir 13 to the drain port 11 side whenever fresh water is supplied from the faucet 10.
Of course, at this time, any remaining food other than the oil 16 that has a low specific gravity falls to the drain port 11 side. Filter 14
Is to capture this leftovers. It is to be noted that what falls from the weir 13 to the drain port 11 side is water having a high oil / fat density, and it is not always the case that only the oil / fat falls, and this is not what is expected. The water mainly containing fats and oils that does not contain leftovers that has entered the drainage port 11 is introduced into the fats and oils removing device 2 through the pipe 3. Reference numeral 12 denotes a drain port. When the drain port 12 is opened and the cleaning water in the tank 1a is drained, all of the cleaning water in the tank 1a naturally passes through the pipe 7 and the grease trap 6 (FIG. 1).
This is performed after the oil 16 in the tank 1a has been dropped to the drain port 11 side. With such a configuration, a layer of oils and fats 16 is formed on the upper surface of the tank 1a as in the related art, and when the washed dishes 15 are taken out from the tank 1a, the oils and fats adhere to the dishes,
This eliminates the possibility of no washing feeling. That is, the remaining rice other than the fats and oils once passes through the weir and flows down to the drain port 11 side, so that the weirs are not clogged with the leftovers and the fats and oils do not flow down. In other words, the drain port is of a head type as well as being able to take a large volume, so that the flow of oils and fats is not hindered as in the related art. On the other hand, as described above, the oil and fat taken into the oil and fat removal device 2 through the pipe 3 is
Is processed as follows. This will be described with reference to FIG. In FIG. 3, reference numeral 3 denotes a pipe, and the pipe 3 takes in the oil or fat on the tank 1a side described above into the oil or fat removing device 2.
The grease removing device 2 has a first separation tank 17 and a second separation tank 18 provided side by side as shown in the figure. The water mainly composed of oil and fat introduced through the pipe 3 is introduced into the first separation tank 17. Reference numeral 19 denotes a first auxiliary separator provided in the first separation tank 17, and the first auxiliary separator 19 is composed of a double pipe as shown in FIG. It plays the role of discharging. That is, 2
Numeral 0 denotes a water inlet through which water in the first separation tank 17 flows to the pipe 7 side, and the water inlet 20 is provided in the outer pipe 22 and transfers water entering the first auxiliary separator 19 to the inner pipe 21. Top 21a
It flows more to the pipe 7 side. At this time water intake 2
0 is provided in the lower part of the separation tank 17 and is designed so that only water enters into the first auxiliary separator 19 from here. The top 21a is provided in accordance with the level of the water level line 23 of the first separation tank 17. In other words, the oils and fats taken into the first separation tank 17 are separated into water and oils and fats in the first separation tank 17, and the oils and fats float near the water level line 23 with a specific gravity difference. Since the water intake 20 is provided at a position far away from the fat on the upper surface, the water entering the first auxiliary separator 19 from the water intake 20 is substantially free of oil and fat. Become. The water that has entered the first auxiliary separator 19 is supplied from the top 7 a of the first auxiliary separator 19, which is formed in a double-pipe configuration, to the pipe 7 connected to the grease trap.
The first auxiliary separator 19 is formed in a double-pipe configuration in which an outer pipe 22 is attached to an outer side of an inner pipe 21 forming a top 21a as shown in the figure. Also, this outer tube 2
The height of 2 is set to be considerably higher than the water level line 23, and is set so that the water level line 23 does not reach the upper end of the outer tube 22 even if a large amount of liquid waste is put into the first separation tank 17. . The water level line 23 is drained from the top 21a described above, and the first separation tank 17 and the second separation tank 1
It is maintained by a weir 25 formed above the partition plate 24 that partitions between the eight spaces. That is, the height of the weir 25 and the height of the top 21a of the inner pipe 21 are set to be substantially the same. Reference numeral 25a denotes a hole formed in the weir 25. When the reference water level line 23 rises from the hole 25 (when the liquid residue is put into the first separation tank), the water mainly containing oil and fat floats on the upper surface. The mixed fats and oils are designed to flow into the second separation tank 18. That is, the second
The water level line 26 in the separation tank 18 is set lower than the water level line 23 in the first separation tank 17. Next, the second separation tank 18 will be described. Reference numeral 27 denotes a heater for keeping the temperature of the water in the second separation tank 18 at a temperature of about 50 to 80 ° C. Of course, the heater 27 is controlled by an automatic temperature controller (not shown). 28
Is the first auxiliary separator 1 described above for the second auxiliary separator.
