2. Description of the Related Art Home or commercial kitchens, food factories, etc.
Individuals and businesses that frequently use animal and vegetable oils for cooking, when washing kitchen utensils, tableware and the like and food, store water in a sink or the like and wash them, so that a large amount of oils and fats float on the upper surface of the drainage. For this reason, the oil that once adhered to the dishes and the like due to the water and hot water in the sink is peeled off and floats and separates, but when the dishes and the like are taken out of the sink again, the oil that has accumulated on the upper surface of the water re-adheres to the dishes and the like, and is washed. The trouble increases. Also, when discharging the grease separated in the sink and tank, it is discharged together with a large amount of washing and drainage that does not contain much grease, so a small amount of grease floating on the upper surface is removed from each grease. A large amount of wastewater flows into the separation treatment device, and, for example, in a grease trap (oil collector), agitation by a water flow and a retention time of the drainage become short, and oil and the like cannot be separated and collected sufficiently, and a problem of oil loss has been a problem. Further, a large amount of wastewater containing little oil and fat is discharged together with the treatment of the oil and fat separated by flotation, so that the apparatus may be larger than necessary. There is a skimmer pump or the like as a method of efficiently discharging oil floating on the surface, but since it requires a space as a device, it has been limited to a grease strap or the like which can secure an installation place. Further, when a belt skimmer utilizing the adhesion action was used, it was not possible to use the belt skimmer due to a long recovery time.

As described above, in the conventional method of discharging mixed oil drainage, a portion having a high concentration of fats and oils and a portion having a low concentration of fats and oils have to be discharged together, so that a large amount of drainage becomes an obstacle. Efficient oil processing could not be performed, and the processing equipment became large in some cases. For this reason, it is necessary to efficiently discharge only the wastewater of the oil and fat portion to be treated to the treatment apparatus. In addition, if the fats and oils floating in the tank and the sink cannot be removed, they are re-adhered to the tableware and the like from which the oil has been removed, which is inefficient. for that reason,
There was a vicious cycle of using more water to drop the oil because the oil could not be cleanly removed from tableware etc., thereby increasing the total amount of drainage. Further, in order to reduce the amount of water used for washing the kitchen, it was necessary to remove and discharge pollutants such as floating oils and fats.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above problems. That is, an overflow weir or overflow box may be provided on the wall surface of the sink and the tank, and a strainer for removing floating solid waste may be provided therein. Drainage pipes, hoses, and the like are attached to the overflow box and connected to treatment devices such as an oil block, an oil remover, an oil decomposition treatment device, and water treatment. For this reason, the oils and fats floating and separated on the upper surface of the sink and the tank can be guided to each processing device together with a small amount of wastewater, so that the total amount of wastewater to be treated can be reduced. It can be made smaller. Also, since pollutants such as oils and fats are reduced on the water surface of the drainage in the sink and the tank, the amount of water used is reduced, leading to a water saving effect and a reduction in the amount of drainage.

FIG. 1 shows a sink provided with the present invention.
An overflow box 2 is provided on the wall of the sink 1 and a strainer for removing floating solids is placed therein. The use form of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. An overflow box 2 including an overflow weir 8 is provided on the wall of the sink 1. A drain hose 9 is attached to the bottom of the overflow box 2. When the strainer 3 is put in the overflow box 2, solids can be removed, but grease and the like flow into a processing device such as an oil interceptor through a drainage hose 9 connected to the bottom of the overflow box 2 together with a small amount of drainage. . The sink 1 is filled with hot water or water 18 and a tableware 14 into which oil 15 or the like adheres is put therein. Then, the oil 15 adhering to the tableware 14 becomes separated floating oil 16 and accumulates in the drainage 6 containing a large amount of oil and fat. The water level of the wastewater 6 containing a large amount of oil and fat rises due to the water 18 entering from the top of the sink or the water 20 entering from the bottom of the sink, flows over the overflow weir 8 in the overflow box 2 and flows into the overflow box, and the drainage surface of the sink 1 The wastewater 6 containing more fats and oils is eliminated. The wastewater 6 containing a large amount of fats and oils flows into a treatment device such as an oil interceptor through a drainage hose 9, but only the amount of overflowed water is used, so that the total amount of wastewater to be treated is suppressed to a minimum, or water 18 entering from the top of the sink or from the bottom of the sink. The processing can be performed stably because of a fixed amount of water such as the water 20 to be put. When the tableware 14 from which the oil 15 adhered to the tableware 14 has been removed is taken out of the sink, the oil 16 is lost in the portion of the drainage 6 containing a large amount of fats and oils. In addition, the amount of water used is reduced, and the amount of detergent used is also reduced. Due to these synergistic effects, the total discharge amount of wastewater is reduced, and the emulsification of oils and fats by detergent is suppressed. These things are favorable for water treatment. When the drainage inside the sink 1 is discharged by opening the opening / closing valve 11, the drainage containing little oil and fat is discharged, so that the load on the purification facility and the like is reduced.

FIG. 3 shows a drainage system according to the present invention. Wastewater containing a large amount of oil in the wastewater can enter the oil interceptor etc. as the minimum amount of wastewater, so that the treatment capacity is easily exhibited and the processing equipment such as an oil interceptor larger than necessary The need for is eliminated. In addition, since wastewater containing little oil does not enter the device to take oil, the stirring of wastewater is reduced. Wastewater that does not contain much oil has a low load and can be sufficiently purified by existing water treatment equipment. FIG. 4 shows an existing drainage system for sinks and tanks, in which drainage of oil-rich portions and drainage of low oil content are discharged together. Since a large amount of wastewater flows into the oil interceptor at a stretch, there is no sufficient residence time for the oil to float, and there is agitation due to the large amount of wastewater, and the oil flows away and flows into a septic tank or the like, which is a hindrance to purification.

As shown in FIG. 5, when the tableware 14 with the oil 15 attached to the water applied to the sink is put in, the fat and oil becomes floating oil 16 from the tableware 14 and the floating oil is discharged to the drainage 6 in a portion containing a large amount of oil. 16 are collected, but when the oil is discharged, it is discharged together with the drainage 5 containing little oil. Therefore, the inconvenience shown in FIG. 4 occurs. The existing sink as shown in FIG. 5 is provided with an existing overflow port 22 as shown in FIG. 6. This is to prevent water from overflowing from the sink, and to supply clean water. Therefore, as shown in FIG.
Block the overflow port 22 and cause the drainage surface 2
It is difficult to efficiently overflow the drainage 6 in the portion containing a large amount of oil 4. Also, in the sink shown in FIG. 5, as shown in FIG. 8, in the water of the sink 1, the oil 15 adhering to the tableware 14 becomes floating oil 16 and the drainage 6 containing a large amount of oil is drained.
Gather in In the water, the oil 15 adhering to the tableware 14 can be removed, but the oil 27 of the drainage 6 containing a large amount of oil adheres to the tableware 14 from which the oil is abundant when it is taken out of the sink water surface.
Is also contaminated with the oil 27, and the use of a large amount of detergent and washing water causes an increase in drainage. Further, there is a method of discharging the drainage 6 containing a large amount of oil using a skimmer pump 25 as shown in FIG. However, there is a problem with the installation space, and if it is installed in a sink or the like, it will be an obstacle, so it is only installed in an oil interceptor. Moreover, since it is an individual device, there is no cost. For this reason, the installation location is not in the way, and the sink FIG. 1 using only the overflow principle provided with the overflow box 2 shown in FIG. Partial drainage 6 can be discharged.

Since the present invention has the structure as described above, it is possible to guide the drainage 6 containing a large amount of oil to a device such as an oil interceptor with a small amount of drainage or a fixed amount of water. Oil treatment is possible. Further, since the amount of treated water is reduced, the size of the oil interceptor can be reduced. At the same time, since there is no oil on the water surface in the sink, washing of the tableware 14 becomes easy, and the amount of detergent and the amount of water used can be greatly reduced. Since only the principle of overflow is used, the problem of installation location and cost can be solved. Above all, the oil and fat can be removed more efficiently, so that the load on the wastewater is reduced, and a comprehensive water treatment can be surely and cheaply constructed.