It has the same structure as 9. That is, 29 is an inner tube, and 30 is an outer tube. Then the top 29a of the inner tube 29
Determines the water level line 26 of the second separation tank 18. This water level line 26 is kept lower than the water level line 23 of the first separation tank 17. 31 is a water inlet, and this water inlet 31 is an outer pipe 3
0, and is provided far below the water level line 26, and is configured to take in water containing no fat. The water that has entered the inner pipe 29 reaches the pipe 7. 8 is an oil skimmer, and this oil skimmer 8 is a second
Is provided as a means for removing oils and fats in the separation tank 18. Although not shown in the drawing, the oil skimmer 8 has a magnet magnet attached to the drive shaft of the drive motor, and the magnetism of the oil skimmer 8 causes the stainless steel rotary belt 8b to be hung down on the drive shaft 8a to rotate the second separation tank 18. The oil and fat inside is pumped by the rotating belt 8b. Reference numeral 32 denotes a release plate, and the release plate 32 separates the oils and fats attached to the rotary belt by the belt 8b and guides the oil and fat to the oil tank 9a. The peeling plate 32 is provided so that the oils and fats adhering to the belt 8b are peeled before reaching the drive shaft 8a. The function of the auxiliary tank 33 is to flow only oil and fat into the oil tank 9 and return impurities including water to the separation tank 18 as shown by arrows. That is, as shown in the figure, a double pipe separation device 33a is incorporated in the tank 33, and impurities such as water accumulated in the lower portion are returned to the second separation tank 18 as indicated by arrows. Further, the heater 27 prevents the fats and oils in the separation tank 18 from being solidified (increased in viscosity). It is well known that, unlike mineral oils, animal and vegetable oils increase in viscosity at low temperatures. One of the features of the oil / fat removing apparatus of the present invention is that a heating means is provided so that oil / fat can be pumped from the separation tank using the oil skimmer 8 even when the ambient temperature fluctuates. . Note that the temperature in the second separation tank 18 is preferably maintained at 50 ° C. in order to efficiently collect oils and fats. From the viewpoint of temperature control, it is advantageous to separate the second separation tank 18 from the separation tank 17 and reduce the volume in consideration of power saving and the like. The above heater 2
Reference numeral 7 naturally has a temperature control section, and always controls the temperature of the second separation tank 18 in an optimum state. The heater 27 is not shown in the figure, but may be provided with a large weight. The function of the weight is to prevent the temperature in the second separation tank 18 from locally increasing, and to uniformly increase the water temperature of the entire separation tank 18. For this reason, the weight is made of a good thermal conductor (or water) having an appropriate heat dissipation area and weight. This also serves to prevent abnormal temperature of the heater 27. Therefore, even if the animal or vegetable oil reaches the solidification temperature at ambient temperature, the oil does not solidify in the tank.
This is also true when the present fat and oil removing device 2 is placed outside a building.

Next, the operation of the auxiliary separators 18 and 28 will be described with reference to FIG. 6. Water entering the outer pipes 22 and 36 through the water intake ports 20 and 31 is transferred to the top 21 a at the upper end of the inner pipes 21 and 29. , 29a to the pipe 7 side. As shown in FIG. 3, a heat conducting plate 34 is attached to the stripping plate 32. As is clear from FIGS. 4 and 5, one end of the heat conducting plate 34 covers the entire back side of the peeling plate 32. It is attached closely so as to cover it, and the other end is immersed in the separation tank 18. In other words, the release plate 32 is heated by receiving the heat of the separation tank 18 heated to about 50 ° C. or more,
This prevents oils and fats flowing on the peeling plate 32 from solidifying. In addition, it is obvious that the fats and oils are easily solidified when the outside temperature is falling as in winter,
This is near the end of the operation of the present oil and fat removal / separation apparatus. In other words, it is a time when the amount of flowing fats and oils decreases and adheres to the release plate 32 due to surface tension. In order to prevent this, the peeling plate 32 is heated by the heat conductive plate 34. The heat conducting plate 34 is made of copper or aluminum having good heat conductivity, and the whole of the peeling plate 32 is covered with a material having poor heat conductivity such as stainless steel. Need to warm. When the temperature of the peeling plate 32 cannot be achieved, the entire back surface may be heated by the heater 35 as shown in FIG. In this case, the temperature of the peeling plate 32 can be controlled to 50 ° C. or more by controlling the input of the electric heater 35 without using any special means.
Further, although not shown in the drawings, the present invention has been described in detail with an example in which the peeling plate 32 is heated. However, the present invention can also be applied to the auxiliary tank 33 located on the downstream side of the peeling plate 32. If there is, it is also heated by various means. By doing so, the oil and fat separated from the oil skimmer is guided by the liquid to the oil tank 9 via the separation plate 32 and the auxiliary tank 33, and solidifies and deposits on the way to prevent the next flow of oil and fat. There is no one.

According to the present invention, as described above, a weir for determining the water level line of a dishwashing tank for washing dishes and the like is provided in the middle of the peripheral wall constituting the dishwashing tank, and a weir is provided from a conventional dam for flowing oil and fat. The water mainly containing the grease that has flowed down is taken into the grease removal device, where the grease is collected and stored in the oil tank. Therefore, the grease floating in the dishwashing tank is used for supplying tap water. Accordingly, it overflows from the weir and is taken into the grease removing device. Here, the fats and oils are separated into water, the fats and oils are recycled, and the water is drained to the sewage side. As a result, the wastewater is not stained, and of course, in the dishwashing tank, since the oils and fats do not accumulate in the dishwashing tank as in the related art, the container washed in the washing tank does not become oily as in the related art.
